His Curvy Mate
Chapter 7

Willa loved the feel of Xander’s big c0ck working her, pumping in and out like a finely tuned machine. Every muscle in his body was defined and tense. He knew exactly how to pleasure her, to leave her begging and wanting more.

Her v!rginity was gone.

Would he still want her tomorrow?

She pushed away her fears and savored the perfect moment, the sensation of being filled and stretched by such an irresistible man. He wanted her, and he’d taken her.

“You’re mine now, Willa.” The whispered words traveled straight to her cunt. Her desire to be claimed and wanted was overwhelming. She never expected to know love or desire in her lifetime, but here she was, being fvcked on Xander’s hotel bed with the plush duvet and luxury sheets.

“Yes,” she said. Willa arched up against him, wanting it all. Each time he pushed his big c0ck back inside her, every cell went afire with need. The delicious sensations continued to build, promising an even stronger org*sm than earlier, if that was possible.

A light sheen of sweat broke out between them. They felt like one being, unable to get close enough, their bodies a tangle of limbs and s*x.

He growled, an animalistic sound that made her pvssy tingle. The further they got, the rougher he became. She loved every minute of it. The untamed side of Xander was exactly what she fantasized about.

He l!cked the pulse at her neck while pumping his h!ps between her legs.

His thick c0ck swelled even further, making her m0an involuntarily. It was so d*mn good. Then she felt the sharp bite against her neck. Had he bitten her? Before she could protest, a wave of heat and need so intense barreled through her. Willa org*smed hard and fast, digging her nails into his back to ground herself.

Xander pumped harder, his hot cum filling her, and he continued to bite and suckle her pulse point. Their movements slowly settled, their breathing calming. He slid to the side, cupping her face to get her full attention.

He was so ruggedly handsome and intense.

“You look beautiful like this,” he said.

She felt like a puddle, barely able to move her limbs.

“This doesn’t feel real.” She touched the side of her neck with her fingertips, then noticed there was a little b***d. “You bit me?”

“The love bite. We’re bonded now. Forever.”

“Are we animals now?”

“No, but I am,” he said. His eyes glinted oddly in the darkened room. For a split second, she almost believed him. He wasn’t like any man she’d ever known.

“Yes, you definitely are.” The man was an animal in bed, no doubt about it.

“I’m a wolf, Willa. Not like a wolf, a real one. A shifter between man and beast.”

She smiled. This didn’t seem like the ideal time to joke around, and he sounded serious, which wasn’t possible. Had she misjudged Xander completely? She should have known he was crazy if he chose to court a woman like her in the first place.

“You don’t believe me?” he asked.

“Why are you doing this? Are you teasing?”

“I’m sorry. I expected my life mate would be a she-wolf, and our mating would be seamless. Fate had other plans, and I have no clue how to pull a human into my world.” Then he opened his mouth, and she watched, with her own eyes, as fangs developed within seconds.

It was impossible.

She shook her head, leaning away. “What is this?”

“I don’t want you to be afraid of me, Willa. I would never hurt you. All I want to do is love and protect you.”

“You hardly know me. I hardly know you.” She rolled and fell right off the bed in a muddle of sheets. When he tried to help, she held out her palm, making him stop in his tracks. “If you come after me, I’ll scream.”

“Willa, please. Let me explain. Let me show you.”

“You’ve shown me enough of your weird parlor tricks. I never should have asked to come here.”

She was too in shock to think straight or mourn all the dreams she’d created in her head with Xander. He was her chance at something new and wonderful, but it was never meant to be.

“Give me a chance.”

“Stay away. You and Tyson.”

“Willa…”

She had nothing to put on for clothes, so she wiggled her best into his shirt and boxer shorts. As she rushed from his hotel room, her tears came out of nowhere as soon as she shut the door behind her. Why couldn’t anything work out for her? She’d given her v!rginity to a lunatic. It wasn’t something she could just take back.

And it was more than that.

In the short time she’d known him, she’d fallen hard. She trusted him, which wasn’t something she did very often. This was her happily ever after.

Only it wasn’t.

It was hard to run or walk with her eyes blurry. The tears and sobs wouldn’t stop. She wanted to disappear, to never face the world again.

Willa wondered how she’d get home when an SUV pulled up along the side of the road. Two big men tore out and forcibly grabbed her, shoving her into the backseat. She attempted to scream, but a meaty hand slapped over her mouth, stealing any sound from escaping.

It was dark, the windows heavily tinted. As she tried to scan the inside of the vehicle, a dark sack was pulled down over her head, leaving her in complete darkness. The air turned stale and panic set in.

Why was this happening?

What would they get out of kidnapping her?

This was just like the start of every crime novel she’d read recently, and the woman always ended up dead.

Xander had fvcked everything up. He wasn’t sure how to introduce Willa to his wolf, but once they were officially mated, he didn’t want to waste any time. She trusted him, so he didn’t want to hide the truth from her for longer than necessary. Unfortunately, there was no handbook for introducing your human mate into the world of shifters, so he was struggling.

