I'm Not Yours, Alpha
I’m Not Yours, Alpha – Chapter 6

Aidan reflected in the mirror and grimaced at the state of his hair, stress taking its toll on everything. Stress was fatal and took its toll on everything. In his case, his hair fiber suffered the most. The shine had diminished and the ends looked dry. So much effort trying to maintain a luxurious mane and in a few days all the work had gone down the drain.

In the last three days, her president had been kept at bay, after the somewhat over-heated conversation. But staying on guard all the time and trying to fend him off had set his stress timers to the max.

He reached into his dresser drawer for a pair of scissors. When there was no solution it was best to cut.

She moved the scissors back and forth removing anything that looked battered until she was satisfied. She had never liked short hair as young men of her age would wear it. A little longer seemed to give him a more youthful look even though it tended to grow very fast. Her mane that had previously caressed her shoulders, she had taken it to something like a bob cut longer in the front than in the back exposing her neck.

For those who were omegas showing this part was dangerous, but for him it was a luxury he could afford. He still wondered where the hell that alpha had gotten the idea that he was an omega.

He went back to rummaging in the drawer and grabbed the knob of his pills, he had forgotten the previous day’s dose as Hans insisted on going out to see a movie that ended too late and he just fell asleep on the way back.

To his surprise the knob was empty.

-Damn, I forgot. Mom,” he shouted but got no answer. His mother had gone out that morning and he was the one who always solved the pills for her.

What a remedy, he would have to take his dose when he got back, for one day he didn’t think anything would happen.

He left a message for his mother and left for work.

-Directooooor” was the first thing she heard when she opened the office door.

-What’s wrong? Something good wasn’t coming.

-First, your new haircut looks great on you,” Albert was as witty as ever, “Second. The president wants answers fast, go see him urgently.

Aidan sighed, he knew this meeting was destined, it couldn’t be postponed any longer. He had delivered the first part and he was sure that doubts would flourish, doubts to which he had answers.

He put down his bag and grabbed a quick cup of coffee. He swallowed his fingers and walked to the elevator.

-It looks like he’s going to the battlefield,” one of his employees commented.

-He’s not going to the battlefield, he’s going straight to World War III, Troy is burning today,” another replied.

-It seems to me that you are out of date.

-A little bit of drama, man, just a little bit of drama.

Aidan heard them talking and they were right. The situation between them was tense, he hoped Dominic would behave himself.

Leo let him into the office where Dominic was reading the documents behind his desk. He looked up as the door closed and sniffed.

-Your scent is stronger today. Did you wear any perfume?” he rose from the presidential chair and approached him, enraptured by the scent that was beginning to flood the office.

-I don’t wear perfume,” he backed up a step, keeping his distance. That’s why he hated being near the man, too direct with his persona- And I could report you for s****l harassment if you continue with those insinuations-.

Dominic stopped and studied him. If he knew everything he had held back from doing to her these last few days he really would already be at the station denouncing him. He had even forgotten the small detail that he was also in a relationship. Now he understood everything they said about destined couples and how you could give up everything to get that person.

-Explain to me the changes- he turned and went back to his post focusing on work because after several days he was at the top of his limit.

Aidan swallowed before walking over and sitting down across from him. The atmosphere around him was thick and he felt extremely tense.

Even though he was going crazy with having him in front of him, Dominic kept his concentration on the job until he was done. He could recognize that despite understanding the content he had averted his gaze a few times to her lips and ran down her neck. He loved them, especially the delicate curve of it.

-That concludes the first phase. If you have any questions,” Aidan concluded after explaining the last details of the project.

-Are you taking any medication,” Dominic blurted out suddenly.

He looked at him strangely and got up quickly from his chair. Where had he gotten that information from? Was he spying on him?

-If you’ll excuse me, and seeing that you don’t have any doubts, I’ll leave,” he turned and walked quickly to the door. As he tried to open it, the man’s hand slammed shut while the other placed it on his shoulder, pinning him against the glass.

