Hiding With Her Twin Babies -
Chapter 29
Jennie, Dante and the children are safely home, and soon things return to normal. Today is the first day of school for the children, and they are going to the best school in LA. They look cute in their uniforms, and Dante and Jennie take many pictures for their first day in their new school. Finally, the limo is ready outside, and the family gets into the limo. After dropping the children off at school, Jennie and Dante will go to work. They each have their own cars at work if they need to go somewhere during the day. Jennie and Dante gave a list of people that could pick up the children at school, and the school is very strict about the rules. The teachers know that only the children of the rich and famous come to their school. The security in and around the school is the best there is. The school only appoints the best teachers, and the headmaster has a reputation for being the best headmaster in the USA.
The children get out of the limo, and Dante and Jennie walk with them inside to make sure all the paperwork is in order. Jack and the twins’ surnames are being changed, so they all go by the surname Hudson. Although their real surname is Casella and registered as such, no one will ever know that the Casellas are known to be the leaders of the Italian Mafia in the USA. However, nobody knows who the Casellas really are.
Jayda is very confident. She and her brothers had started training with their dad and his men. She knows she is cute and pretty, and many people admire her. However, it does not make Jayda vain. Her mother taught her a long time ago never to be full of herself and think she is better than others. Jayda is down to earth and likes to make friends with all kinds of people. She does not care if they are not wealthy or pretty. Jayden is arrogant like his father, but he will always help people in need. He is not shy, though, and he will speak his mind. Jack is quiet and calm. He does not say much, but when he does say something, people tend to listen to him as he is the reasonable one of the trio.
On the first day at school, Jayden, Jayda and Jack stay close together. However, they first have to sum up who is who. They know that each school has its own bullies, the unpopular kids and the “in” group. Then there are the children in between that try to stay out of the way of the groups. So, during the first lunch break, the three sit alone at their table, eating in peace. The other children are also trying to sum them up and see where they will fit in. Finally, a boy walks in with a group of his friends. He walks to a table where two girls are sitting.
“Hey, freckles and speckles move. We want to sit here today,” He says to the little redheaded girl with freckles on her nose. Her friend has glasses, and the rest of the children start laughing.
“I do not see what is so funny,” Jayda says as she walks to the two girls and joins them at their table.
“Who are you? You look cute. Why would you come and sit with these two losers?” The boy asks
“I guess I am a loser as well. Jayden and Jack stand up and go and sit next to their sister,” Jayden is big for his age, and the bully is not sure if he can take on jack and Jayden, and he mumbles something before they walk away.
“Can I also join you?” A young girl asks as she stands alone with her food tray in her hand.
“Sure,” Jayda says and shows her a seat next to her.
“My name is Tamara, but everyone calls me Tammy,” Tammy says. She is a year younger than the twins and Jack.
“Oh, my mom told me to look for you and look after you, Tammy Taylor, right?” Jayda asks.
“Yes, that is me, but how does your mother know about me?” Tammy asks.
“Your sister works with my mother,” Jayda says.
“I am Becky, and this is Nola,” The redheaded girl introduces herself and her friend.
“You should not have stood up for us. Victor and his friends will come after you now,” Nola says, pushing up her glasses.
“Oh, they can come. We will put them in their place,” Jayden says.
“We don’t want to make trouble for you,” Becky says.
“You won’t. Do not worry about us. I love your natural red hair. My mom always says there is nothing as beautiful as a natural redhead,” Jayda says. Soon, a few more children join them, and soon the trio and Tammy make many new friends. They all walk outside after eating and start playing. Victor is not happy as he sees the children playing and not worrying about them anymore. He is the boss around here, and a couple of new kids will not ruin it for him. He walks over to Jayda and pulls her hair.
“Ouch, what did you do that for?” Jayda asks.
“Because I want to. You are pretty, and you are my girlfriend from now on,” Victor says.
“Ha, you wish. I do not want to date bullies. Only a prince will be good enough for me,” Jayda says.
“Jayda, is this jerk giving you trouble?” Jayden asks. He is standing next to his sister.
“You sound like an Englishman. Are you two from England?” Victor asks.
“We are, but we came to live in the USA,” Jayda says.
“Ha, no wonder you want to marry a prince,” Victor laughs. Jayda gets angry and kicks him on his leg.
“Ouch, what did you do that for? I told you you were my girlfriend, and you can do nothing about it,” Victor says.
“You are not good enough for my sister,” Jayden says.
