Mabel ignored Jonathan's comment and explained, “This place is soundproof, so it's safe for us to talk.”

As for Polly, she was stern as usual.

Mabel glanced at Jonathan and said, “I called you here today because I want you to make earlypreparations, Jonathan. I'll have you know the mistake you committed today was way worse than theone against Strikezone Martial Arts.”

Jonathan felt confused. Huh? What is she talking about?

Polly was just as puzzled.

“Just get to the point, Mabel.” Jonathan rubbed his nose irritatingly and asked, “What's going on?”

Mabel answered, “You should never have killed Leonardo today! Now that he's dead, the Young familyisn't going to let you go.”

Jonathan said grimly, “Only one of us could be allowed to survive in the arena. Since we both went into

the battlefield, we should have been prepared to die in battle as well. Even if the Young family is asunreasonable as Strikezone Martial Arts, I won't be at their mercy.”
