Eight Years Lost A Love Unclaimed (Ariella) -
Chapter 82
BOOK8 Chapter5
Amelia's bodyguards, observing the scene, praised her effusively: "Amelia was born to be Mrs. Jackson. She handles these situations perfectly."
"Absolutely. Look at her-this woman was so defiant at first, and now she's in tears. She'll think twice before trying to seduce anyone again."
"Congratulations to Amelia for dealing with this low-life. No one will dare challenge your position as Mrs. Jackson now!"
Amelia, basking in their admiration like a victorious general, couldn't hide her satisfaction: "Let's finish this quickly. I don't want Michael to see this and be disgusted." Just then, Michael entered the courtyard, his voice cutting through the tension: "What's going on here?"
Everyone froze and turned to him.
Michael, in a tailored suit and gold-rimmed glasses, exuded both authority and
intensity.
Amelia's confident demeanor immediately shifted to one of submission.
With a sweet smile, she approached Michael and linked her arm with his: "Michael, weren't you in an urgent meeting? How did you get here?"
Michael ignored her question and replied coldly: "Don't you know this villa is off-limits? What are you doing here?"
His tone was icy, and his piercing gaze unsettled Amelia.

She instinctively shuddered: "Michael, I saw someone sneaking into the villa from outside, so I came in to confront her."
Michael's brow furrowed slightly as he surveyed the courtyard: "You didn't enter
the villa, did you?"
Amelia quickly shook her head: "No. We only dealt with her here."
Sensing the change in mood, Amelia's bodyguards quickly chimed in: "Mr. Jackson, Amelia understands how important this place is and wouldn't act recklessly."
"She saw someone sneaking around and was concerned for your safety."
"Amelia's just very protective of you. Please don't hold this against her."
Michael's expression softened slightly, but his tone remained stern: "From now on, stay away from here."
Amelia looked puzzled: "Why? I really like this place. How about I move in?"
As Amelia asked, she blinked her large eyes and looked at him with hopeful anticipation, like a kitten waiting for its owner's approval.
But Michael's face, which had softened, hardened again.
Amelia's smile faltered as she asked: "Michael... Did I say something wrong?"
Michael glanced toward my room's window with a subtle smirk.
He then drew Amelia closer and said: "No, I just think you deserve a better place. This one is too shabby. If you're going to live somewhere, it should be the Jackson Family Estate." While holding Amelia, Michael's gaze remained fixed on the window of my room, as if expecting me to see.

Amelia's face lit up with excitement.
"Really? You're letting me live at the Jackson Family Estate?"
The Jackson Family Estate was reserved for family members.
Michael's words hinted at his intention to make Amelia his wife.
For Amelia, this was thrilling.
Michael nodded and added: "Of course. Especially since you've been so good."
Before Amelia could respond, Michael continued: "This place is my private sanctuary. If it weren't for you, your bodyguards wouldn't be leaving here alive."
Michael's casual remark startled everyone.
They knew Michael for his decisive and uncompromising nature.
As Amelia clung to Michael, amid the fearful stares of the bodyguards, she said: "I knew you cared for me the most."