“Listen, here, King Arthur, nobody asked your opinion,” Victor says, and he takes a swing at Jayden. Jayden is faster and is trained by his father. He evades the blow and hits Victor on the nose. Victor stumbles back and falls on his a*s. His friends try to help him, but soon they are on the ground as Jayda and Jack help Jayden. The principal of the school storms out of her office. She had enough of Victor. He had his last warning last term, and he did not listen. Today, she calls his father and tells him his son is expelled from school!
“What is happening here?” Mrs Brown asks.
“We were just playing, mam,” Victor says, knowing he is in deep trouble and his father will surely send him to military school.
“Yeah, we were wrestling, and I by accident hit Victor on the nose,” Jayden lies for Victor. He could see the panic in the other boy’s eyes, and he did not want to make trouble for Victor.
“Oh, I thought you were making trouble again,” Mrs Brown says and walks back to her office.
“Thank you, why did you help me out? I was rude to you and your sister,” Victor asks. He is relieved that his father will not know about this and got away with it. Jayden holds out his hand to Victor and pulls him up.
“Well, I only helped you out since I could see you would be in deep trouble if I told the truth, but next time you will not be so lucky,” Jayden says.
“Wait, where did you learn to fight like that?” Victor asks. There is admiration in his eyes.
“For a master. Anyway, from now on, I am the boss around here, and you leave my sister and all the other students alone,” Jayden says.
“Sure, boss. Can you teach us some moves? You and your brother and sister are awesome at fighting,” Victor says.
“Sure, but first, promise no more fighting and bullying,” Jayden says.
“I promise. I will follow you as my leader and do as you say,” Victor says.
“My name is Jayden. Do not call me boss,” Jayden says, irritated.
“Okay, Jayden,” Victor says. Jayden is a leader and not a follower. He will never let anyone bully his sister or brother or anyone else when he is near. He might only be seven, almost eight, but he knows what he wants in life, and he will get what he wants.
“My sister is too young to have a boyfriend, and you should not think about girlfriends yet. That is the first lesson you need to learn,” Jayden says to Victor. Victor nods and looks at the pretty Jayda. Maybe one day, when they are in high school, he will ask her on a date with the permission of Jayden, of course.
“Well, lesson number two is if you want to be my friend, you will have to win my trust,” Jayden says. He and Jack are now the leaders in this school among children their age, and nobody will disrespect him or his siblings.
When it is time to go home, the children at the school surround the trio as they are the heroes of the school. Everyone knows the twins but never knew they had a brother. The twins are famous for all social media videos and when Dante and Jennie come to pick them up, the trio is more loved than ever.
“Wow, your parents are so wealthy. We saw your dad’s yacht, private jets, houses and cars on the internet, and your mom writes the best games ever!” Victor says to Jayden. Jayden just smiles as he knows his parents are cool.
“One day, I want to marry someone like your father,” A pretty blond girl says.
“You better work to become someone like my mother, rather to depend on a man,” Jayden tells her straight, as he always does.
“Well, my mommy says if you are pretty you do not have to work, you can just marry rich,” Molly says.
“Then your mommy is too stupid to work, or do anything for herself,” Jayden says.
“Yes, Jayden and I will never marry girls like you,” Jack says, as he knows that women that depend on their beauty never get anywhere. Look at his birth mother. The trio walks away as Molly’s mother comes to pick her up.
“Mommy, those two rude boys tell me my beauty will never get me anywhere in life. They say I have to work to become something,” Molly says to her mother.
“Well, tell them to look at me. I caught a wealthy tycoon and I never worked one day in my life,” June tells her daughter.
“You are teaching your daughter wrong, mam, what if your husband one day replaces a new lover and you have to leave? Will you be able to look after the two of you?” Mrs Brown asks as she walks past the woman to her car. She likes the new trio. She saw from her office window what happened in the schoolyard during break today. She knew Victor was looking for trouble but the trio did not rat him out and instead turned him around to follow them. She is sure Victor will become a better student and friend in the school.
“What does that old hag know? Don’t listen to her! We have to prepare for your next pageant today and I am sure you will win again,” June tells her daughter and she and Molly walk to their car. Her husband needs to buy her a new car soon. It has been two years since he bought her anything nice, come to think of it.
Jennie, Dante and the children drive home and the children tell them about their school day. Well, not everything. The trio has decided it is best for them not to tell mom and dad about the fight at school. They love playing their games and they do not want to be grounded. Jennie looks at the three of them acting like little angels and wonders what they are not telling her and Dante, but she does not ask. As long as the children enjoy their new school, Jennie is happy. Dante also has a feeling the three kids is not telling them everything, but he knows how it is. You never tell on your siblings. He smiles as he has never been this happy in his life.
