Elle got into the car and scoffed.

She looked at the strand of hair in her hand and she sighed.

"I still can't believe Tyson is not James's son. It's really hard to believe.." She said and then she startedthe car and took off.

"I just have to get Tyson's hair so I can conduct the DNA test.." She smirked and then took out herphone from the rear. She failed Tyson's number immediately.

"Babe.." She called as soon as he answered the call.

"Babe, I saw what happened on tv. Is your dad okay? How's his wound? Hope it is kit so serious?" Sheasked in a fake concern voice and Tyson sighed over the phone.

He's fine, baby. The bullet only grazed his arm.." Tyson said and she smiled.

"Thank goodness. It's not his time to die yet because he still has many things to do.." Elle said with asmirk.

"Pardon?"

"I meant I was scared that the wound was fatal. Thankfully it's not. It's not his time to die yet, he's sucha governor and my future father in law. Mum is coming over for dinner. Is everything ready?" Sheasked.

"Of course baby. Everything is ready. Besides our wedding is in two weeks. We need our families onboth sides to achieve our dream wedding.." Tyson said and Elle rolled her eyes.

"Of course. That's my dream too. To make you mine Tyson.." She said and he laughed.

"See you at 4PM, babe.." She added.

"Yeah, see you at 4PM. I love you so much Baby.."

"I love you so much Tyson, that I could even die for you. That's how much I love you Tyson. I can't waitfor the wedding so I I prove my undying love for you.." She added and Tyson chuckled.

"Woah! You are on fire, baby. I'll call later.." He said and hung up.

Elle smirked the more.

"This will ruin your peaceful family, just like you ruined mine..' She said with a cold glare.

"So you really have a daughter with Elle, oh I meant Asanel?" Deborah gushed and Jason noddex witha smile.

"Awww…."

"I'm so happy for you. How beautiful is she? Cute? Pretty or.." She paused and Jason kissed her hair.

"She's very cute, just like you. Here's a picture of her.." Jason brought out his phone and showed her apicture of Kiera.

"Oh my gosh! She's so cute. She took after your facial features mostly. She's a perfect blend of youand Asanel.." Deborah said happily and Jason smiled while Damien just watched their drama.

He was happy that she was finally smiling so happily without any fear in the world. He was actually veryscared with the way she acted earlier but now he was very relief.

After a while, Jason stood up.

"Deb, do you still want to go home?' Jason asked and she sighed and bit her lower lip.

"No.." She mumbled and stood up top.

"I don't want to go home and stay with murderers at least not for now…" She added and Jason nodded.

He smiled and kissed her forehead.

"I understand, princess. Whenever you are ready, just tell me and I'll take you home. At least you haveto act like you don't know anything for now.." He said.

"Yeah. I still actually can't believe it. Dad and Mum are this brutal? If this were to come from anotherperson, I won't ever believe it but it's you, Jason. You always want the best for me so I know you didn'tlie to me.." She smiled again exposing her cute dimples.

Jason caressed her hair with a smile.

"My little sis is so cute.." He giggled and she laughed.

"Just like my niece. When do I get to see hee?" Deb asked with a frown and Jason laughed again.

"Very soon. I'll visit soon and I promise to come along with her.." He promised and she hit him playfully.

"It's better you keep to your promises. You suck at keeping promises..' Deb said and he hugged lightly.

"Stay safe and don't worry I won't tell anyone you are staying here.." He added and she smiled.

"I love you bro.."

"Take care of yourself.." He said and broke the hug.

"You will soon receive your new phone. Make sure you contact me regularly.." He said and then walkedout.

Jason got to the Madison's mansion. He immediately rushed towards James's room. He was sitting onthe bed siping wine from his glasscup.

His eyes widened when he saw Jason.

"Dad, dad, are you okay?" Jason rushed towards him and he smirked.

"I'm very fine.." James said.

"I came here as I saw the news. Thank goodness you are fine.." Jason said and they both sat on thebed.

"Thank you for worrying about me Jason. I'm really glad that you care more about me now.." He addedand Jason smirked inwardly.

"I already have his trust…" He thought.

"Thanks Dad.." He said and James opened his drawer. He brought out his diary coloured brown andgave it to Jason.

"Yess!" Jason screamed inwardly again.

"W.. What's this?" Jason feigned ignorance.

"This.." James paused and smiled.

'When you get home, study it well. I made references to some names there also and this is what willmake you understand more about our businesses. I'm sure when you study it, you will be smart enoughto understand it.." He said and Jason smiled.

"Thanks a lot Dad.."

"For this and for calling off the wedding with Giselle. Honestly, I'm so relieved.." He added and Jamespatted his shoulder.

"It's no problem my son. I will do anything for you, just to make you smile.." He said and Jason nodded.

"So will you becoming to the introduction ceremony later. We are going to meet with Danielle's mum todiscuss the wedding preparations and plans and mind you, the wedding is in two weeks.."

"I understand and I'm definitely going to come tonight. It's a nice thing to see Tyson get married.." Hesaid and looked at the diary again with a smile
