Since Keith decided to play along with Apollo’s suggestion, he firmly believed that he should at leastpretend to watch seriously. He secretly resolved to shower Apollo with praise regardless of the resultsof the child’s efforts.

Although he had never raised a child before, he knew that children thrived on encouragement andpraise at this age.

Apollo began to work on his disguise. On the other hand, Keith decided not to drive. He decided towatch with great enthusiasm and genuine interest as he thought about how he should praise the childlater.

Apollo pondered the question for a moment before he nodded in agreement. “Okay.”

All he learned from his mother were some skills and techniques, which did not include any of her tradesecrets. What’s more, the person in front of him was his biological father. There should be no problemsif he taught his father some techniques.

“Really? That’s awesome! What a good son you are!” If they were not in the car, Keith would haveleaped for joy.

Acknowledging this boy as his son was truly worthwhile!

I didn’t just obtain a son. I’ve obtained a precious treasure trove!

He initially decided to acknowledge Apollo as his son because he could not bring himself to rejectApollo. Needless to say, he also did not want to refuse Apollo. He had resolved to protect Apollo fromthe beginning.

Alice is a good woman, andI like her a lot. Hurry up and make her fall in love with you. If you marry her, then I will have nothing toworry about again in the future.”

When Apollo, who was following behind Keith, heard the statement James made, his eyes flashedslightly in approval. It looks like James Rowland is a good man indeed.

In his opinion, those who were kind to his mother were good people.

Keith instinctively held Apollo’s hand and guided him before James’ furious glare.

“This is the result of the DNA paternity test that I conducted.” Keith took out the paternity test fromearlier and claimed that he had done the test himself.

If he claimed that he had done the test himself, then all the fault would fall upon his shoulders ifanything were to happen in the future. Neither Alice nor Apollo would be implicated in the fallout.

Apollo was stunned for a moment, but he quickly realized that who did the paternity test was notimportant. It was enough as long as the paternity test was real.

“Really?” James could barely believe his eyes. He looked at Keith, then he turned his gaze towardApollo.

Apollo had always been an intelligent and wise child. At this moment, he tactfully took a step forwardand politely called out, “Great-Grandpa”.

James’ entire body trembled with great emotion upon hearing Apollo addressing him. “What a goodboy.”

His voice was so shaky with emotion that his words were barely coherent.

“This is actually real? I have a great-grandson? I really have a great-grandson! Not to mention, mygreat-grandson is so good-looking and lovable!” He clutched at the paternity test in excitement. Hishands trembled harder, and his voice quivered with emotion.

Janice finally recovered from her shock but did not bother to check the results of the paternity test.Instead, she fixed a burning gaze on Apollo. “It’s really my grandson! Oh, my God! The Gods havefinally answered my prayers! This grandson of mine is practically the manifestation of my dreams! No,he is even better than I imagined!”

Apollo turned toward Janice and politely called out, “Grandma.”

“Hello, my dear.” Her heart melted instantly. I can’t believe I have a grandson! I finally have a grandson!This is really my grandson! What a good-looking and well-behaved grandson!

“Can I give you a hug?” Still, she was afraid of frightening the child in front of her with her enthusiasm,so she did not dare to approach him. Hence, she decided to ask Apollo for permission instead.

“Sure.” Although Apollo was not very used to being so friendly with strangers, he obediently walkedover since they were his relatives.
