Chapter 207
Chapter 207 Like An Eternity
“There are many people here. It’s very noisy. If you don’t use this, he won’t be able to hear you even if you cheer for him.”
As soon as she said that, she stood on the chair, holding a loudspeaker and shouting words of encouragement.
Her boyfriend’s name should be Harord or Harold. Lysander didn’t hear it clearly, but there was indeed a quite sunny and handsome boy on the basketball court who looked over. The girl playfully made a heart shape with her hands, causing the whole court to cheer and shout.
“Why are you just standing there? You should cheer for your boyfriend too!”
“I’ll pass…
“No, you’re already here… What’s your boyfriend’s name? I’ll do it for you!
Lysander was shocked by her friendliness.
“What’s his name?” the girl asked again.
“Zachary.
“Zachary, right? Okay.” The girl took a deep breath and shouted into the loudspeaker, “Zachary! Your girlfriend is too shy to cheer for you, so I’ll do it for her! Score more points! If you’re not named as the MVP, don’t come back to see her!”
Everyone was amused by the girl’s words.
The basketball court was filled with laughter..
“Zachary! Your girlfriend is so beautiful! If you don’t win today, I will beg her to give me a chance!”
Lysander was somewhat embarrassed.
Zachary’s face, too, turned as red as a tomato. He stood in place for quite a while, and in the end, it was a ball thrown by Rafiki that snapped him out of it.
Thanks to the girl, many people’s attention was drawn to Lysander.
She had a gentle appearance. Although her demeanor was somewhat cold, she seemed to be very easy to get along with. As time passed, a few more individuals gradually joined Zachary’s small group to play ball together.
During the halftime break, Zachary was the first to run over.
Having exercised, he was still panting slightly, with bright, glistening beads of sweat hanging in his hair. His eyes also appeared moist and shiny.
“Lysander.”

Lysander was taken aback for a moment before realizing what he was saying.
She chuckled. “We’re not getting any younger. Don’t compete with these young ones and just be safe.”
Zachary nodded heavily. “Mhm.”
“Wipe your sweat. You don’t want to catch a cold.” She handed him another tissue.
Zachary, however, didn’t take it. “Lysander.”
“Hmm?”
“Can you… help me?”
The large basketball court was located at the southeast corner of the campus.
A white Cayenne slowly came to a halt. Through the fence of the campus, Josiah could clearly see the scene unfolding within.
Zachary propped his hands on his knees, squatting down to accommodate Lysander’s height.
Lysander held his clothes in one hand and a tissue in the other. Standing on her tiptoes, she gently wiped the sweat from his forehead and temples.
She had her hair down that day.
When they were together, Lysander had always tied her hair up. He had thought that as she was a doctor, she had long been accustomed to a neat and simple lifestyle. A ponytail also suited her.
He had never seen Lysander with her hair down before.
Her originally small, palm–sized face looked even more–delicate, and it also made her look younger. She seemed not much older than the female college students next to her, appearing just like an upperclassman in her third or fourth year.
He had also never seen Lysander wearing the outfit she was wearing that day.
The white color complemented her skin tone well, and the trench coat with a cinched waist design further accentuated her graceful and beautiful figure.
Her action of helping Zachary wipe his sweat was very gentle. Following this, Zachary returned to the court. The man observing from the car felt as though this brief moment had stretched out to feel like an eternity.
