SELENE:

"It's nice to see you, again," a voice said from behind me and I immediately turned around to see one of my lookalikes staring at me with a smile on her face, I staggered back a little before I regained my footing and forced a smile on my face.

"Hello...." I dragged out and paused, cause I had no clue on how to address her.

She chuckled at my dilemma, "You can call me Selene too, I have no objection. I'm basically you anyway, just the hybrid version of you" she said and I had to hide my astonishment by smiling at her.

"Well, where are the others?" I asked, immediately changing the topic.

"We are here," my other lookalike said from behind her, and walked out with Eliana in wolf form, trudging right beside her.

My face lit up the moment I saw Eliana and I immediately rushed to her, "hello, Eliana" I greeted and wrapped my arms around her fur. She purred and licked me like a dog, causing a laugh to erupt from me, "that tickles!" I said in between laughs, hoping she'd stop but she took that as encouragement instead.

"I'm not surprised, but the preferential treatment hurts," one of my lookalikes said, and I looked up at her with a guilty smile but didn't say anything in return. "Alright Eliana, you've got to stop now," she said softly with a smile, and Eliana growled but stopped nonetheless. She laid on the ground and just stared at us.

I frowned at the loss of contact with Eliana and immediately stood up to address the other two, "alright before I start asking questions, I'm going to name the both of you if that's okay, because I'm tired of addressing you guys as my lookalikes" I said and they both nodded, "good. You" I pointed at the first lookalike "because you said I can call you Selene, I'll call you Selena," I said and she beamed.

"And you, "I pointed at the other one, "I'm going to name you Elena, so you can match with Eliana" she smiled and nodded curtly.

"That's okay with me," Elena said and a gratified smile appeared on my face.

"Now that this is over with, I'll like to get started on my questions" I stated and took a momentary pause, "first of all, what am I doing here?" I asked and they both exchanged glances.

"You are here because we have something to tell you," Elena said and I arched a brow,

"What is it?" I asked and walked closer to them.

Selena smiled and heaved a breath, "you see, this is the next stage of this journey..."

"Which we believe Elphaba has already told you" Elena quickly added and we all nodded.

"Yeah, we believe Elphaba has already told you"

"You all know Elphaba?" I asked and Selena took a deep breath.

"Nobody should cut me off till I'm done," she said in a calm voice but the anger and threat in her voice were very evident, Elena and I exchanged glances, gulped, and nodded, "good. As I was saying, this is the next stage which we believe Elphaba has already told you" she glanced at Elena when she said that, and Elena gulped.

"But we know that this isn't something you can do by yourself, hence, we brought you here. We are here to help you get past this stage"

I didn't say anything for a few seconds to be sure she didn't want to say anything else and when I confirmed she was done speaking, I asked, "how will you guys do that?", she and Elena exchanged glances, then turned back to me.

"We can do that by your acceptance of us. You've already accepted Eliana, but you've not accepted any of us" Elena said and I raised my brows.

"What do you mean by that? I already agree that you two are a part of me" Selena smiled and tsked.

"Agreeing that we are part of you and accepting that we are parts of you are completely different things" she moved closer to me and tapped my forehead, "in there, you still believe you are nothing but a werewolf. You've only made space for one of us and that's Eliana" "I still don't understand"

"What she means, Selene" Elena started, "is that in your head, you still view yourself as a werewolf instead of a hybrid. You've only made space for one of us, you only think one of us could be in your head and you can only hear one voice, and until you accept that you are a hybrid, capable of hearing 3 voices instead of one, capable of knowing truths that no one else does, capable of possessing not just the strength of a wolf, but that of a witch and a hybrid, you'll never be able to pass this stage"

"And how do I do that?" I asked and Selena cleared her thro at.

"You do that by knowing us, envisioning us, and accepting us, it's that simple."

"Just because you say it's simple doesn't mean it'd be simple for me, right? It could take months for me to do this, but I only have a week before the 24th, if what Kazmer said is true. I can't possibly wait for a week to gain the strength and ability to protect him, so there should be another way" I ranted and they all just stared at me while I ranted.

"There's no other way," Elena said and I felt like a million knives were pierced into my chest, "there's no other way because this is the simplest way for this to happen. Selene, You don't need days, weeks, or even months to be able to do this. You just need a minute, a complete minute of vulnerability to us. You were created to be this person, and all you have to do is accept us. We've trained to make you the person you need to be, so you don't have to spend time doing that" she gently grabbed my jaw to make me look at her, and she smiled.

