Meanwhile, Tobias didn't receive a response from Skylar after giving hisadvice let alone hear her saying that she would not repeat it again.When they arrived at Bella Garden, he could hardly walk and used heras a human crutch. Most of his weight had been shifted to her.

Susan alighted together with them. As the hot summer breeze blew ontheir faces, the stickiness it brought was simply uncomfortable

She asked Skylar, “Do you need help? When Mr. Ford had too much todrink previously, I was always by his side and am used to taking care ofhim.”

Skylar declined her offer, “No need, I'll be fine.”

Tobias waved for Susan to go as he didn't want another person athome.

When they opened the door, it was obvious that Tobias had notreturned home for days. All the windows were tightly shut, causing theroom to feel stuffy while a musty smell permeated the air.

Tobias sat on the sofa with his elbows on his knees and handssupporting his head. He continued to massage his temple.

He had to admit he was getting older. There was a stark difference inhis ability to hold in liquor after thirty as compared to how it used to bewhen he was younger.

Skylar opened all the doors and windows to let the clean air in andhanded Tobias a glass of warm water.

He took a sip before putting the water aside. Looking at him, Skylar feltthat he was still not in bad shape. He wasn't that drunk and just lookedto be in slight discomfort.

It was common to feel this way after having too much to drink. Skylarasked, “Do you want to sleep or shower first?”

Tobias took off his jacket and loosened his tie. “Of course I need toshower first. You should shower with me, just in case I fall unconsciousin the bathroom from drinking too much.”

Tobias was grinning cheekily. Skylar replied with a frown, “I'll wait foryou outside. Call me once you're done.”

Tobias insisted, “I'm really looking forward to a romantic bath. I'm goingto fill the tub. You should go get ready.”

Skylar was stunned. “What's there to prepare?”

Tobias replied, “Oh, in that case, just take off your clothes. How are yougoing to bath with your clothes on? You can't stay outside. What if Ifainted?”

Tobias’ shamelessness had exceeded Skylar's imagination.

When she settled into the tub with him, she didn't expected him to donothing else.

After she got out of the bathroom, she slipped into one of Tobias"oversized shirts.

As she was exhausted from the long day, she hoped for Tobias"understanding. However, he obviously had a different idea of helpingher relax.

Flipping the blanket aside, he pressed himself on her. The warmth of hisbody caused her breathing to heat up.

It was another long and passionate night. Once they were done, Skylarlay in Tobias’ embrace. She didn't even feel like moving a finger, as if allher energy were expended in the love-making.

“Are you tired? Is it more tiring filming or doing it with me?” Tobiaswhispered into her ear despite knowing the answer.

As both of them clung together tightly, they could feel each other'ssweat.

Skylar closed her eyes and replied, “It's probably the latter. I'm so tiredthat I can't move. Why did you bring me there tonight? Did you want totell all those people that I'm your mistress?”
