After getting into the car, Reene asked in puzzlement, "Kingsley, where else are you going? You've justcome back from Diosna, so you shouldn't be going around."

"I'm going to check on my parents' cemetery." Kingsley started the car. "I haven't been there to take alook since coming back from Diosna."

A tender expression appeared on Reene's face. "I'll go with you, then. I have yet to pay them myrespects."

"There's no hurry. The cemetery isn't finished yet," Kingsley replied while driving the car. "It won't be toolate for you to pay your respects to them after I'm done getting rid of those who have to be taken careof."

A hint of worry flickered across Reene's face when she heard this. She opened her mouth and wanted tosay something, only to bite back the words in the end. Kingsley had always appeared casual andcheerful since his return, but she had noticed long ago that he had been doing things she didn't knowabout. Even his identity seemed more complicated than it appeared to be! She replied with a sigh,"Kingsley, no matter what you're gonna do, just keep in mind that I always have your back. I'm just thechairman of a small company for now, but as long as you need it, I'll do my best to help you—even if itmeans I'll have to put my life on the line!"