"She's right, Selene. You just have to be ready to do this" Selena said and I turned towards her for a second, before my eyes flickered to Eliana who was now standing on her limbs and staring at us. The moment I met her eyes, she nodded her wolf head and I sighed. "A minute of vulnerability, you say" I whispered and they all nodded in anticipation. Seconds of silence passed between us, and I deliberated on what to do and after a while, I looked up at them and smiled, "I think I can do it"

A grin appeared on their faces and they both hugged me, "thank you for making this decision" Selena whispered in my ear and I just squished her a little.

"Let's not waste time, and get started," I said and they both pulled away from the hug, "what do I need to do?"

"Wait here" Selena mumbled and picked up a stick, which she used to draw a huge circle on the floor, Elena followed suit and drew 3 triangles inside the circle while I just watched in amazement, "stand in the middle of the circle" Selena instructed when they were done and I immediately complied.

"Now close your eyes, and clear your mind of every thought or doubt or limitations you might have. Take your time and let us know when you are ready" I nodded and for a few seconds, I freed myself of every thought I might have and just imagined my mind as nothing but a flowing river.

"I am ready" I mumbled and Selena's voice came immediately.

"No matter what you feel or hear right now, do not let your mind be clouded with anything else apart from us. Think of Elena and I, think of nothing but us becoming one, and no matter what do not break out of that thought" she said and I took a deep breath and nodded, "good" she mumbled and I heard the slaps of palm across each other, and sooner than later, the two of them began muttering in an unknown language.

I focused on what she had asked me to, but with each passing second, the wind and the rustling of the leaves got stronger and louder, the ground I stood on became shaky and for a moment I thought I was going to pass out. It became harder and harder to concentrate on what I was asked of, different thoughts clouded my mind, I saw memories that weren't mine, thoughts that were never mine clouded my mind, but with great difficulty, I concentrated on what I was asked to.

And tho it felt like ages, everything finally became deadly silent and I nearly heaved a breath of relief, but a sharp pain pierced my head and a scream rippled out of my throat.

I immediately snapped my eyes open and sprung up from the bed I was laying on and began looking around the room I was in, which I later recognized to be Drystan's. I was no longer in the forest and that made me breathe out in relief, but I immediately remembered the sharp pain I felt in my head and my hand automatically flew to my head.

I ran my hand through my head and when everything felt fine, I breathed out a sigh of relief, "thank goodness" I mumbled.

"Yeah, thank goodness! You passed the first level of this stage" a voice I recognized to be Elena's said in my head and I yelped.

"Yeah, we are finally together!" Selena's voice came as well and I thought I was going crazy.

"You aren't going crazy, Selene. You've accepted all of us" Eliana said and at that moment, everything flooded my brain, the thoughts, the memories, and most of all the truth.

My eyes widened when I remembered what I had seen in those moments and I sprung up from the bed, blood rushed to my head at the rate I stood up with and I paused to let my head regulate, "where's Drystan? I have to replace Drystan" I mumbled when my head cleared up, and I pulled the door open, and ran downstairs.

I saw him in the kitchen stirring something in the pot, and I immediately rushed to him and turned him to face me, "you're awake" I cried out and wrapped my arms around him, "thank goodness you're awake" I mumbled and he wrapped his arms around my waist. "Yes, I woke a while ago and saw you sleeping on the floor so I carried you to my room" he explained and I tightened my grip on him. We stayed like that for a while, before he slowly pushed me away and held my face gently, "You're okay right? Kazmer didn't do anything to you, right?"

My eyes widened when he said Kazmer and I immediately grabbed his hand, "Listen, you have to mate with me right now" I said when I remembered the reason I came in search of him, that was the only way I could get him to see what I need him to. His eyes widened and his cheeks colored, "mate? Now? But..." He stuttered and I blushed as well when I realized what I had just casually blurted out, but I immediately shook my head, this isn't for the pleasure.

"Yes, mate with me, now!" I insisted and made to drag him upstairs but he held me and frowned.

"What's wrong? Why do you want me to mate with you now?" He asked and I looked at him speechlessly for a while, before I sighed.

"You aren't going to believe me, but Derrick is trying to kill you," I said and he immediately let go of my hand.

"What did you just say?" He spat out in a low voice and I felt chills up my spine, but I stood my ground and met his eyes.

"Derrick plans on killing you on the 24th, his wedding date, and if you don't believe me, come upstairs with me right now and mate with me"
