Hiding With Her Twin Babies
Chapter 13

After school, Dante goes and picks up the children. Social media are full of videos of the cute twins with their English accents on the plane. Dante has seen the videos, and he is worried that people will replace out where they are going to school. They are an overnight sensation. Dante does not like his children being all over social media, but he knows he can not take the videos down as they are everywhere. His phone rings, and he sighs as he sees it is Enzo.

“Hi, Enzo, and no, my children are not going to do ads or movies,” Dante says before Enzo can even get a word in. He knows his sisters have sent Enzo photos of the twins and that Enzo has one thing in his mind: to make money for the twins.

“Well, I am hurt. How can you think I want to use your twins? I want to meet them and will be flying home this weekend,” Enzo says.

“Their mother will also say no,” Dante says.

“Wow, you can be an a*s. I want to meet my niece and nephew, and I have not seen Jennie in a long time. She is hot. I saw the photo of you two in the restaurant, and you know the whole LA is talking about you having children and a woman you have been hiding from the world,” Enzo says.

“I don’t care who says what. No one is coming near Jennie and my children, and that includes you and the entertainment company,” Dante warns his brother. Enzo smiles. His brother is very protective of his little family. He will get a way to get to Jennie and the children. Enzo is a womanizer, and he knows how to impress the ladies. Enzo smiles as he sits in his office. His sisters have contacted him to make Dante jealous, and he loves to do that. Although she is a bit older than him, Jennie is a beautiful lady he can live with that. Besides, his brother has to tell Jennie how he feels. Enzo knows Dante, and he knows Dante is in love with Jennie. So Dante will not warn him to stay away from Jennie if he is not jealous already. Enzo smiles.

“Big brother, I will be doing this for you and your future. You need to get Jennie before someone else takes her away from you, and you become a weekend father, ” Enzo thinks to himself as he looks at the pictures of Jennie and Dante in the restaurant. Jennie is truly a natural beauty, and if Dante does not want her, he can easily see himself with a beauty like Jennie.

“See you in a few days, brother,” Enzo says as he hangs up before Dante can say anything else. Dante is furious. How dare Enzo even think of his Jennie as a beautiful woman. Dante thinks of Jennie, and he is confident that Jennie will not fall as a womanizer like Enzo.

Dante goes to pick up Jayden and Jayda. He takes his guards with him as he does not want his children to come close to anyone from social media or even the media. Dante knows how people can be. By now, most of Houston must know about him and Jennie and the children. Luckily when he gets to their school, there are no media. He picks up Jayden and Jayda from school without any problems. He has a surprise planned for all of them that night. He is going to take them out on his yacht. He knows they can not stay out too late as the kids have school and Jennie has to work the next day. He also gave his men instructions to look into Jack and Cathy Connor. Dante trusts no one, and he wants to make sure they are who they pretend to be.

“Daddy! I am so glad you came to pick us up,” Jayda says. She is so innocent. Dante’s little princess can warm his heart with that smile of hers.

“Hi princess, how was school?” Dante asks. ‘

“I love our new school, daddy. The children treat us like we are rock stars, like aunt Mabel,” Jayda says. However, Dante does not like that it means the children in school have seen them on social media, and soon everyone will know where they go to school.

“I am happy, princess, but if people start bothering you, you tell daddy, okay?” Dante says.

“Yes, daddy, we will,” Jayda says. Jayden looks at his dad. He knows his dad is worried as Jayden has seen the videos of him and his sister on social media. He used the phone his father gave him and looked up many things.

“Jayden and I have to do something, but you get to go and have ice cream with your aunts,” Dante says to Jayda.

“But I want to go with you and Jayden, daddy,” Jayda says, and it looks like she is about to cry.

“Your aunts are going to take you shopping and look after you for a while. Jayden and I have to go do boy things,” Dante says to calm her down. Jayda stops crying when she hears boy things and are happy when Dante drops her off with his sisters giving them his credit card. Jayda goes with her aunts and some bodyguards shopping, and she smiles happily when they walk to the ice cream shop first.

“Where are we going, dad?” Jayden asks his father.

“Remember that talk we have to have with Carl? We are going to have it now,” Dante says, and Jayden smiles. He loves his father already as he keeps his promises. They drive to the warehouse where Dante and his men are keeping Carl. Jayden looks at his father. What is going on here? He had never seen something like this except in Mafia movies. Is his daddy in the Mafia? That would be so cool!

