As his words fell, the entire ward fell into silence.

Michael’s hand, hanging at his side, unconsciously clenched into a fist, his gaze also incredibly gloomy.

eyes.

Briana Cameron sneered, “Mr. Yoder, while I appreciate your rescue, isn’t it a bit shameless to take advantage of that?
