"Where is my brother?" I asked the trembling girl beside me. "You have been silent for the past three minutes."

"I don't know where he is... He disappeared." She flinched as I came closer to her.

"You are lying." I whispered in her ears. I could basically perceive Naya's scent mingling with my brother's. Everyone in the manor could perceive it. Their scent... The warmth beside me wasn't like anything I'd felt before. I knew this morning was going to arrive with a sense of anticipation and curiosity hanging in the air. I felt like crawling under a hole and remaining there.

I walked straight into the bathroom to wash myself off the scent of the boys. It was better that I didn't implicate myself further.
