His Destructive, Toxic Love -
Chapter 200
"Do I really have to go?"
Lydia understood that it was normal for newbies to be scared of their first night out, but a million-dollar opportunity was rare. "Aren't you strapped for cash? Out of a million, I'll only take two hundred thousand. The remaining eight hundred thousand is all yours."
"But..."
"It'll be over before you know it." Lydia whispered in Eliza's ear, "Take care of your urgent needs and get back to a normal life sooner. Isn't that better?"
Of course, it was.
But Casper was the man she had to leave with.
"I..." Eliza was scared.
"There's a first time for everything. Think about it." Lydia sashayed over to Casper. "The lady is a bit shy. Let's just forget about her."
"Two million." His gaze was cold and never left Eliza, "Tell her being too greedy might not be a good thing."
"This..."
Lydia was in a bind.
Eliza looked up and met Casper's gaze.
Their eyes locked, and she couldn't decipher his emotions beneath his calm demeanor.
Lydia approached Eliza, about to persuade her again when she finally spoke, "I'll go, but the money first."
"That's not a problem. Here, we always ask our clients to pay before taking someone with them." Lydia, thinking about her cut of four hundred thousand, was grinning from ear to ear. "Mr. Casper, are you paying by card?"
Casper's voice was deep. "By card."
Two million was charged.
One million six hundred thousand went into Eliza's account.
She changed her clothes but didn't remove her makeup.
Lydia escorted her out.
She had mixed feelings, "Don't be afraid. There's no shame in this. Once you've earned enough, you won't have to do it anymore."
Lydia looked at Eliza.
She should be flourishing somewhere, not crawling in dark corners like a rat.
Eliza just smiled.
Then she bent down and got into the car.
The car moved along, heading to the Falconridge Hotel.
Casper led the way.
She followed behind.
He didn't speak, show any expression, or even walk too fast.
Eliza's heart raced.
She guessed Casper had recognized her, but why hadn't he lashed out at her?
If he hadn't recognized her, did that mean he always took a woman to hotels for the night?
Eliza didn't dare to think further.
Regardless of whether Casper recognized her, the money was already in her account.
It wouldn't take long for her to repay the debt she owed him.
In the elevator,
Eliza hid in the corner, still hanging her head low.
The space was quiet and cramped, and it felt like an eternity before the elevator doors slowly opened.
Casper swiped his card, and she followed him in.
He took off his coat, threw it aside, loosened his collar, and looked up at her. "Take it off."
Eliza was taken aback.
"To sell yourself, you need to have the attitude of a hooker."
His piercing gaze swept her from head to toe several times before finally resting on her face,

Eliza's eyelashes trembled slightly.
Her fingertips hesitated, then began to unbutton her shirt.
Casper scoffed.
Then he took a cigarette to his lips, lighting it up.
The faint scent of tobacco soon filled the room.
He lazily gestured for her to come closer with a hook of his finger.
Eliza, with a trembling heart, walked over.
He watched her playfully, exhaling smoke onto her face, hooking his arm around her neck, "Next time you wea makeup, remember to cover up that beauty mark."
Eliza struggled as if startled.