Jayden walks into the warehouse with his father. The men greet his father as Don Casella. His daddy is in the Mafia! His daddy is a Don! Does that mean he will take over from his father one day? He hopes so! Carl is tied to a chair, waiting for his faith. He does not know what is going on, and he has a bad feeling that the man he messed with is much more than meets the eye. He is blindfolded, and he can not see who he walked into the warehouse. Carl knows it must be someone important, as everyone calls him Don Casella. Does Dante have ties with the Mafia? Carl hopes not as he does not want to be on the wrong side of the Mafia.

“Don Casella, Carl Connor is ready for you and Miss Pretrov’s son,” One of Dante’s men says. Carl feels like he is going to pee in his pants.

“Well, well, well. Look who we have here. You can try to bully innocent ladies and take on my friend,” Dante says. He uses his Italian accent when he talks to Carl. Jayden smiles as he knows his father can not betray his true identity, and that is why he is using his Italian accent and introducing Jayden as Miss Petrov’s son.

“You tried to hurt my mommy, and my dad’s friend asked me to come with him to have a nice talk with you,” Jayden plays along. Dante winks at him and smiles. His son is clever and knows they have to protect their true identity. One day his son will take over from him and his father.

“Don Casella, I made a big mistake. Please spare me my life,” Carl starts begging.

“It is not up to me if I spare you or not. It would be best if you were begging young Jayden over here. It is his mother you insulted and tried to harm in a hotel room. I do not take kindly to men like you, and if it depended on me, you would be swimming with the sharks by now,” Dante says.

“Jayden, please, I have been only good to you and your mother and sister. Please, let them spare me,” Carl begs.

“On one condition,” Jayden says.

“Just name it,” Carl pleads.

“You never come near my mother again. You leave us alone and let us be a family. She will marry my father, and I don’t want to see you interfere in their lives ever again. I do not want you near my family. You get a new life, and you move on. My mother is not your girlfriend or anything anymore, and you will not harass her at work,” Jayden says.

“I will stay away from her, but you know I love her,” Carl says. Jayden walks over to where Carl sits.

“You do not get it, do you? If you touch my mother, you will be swimming with the sharks. So don’t even say you love her because it is all a lie,” Jayden says.

“I will do as you say. I never liked you and your sister anyway and was going to send you to boarding school after marrying your mother. However, I am not into your mother anymore. She is nothing but Dante’s plaything, and he will throw her away again,” Carl says. The next moment Jayden grabs a hammer sitting on a bench next to Carl and uses all his force to hit Carl on the hand with the hammer. Carl screams out in pain, and Jayden hits his other hand as well. Carl is now in tears. It hurts. Dante watches his son hitting the man that bad-mouthed his mother and his father and smiles. Jayden is a lot like him and his father. He is proud of his son for standing up for his family. Family is everything to the Casellas, and Jayden is a Casella in flesh and b***d.

“Crying, Carl? You have seen nothing yet. This time it is only your hands next time, it will be your life,” Jayden says as he walks to his father. Dante picks up his son, clearly upset and walks out of the warehouse with him. Jayden holds his dad around the neck as he is still angry with Carl.

“Daddy, next time he tries anything, we kill him,” Jayden says. Dante knows Jayden does not mean it, as he is an angry child, but he will. He will kill that bastard and feed his remains to the sharks.

“We won’t let him come near you or your mother and sister ever again,” Dante promises Jayden.

“You are the coolest dad in the world. But, you are a Don in the Mafia, and you let me hit Carl with a hammer. We better not tell mommy, or she will be outraged. We better keep this between ourselves,” Jayden says.

“It is our secret. Besides, at your age, I did the same thing. It is part of becoming the next Don of LA. Your grandfather is the Godfather, and I want my men to have respect for you, so it is good you showed Carl who is boss today,” Dante says. He knows many people will fry him for teaching his child to be violent at such a young age, but they are not part of the underworld, and they do have to protect themselves from a young age.

“Your training starts next week. You need to be able to protect yourself and your mother. Your sister will train with you. In our world, it is hard to survive if you can not protect yourself and the ones you love,” Dante says.

“I understand, Don Casella. I am proud to be a Casella, dad, and I will do you proud,” Jayden says. They drive to the mall to pick up Jayda and talk as if nothing had happened. They go to pick up their mother at work, and the two of them says nothing when Jennie tells them about Carl, who showed up at work with broken fingers. He said he accidentally slammed his fingers in the door of his car. Dante and Jayden look at each other and smile. Jayden wonders if his mother knows that his dad is a Don. He never learned anything about his father from his mother. She never wanted to talk about his dad. His grandparents also never mentioned his father or the Mafia. Wow, how cool it is that his grandfather is the Godfather. He would have never quest it. Mommy has no idea that daddy loves her, but he and Jayda know it as they see how their father is looking at her. He hopes they end up together and that no other woman or man will come between them.
