Skylar asked, “Who bought those coffees? I'm the only one being leftout. What are they trying to do?”

Hannah answered with a dejected look. “Winnie and her assistant gaveout those coffees. Look, she and her rich boyfriend are taking turns tofeed each other cakes.”

Why does Sheldon pretend as if he doesn't know me here? Is he afraidof affecting his brother's reputation since we're at the Ford Group?Skylar patted Hannah's shoulder while saying, “Let's do the same thingtomorrow during filming. Buy the whole crew coffees except the two ofthem.”

I have to make a stand. I can't let Winnie trample all over me withoutretaliating. She won't stop as long as I endure it in silence.

“We'll be filming at the studio tomorrow, so the crew will be muchbigger, and it'll cost us tens of thousands to buy everyone

coffee,” Hannah replied in a low voice.

Skylar ate her words right away. “Let's wait for the commission then. Idon't have that much money now.”

Hannah eyed Skylar suspiciously. I once saw a black card which has nospending limit inside her bag. Why is she acting as if she’s broke?

In the meantime, Tobias rubbed the back of his neck to ease thesoreness.

Susan was sharp-eyed and noticed that only Skylar and the girl besideher had no coffee.

She turned to look at Tobias. “Mr. Ford, is Ms. Jones being ostracized bythe crew? She didn't get any coffee and cake, but the rest of them haveit...”

If Susan hadn't pointed it out, Tobias wouldn't have noticed it.

His eyes landed on Sheldon, who was still acting all lovey-dovey withhis girlfriend. He should've at least greeted her.

In the meantime, Skylar was waiting for Harry and Winnie to finishfilming their scenes before all of them could head home. She thenfished out her phone and swiped the screen to unlock it.

The woman dared not browse her Instagram, which was full of fans ofthe novel “Unrequited Love’.

As she casually scrolled through some videos on her phone, sleepinessovercame her, and her eyelids grew heavy. Suddenly, a tall figureovershadowed her.

Lifting her head, she saw Tobias standing right in front of her with twocups of coffee in his hand.

“You've always been resilient. Why are you looking so sleepy?”

Staring at the man with a blank face, Skylar slowly took the coffee fromhim.

What is Tobias doing here? Why did he come over when there're somany people around? Isn't he worried about his reputation?

Skylar has been shutting herself off because of Tobias’ grinding. Shewas convinced that their relationship would be kept in the dark forever.“Why are you still here? I thought you went home.” Skylar's voice wassoft and weary due to her drowsiness

“If I had gone home earlier, I wouldn't have seen you hug the otherman six times. Are you going to sleep with me six times tonight tosoothe my heartache?” Tobias bent forward and mumbled in her ear.His warm breath caressed her neck, and their postures would lead todubious assumptions.

Skylar's brows drew together. How long has he been watching me? Heeven remembers how many times I did that.

Wrapping her arms around his neck, she replied playfully, “I don't thinkyou can do it for six times. Not a chance!”
