Chapter Three

~Sophia’s POV~

The next time, I open my eyes I was in a meadow. I saw my parents happily talking with each other. Irun to them and embraced them tightly. We had laughed and shared stories. I felt so happy butsomething felt wrong. Like a piece of me is missing.

We went back to the palace and a ball was being held, a ball to celebrate my coronation. Everyonewas present and I felt great. I was wearing a sky blue gown and would be crowned Queen and Lunaof the Blue Moon Pack. Then I realized that I can't be Luna yet I haven't found my mate. What'sgoing on? I screamed but nothing come out of my mouth.

Then I heard a soothing voice. A voice so faint yet it calmed me down. I wanted to open my eyesand see who was speaking

"It's okay love. Please get better. I'll be right here. I'll take care of you. Nothing can harm you."

I inhaled and smelled the fresh forest scent with dark chocolate that calmed me down. I kept seeingmy parents and the coronation. It was driving me insane and what calmed me down was the lovingvoice of a man and his sweet scent.

I panicked when I didn't hear his voice or smell his scent the next time I woke up. I opened my eyesand saw tubes that was attach to me. I rip them off me and a girl come out of a room then run closetowards me. Out of instinct I immediately grip her neck and a loud shriek came out of her.

"Shut up." I ordered. "Who are you and what do you want from me."

"Sebby... Help me." She yelled.

"I told you to shut up.” I was about to snap her head off when people barge in the room.

"Love, calm down. Let Fiona go. You need to calm down We are here to help you. I promise no oneis going to hurt you." He said calmly trying to move closer. “Let go of Fiona, please.

"Stay back.” I was scared and angry at the same time. "I swear. I will rip her head off if you get anycloser." My canine was out and my eyes were pure black. “One more step and I'd kill her.”"Sweetheart, calm down. Please let Fiona go." Andrew said and I saw the other guy growl at him."Andrew." I recognize him and started calming down.

"Yes. It's me." He moved forward, his hands up in surrender. "Calm down. We are not going to hurtyou." He stated sweetly.

"Okay." I let the girl go and I hugged Andrew.

"Mine." The other guy yelled ripped me and Andrew apart. "Do not touch her.” He said as hewrapped his arms around me possessively.

"I can't breathe.” I said as I tried to push him away from me. “Let me go.” I started panicking.

"Calm down, love. It's me. I won't hurt you.” He loosens his hold but refused to let me go. “It's goingto be okay.”

"Who are you?" I stare at him and calmed down.

"I'm Sebastian, the Alpha of Moon River, my love.” He responded sweetly.

"Stop calling me that. My name is Sophia. And please let me go. I don't want you touching me.” Iglare at him and my wolf got mad at me.

'What are you doing Sophia why are you telling lies to our mate..."

'He will just reject us. We can't trust him. Alpha's hates rogues."

'He loves us can't you feel it."

"Sophia, you are my mate and we are bound to be together. I love you from the moment I saw you."He declared.

"Love? Big word." I chuckled. "Listen why don't you just do yourself a favour and reject me? I have togo.” I struggled so he let me go.

"No you are not going anywhere." He growled at me. "I have been waiting for you for decades and Iwon't just let you go. You will stay here.” He gripped my shoulders tightly. "Guys leave us alone.”"You are not the boss of me. I would go and you cannot stop me." I said and moved away from himas everyone left the room.

He pulled me back and captured my lips. His kiss was rough and punishing. I struggled for him tolet me go. I felt fireworks as I had his soft lips on me. It felt like every cell in my body was alive. I feltgreat but I refuse to show it. So the moment the kiss over I slapped him as hard as I can.

Mate or not he can never force himself to me. However how much I enjoyed the feeling of his lipsnext to mine I was not someone to be forced. I hate being the prey. And for years, I have alwaysbeen the seductress and I don't want to change it anytime soon. He was so shocked with my actionbut after his initial shock he slammed to against the wall with his body moulded into mine.

"You are mine. And you are never going to slap me ever again." He said in his Alpha tone.

"Yeah, right look at you the great and mighty Alpha. The big bad wolf is mad." I said sarcastically as Itouch his cheeks. "I'm so scared.” I smirked at him.

"I'm serious. I don't appreciate being disrespected.” He glared at me and his eyes are full black withanger.

"And I'm not someone you can just manipulate. I am a rogue and I do as I will. I don't bow down toanyone." I yelled at him.

"I am the Alpha of..."

"I know you're a fucking Alpha." I cut him off. "So just reject me so we can both live our lives theway we want it." I ordered.

"Love, you don't mean that." He stated seductively and I felt his arousal press against my stomach."Oh believe me. I mean every single word I said. I don't need a fuckin’ mate. I'm way off betterwithout you in my own life."

"You are making me lose my patience, love. You would not want me mad." He said while taking indeep breath.

"I don't want you any other way, trust me. I'm not interested so just let me go.”

"No way.” He walked out the room and locked it.

I sat back at the bed and tried to think of a plan on how I could get out of here. I am not to belocked up by anyone. I searched the entire room and found nothing useful for my escape so Idecided to shower instead. I mean I already smell awful. I went through the closet and found anoversize t-shirt I can wear. I went back to bed and enjoyed the scent of mate left on room.

I am a walking contradiction. I keep pushing him away when all I want to do is wrap my armsaround him forever and never let go. I ask him to reject me but my heart is being shattered by thethought of his rejection. I doubt that he loves me but I myself can't explain what I feel for him. I'mall messed up. But one thing is for sure I am not giving up without a fight.