-What do you think you’re doing? If you don’t stop I’ll scream.

-First of all, this place is soundless and I just want you to answer me. Are you taking any medication,” her voice echoed close to his ear,

He didn’t answer at once.

-My private life is not something you are interested in,” he said calming down, fighting against him would only bring worse consequences.

Dominic didn’t like her answer but his attention on the subject was diverted when he saw the uncovered nape of her neck at his mercy. Without much thought and being carried away by the scent, he licked the exposed skin in front of his eyes. He felt Aidan jolt beneath him and he further affirmed him by the shoulder when she tried to pull away.

-President, let me,” he barely let out a whisper, squeezing his eyes shut.

But Dominic paid no attention, he was immersed in the taste of that soft skin. He brought his lips closer and tasted, pressing his body against the younger man’s, who molded himself, as if he had been designed for him.

It had been designed for him. Of course it had.

Aidan clenched his fingers feeling the warm of mouth feasting against his neck not understanding what was happening, alphas behaved this way with omegas. She was alarmed when his teeth began to scrape at her. He jerked in a futile attempt to pull away but it was useless. The man was too heavy for him to pull him off the top.

-Please let me go,” his words were suddenly stuck deep in his throat.

A sensation totally new to him swept through her making her shiver. She clenched her legs as a strange warmth began to form in her stomach.

Dominic felt it too and sat up panting.

-You’re delicious,” he exclaimed in awe.

Aidan panicked, what was that. Taking advantage of the fact that the alpha had separated, he threw himself backwards pushing him and forcing the door, quickly running to the elevator. When the doors closed he gasped and his cheeks burned.

What was happening? Her stomach churned and she had to stop a few floors short of her own to run off in the direction of the bathroom and dump all of her breakfast into the toilet.

-Principal Miller, are you all right?” someone from some department came up and patted his back.

Aidan pulled his head away from the toilet still panting. He nodded and walked unsteadily to the sink where he splashed water on his face.

-What about those marks,” the man seemed interested in his neck. The beta was alarmed and covered herself with her hand.

-It’s an allergy I’m having, I had a bad breakfast and apparently I have a rash on my skin,” he lied.

-That’s not good, I’ll call a cab to take you to the hospital.

-Thank you, but it’s not necessary.

The other man nodded and left. Aidan looked at himself in the mirror and he didn’t like what he saw. His eyes were watery, his cheeks were red and his forehead was sweaty, he looked like he had just gotten out of some high pitched activity. He reached for his cell phone in his pocket and dialed the number of one of his classmates.

-He said, “Take my bag to the entrance, I’ve had a bad breakfast and I’m going home. If anyone asks, I’ll work from my computer, but don’t let them call me,” he hung up before they asked him any questions. More than he had in his head he didn’t want.

Dominic knocked on the glass of his office door. He almost lost control. That had been the sign of a rut. Yes, he was sure. Her body had responded to his caresses like an omega did, his omega, but she had fled and left him wanting more. He wanted to fall back on her but that would only scare him more.

He had to lower his hand and squeeze his aching e******n. He knew he would have a hard time getting it down.

He had never felt like this next to his current partner. Desire yes, the normal thing for the body to respond to a beautiful woman, instead today had been different, so wild he could barely remember what he had done. He wanted to run his mouth all over her and make her his, to reclaim what was his property.

Change of plans, her perfect life would have to turn upside down, she wouldn’t sacrifice her happiness for his stupid laws. She hoped Aidan was ready.

By the time Natacha arrived at the house, Aidan was waiting for her sitting on the couch with a somber expression on his face.

-It’s strange to see you so early, didn’t you have work today?

Aidan was unfazed by her words, he was annoyed. If there was one thing he didn’t like, it was being taken for a fool.

-Mother,” he narrowed his eyes, “What are those pills I’m taking?
