Her Revenge Contract -
Chapter 122
Next Chapter >> Katherine's POV
The sound of people laughing in the hotel square shook me awake, and I got up and walked to the window overlooking the square. There was a major bonfire set up, and people were happily standing around, enjoying the warmth the fire provided. I must have fallen asleep after Xavier made love to me.
Xavier moans in his sleep, and his eyes snap open when he notices I'm not next to him.
He lazily got out of bed and walked to me. He gently pulled my face toward him so I could look at him.
I couldn't help but blush. Xavier was standing in his birthday suit in front of me, his cock deliciously erected and ready for another round of sex.
"Now do you see what I mean?" He asked and gestured to his cock: "Even this little devil can't get enough of you."
My heart leaped out of my chest when I saw the thin line of pre-come running down Xavier's cock.
Xavier gave me a teasing smile, seeing where my gaze ended.
"I love you," he suddenly said with so much tenderness in his voice that it almost broke my heart. "I have always loved you."
A second later, I ran out of his room.
The next couple of days, Xavier regained his full strength, yet he gave me space to think about things.
Xavier's words were like a broken record in my mind, playing the same tune over and over again: I have always loved you...
I stood at my room's window overlooking the square. I could see Xavier standing at his window, his intense blue gaze pinned on me. I retreated, feeling my cheeks warm.
My bedroom phone rang, startling me, and I rushed over to answer.
It was only reception, and I sighed in relief.
"Hello," I answered, wondering what reception needed from me.
"Are you thinking of me?" Xavier's voice came through the receiver, sending sensual chills down to my core.
Am I dreaming?
I looked down at the phone, seeing that the reception lights were indeed flashing, but the voice on the phone was Xavier's.
"Is this Xavier speaking?" I carefully asked, feeling my body tense while holding the phone.
"It's me," Xavier growled darkly. "I asked reception to forward the call to you."
"Why?" I asked, surprised.
"I was afraid you wouldn't answer if I called you directly," he simply answered.
I sighed and shook my head at this silly wolf.
"It's so late, Xavier," I finally said when I could replace my voice over the lump in my throat, "is something the matter?"
Xavier became quiet on the other side, but I knew he was still there; I could hear his breathing.
"I miss you," he said, and my heart warmed. "Can you come over?"
Xavier sounded disappointed when I softly rejected him, but I giggled like a teenage girl who just fell in love for the first time and I was secretly delighted.
In the next couple of days, we didn't see one another much. I did some site-seeing and did some research on John.
Xavier's was now completely healed, and Greyson commented that he believed it was due to Xavier being in love.
My mood improved, and I didn't feel as miserable as before. I was slowly feeling more like myself.
Xavier didn't push me, but he kept a watchful eye on me.
The atmosphere around us changed, and it was now more comfortable to be around one another.
I was browsing through documents Kelly emailed me when my phone rang on my desk.
A smile formed on my lips as I answered the call.
"Come with me," Xavier said, his voice sounding excited over the phone. "Greyson found a secluded area close by where we could let our wolves run."
"Are you sure you are healthy enough to be able to shift?" I asked, "There is no doctor that could heal you so far out."
Xavier chuckled, amused.
"That's why I am taking my personal healer with me; she will heal me at the snap of a finger."
I rolled my eyes at his attempt to talk me into it.
Kia whimpered, giving me puppy eyes. She wanted to go out and stretch her legs. I haven't found the time or a good, secluded place to let her out for a run.
I nodded my head; it might be a good idea. Maybe she could even bond a bit with Ray in the process.
"Okay," I said, "when do you want to leave?"
"Now," Xavier said, and a knock sounded at my bedroom door.
"So eager, Alpha Black," I said, opening the door.
Xavier's eyes were dark, and I knew trouble was coming.
He grabbed me around my waist and threw me over his shoulder like a bag of potatoes. I yelped out in surprise as he carried me out, slammed the door behind us, and walked down the hallway. His hand connected with my left buttock, leaving a burning pleasure sensation on my ass.
"What the f*ck, Xavier?" I cried out, embarrassed. I was wearing a light yellow summer dress and tried to wiggle myself out of his grasp, hoping no one would notice my skimpy undergarments. Xavier growled below me, and the vibrations were fueling my excitement.
"What did I tell you?" He asked and spanked my right buttock.
Oh, Goddess, I have forgotten the one rule: only say Alpha when I call his name.
I couldn't help it, and my body reacted just by thinking about it.
I was already soaking wet when Xavier carried me out of the hotel and down the few steps to the parking lot.
"What are you going to do with me?" I asked as he opened the passenger door of the limo and let me down.
I secretly wished that he would f*ck me here and now. I secretly hoped to have him sit in the back seat with me and let me ride his cock.
I licked my lips, feeling the burning sensation between my legs intensify.
Xavier's eyes darkened even more, smelling my arousal.
A small, teasing smile played at the corners of his lips.
"I want you to call my name," he said. "I want you to do what that little mind of yours is screaming to do with me."
He got in, indicated to Greyson to start driving, closed the window between the driver and passenger seats, and turned to me.
"Now, little mate," he said, pulling me onto his lap, the sexual tension intensifying between us, "ride me the way your heart desires."
