Isa looked at her reflection in the mirror. The day before she had been with that vampire, she knew it was Xel, but she played stupid like she did every time she met a supernatural being. She didn’t recognise them by gift, but sometimes her knowledge helped her with various things. The owner of the place where her sister worked was an old wolf, the times when Isa received a half or full day suspension she went there, she believed everything the woman told her, there was proof.

Hours after she had been practically kidnapped by that vampire they had called her sister, they had told her that her mother had died Isa knew that sooner or later it would happen and she had prepared for it a long time ago, but apparently Analí wasn’t ready for it. Currently they were both at the funeral home watching over their mother’s body. Several acquaintances were passing by, giving their condolences and leaving immediately, both were hugging each other, but in a moment Anali’s hands let go of her sister.

-What’s wrong? – Isa’s voice came out low.

-I see her…

-What? What do you see? -Her question was asked and her sister was just staring at a fixed point, annoyed that she wasn’t talking and was in a trance.

-Analí’s eyes turned to water, she was panicking at that moment. She wanted to scream and run away after that. Just that, scream and run away.