And ultimately failed.

How would he convince Willa to give him and his wolf a chance? Was she just in shock? Did she not think his fangs were real? Or did he terrify her?

He scrubbed a hand down his face. As much as he wanted to give her space, he couldn’t leave her running around town half-na*ked and crying.

Xander quickly pulled on his pants, not bothering to replace another shirt in his suitcase. He grabbed his wallet, phone, and keys off the hall table, then opened the door and looked down the hall, taking chase, following her scent.

He felt bonded to her, much more connected than before the love bite. Although he sensed the fear, she was lost, sad, a feather on the wind. He had to replace her and make things right.

When he got out to the street, her scent ended abruptly, and the acrid scent of her fear tainted the air. He looked up and down the road, replaceing no sign of her. Had she gotten a taxi or done something foolish like hitch a ride back home?

He’d drive to her apartment and wait.

As he walked to the parking garage, his phone rang. His heart leaped, hoping it was her.

It was an unknown number.

“Hello? Willa?”

A male voice laughed.

He didn’t have time for anyone right now if it wasn’t his mate. He hung up the phone.

Once in his car, the phone rang again.

“What do you want?”

“What is an alpha without his mate?” the man asked. “I’ll tell you. Weak.”

He put the car back into park and froze. That voice…

“Greer.”

“I hope it’s okay if Tyson gave me your cell number. He’s such an impressionable young man, isn’t he? Believes everything he hears.”

“If you hurt him, I’ll kill you.”

“Relax, Xander. Your boy is probably at school fantasizing about joining my pack. He has a real hard-on for utopia. Only it doesn’t exist, does it?”

The sudden realization struck him. “Willa.”

“Ah, catching on there,” Greer said. “She’s a big girl. Put up quite a fight.”

“Don’t you f*****g touch her.”

“You should have kept her under the protection of your pack. That’s not my incompetence, that’s yours.”

“What do you want?”

“Not a thing. I’m going to enjoy every second of this. Knowing you’re suffering and knowing your pack will fall apart without their alpha.”

“I’m not leaving my pack.”

“Your idealistic son pulled you away from your territory, but what I never expected was him leading me right to your mate. Such a pleasant surprise.”

Tyson had a distaste for humans, but he always spoke kindly of Willa. She was the one human he connected with. He wouldn’t put her in harm’s way on purpose.

Or would his son sell them both out for his own twisted idea of the pure shifter society that the Fury Riders Pack peddled to him?

“I’ll replace you and I’ll destroy you and every male in your pack.”

“Strong words when I have your mate under my control. Or is she your mate at all? It’s hard to believe you’d feel the pull for a human being.”

He heard a squeal on the other end of the phone. It was Willa crying out.

“What the f**k are you doing? Keep your hands off her!”

“Don’t make demands. The only way you’re getting her back is by sacrificing yourself. I would’ve killed your heir too, but he’s so easily manipulated that maybe I’ll keep him around as a protégé.”

“You bastard.”

“Well, what do you say?”

“Where are you?”

“Meet me under the old south bridge in two hours,” Greer said. Then he hung up the phone.

Xander’s heart raced. He wanted to smash the phone to pieces, but he needed to keep the lines of communication open. He’d sacrifice himself for her freedom, no doubt in his mind. Then he thought of his pack left defenseless. His son brainwashed by a madman. He had to get his mate back from his enemy without getting her harmed in the process.

His mind was a mess as he went through so many scenarios in his head.

The first thing he did was call his son. The last thing he needed was for both of them to be kidnapped.

Tyson answered after a couple of rings, and his voice was a beautiful sound. As pissed off as he was with his son, he was still his only child, the boy he’d raised himself for the past eighteen years.

“Tyson, where are you?”

“My room, why?”

“Is anyone with you?” Xander asked.

“My roommate is out with his girlfriend.”

He exhaled his relief that he wasn’t in immediate danger. “Have you talked with Greer recently?”

“I already told you about it. He wants to talk and knows you’re in town.”

“How does he know about Willa?”

“I mentioned you were out to dinner with her the other day. You’ve spoken with him already?”

“He has Willa.”

“What are you talking about?” Tyson asked.

“He was using you, son. Using you to get to me, to weaken our pack. The Fury Riders are our enemies, not friends in disguise.”

“I don’t understand.”

“He told you what you wanted to hear. Greer doesn’t want peace or a merge of our packs. He wants to destroy me. And he thinks killing my mate will weaken me,” Xander said. “Now I’ll have to sacrifice my life to save Willa’s.”

“No!”

“You should have listened to me, Tyson. Not only as your alpha, but as your father.”

“I’m sorry. What are we going to do?”

“We aren’t doing nothing. I don’t want him hurting you too. I’ll meet with him, trade myself if I can’t free her.”

“It’s too risky. Don’t go, Dad. Don’t sacrifice yourself.”

“Because she’s a human? Do you still have so much hate in your heart?”

“No, because I love you.”
