"Don't you need any medical tools?" Tsunade asked curiously.

They had moved to a remote room for her treatment.

"That's fine, I don't have many fancy tricks up my sleeve," Colt replied casually.

"Alright then, I'm ready. You can start whenever," Tsunade said, steeling herself.

"Wait, let me undress first," Colt added.

In the small room, there was only a simple bed and a few chairs.

Colt closed the door securely and set a privacy seal.

He took off his upper body clothing, revealing his sturdy physique and the Kaminari hanging around his neck like an accessory.

"My, my," Tsunade looked at Colt's figure appreciatively, like a mischievous admirer.

"I must say, you're quite well-built."

Colt rolled his eyes. If only she knew what else he had that was quite well-built.

His Mangekyō Sharingan activated, and Kaminari changed to the size of a dagger.

"Is that... the Mangekyo sharingan, similar to what Uchiha Madara had?" Tsunade exclaimed in surprise.

She knew Colt had the Sharingan, but she didn't realize it had developed to this extent.

"Something like that, but a bit different," Colt explained modestly.

Although his Mangekyō was already formidable, it hadn't yet reached the level of the Eternal Mangekyō. But it was only one step away.

"You might even surpass Grandfather and Uchiha Madara one day," Tsunade mused, clearly pleased with Colt's potential.

She didn't really care that Colt had the Uchiha blood. Given the current state of both the Senju and Uchiha, why fuss over such details?

"Alright, let's begin the treatment," Colt said, not dwelling on the topic. He raised Kaminari and pierced his own arm.

"You-!" Tsunade's eyes widened in shock as she slumped onto the bed.

"A wise man once said that only magic can defeat magic," Colt explained calmly.

"Elder sister, your hemophobia is just a traumatic image that left a deep psychological scar. If we can desensitize you to blood, everything will be solved."

That's right, this was Colt's simple yet direct approach. He wasn't a psychiatrist, after all. And his ability couldn't heal traumas.

This crude method was all he could think of.

As for why he didn't let Tsunade do it herself? In Tsunade's heart, Colt's status should be somewhat special as her last living family, so only he could bring about a stronger impact. While speaking, the wound on his arm had already healed.

Colt didn't use any healing techniques. His Sage Body played its role naturally.

Now, the development of his Sage Body was no longer inferior to Hashirama Senju's and combined with the Yang Release, the resulting resilience was truly terrifying.

In less than a minute, his pierced palm returned to its original, unblemished state.

"Take a short break. We'll continue soon," Colt said, rinsing the blood off his hands with clean water. He gave her some time to recover.

After about ten minutes, Tsunade finally regained her mobility.

The first thing she did was throw a punch at Colt.

"Even if you want to heal me, you can't do such a reckless thing!" she yelled angrily.

She had no idea that Colt would actually harm himself like this.

However, Colt took her punch readily.

"Pfft!" The sound of blood splashing again filled the room, and Tsunade once more became paralyzed.

"No! Stop it!"

"No! I don't want this anymore!"

For an entire afternoon, Tsunade cried and cursed in that secret room.

Seeing such a beautiful blonde woman with tears streaming down her face, Colt remained unmoved and continued to repeat his actions.

Fortunately, he had the foresight to not only seal the room but also soundproof it.

Otherwise, if someone overheard, they might think something inappropriate was happening inside.

As night fell, Colt finally let Tsunade go.

"It's getting late. We'll continue tomorrow," he said, feeling a bit bored after repeatedly injuring his palm all afternoon.

To keep himself from dozing off, he had even changed the places of injury to maintain some level of engagement.

He had pierced his arms and thighs as well.

Tsunade, with a dazed expression, still had traces of dried tears on her face.

Taking one look at her, Colt quickly slipped away.

If he didn't leave now, he feared he might not survive the night.

The next day, Colt returned to the Senju compound.

Time was short, and the task was crucial.

Tsunade had to be completely cured within three days to avoid delaying the appointment

with the two advisors.

His sacrifice was quite great.

Looking at the surprisingly calm Tsunade, Colt felt a bit strange.

"I thought you'd lunge at me the moment you saw me today," he admitted.

Given Tsunade's temperament, he had been prepared to bleed again upon meeting her.

"Let's start right away," Tsunade said in a hoarse voice, walking directly into the same room

as the day before.

The reason for her calmness at this moment was that she had noticed her fear of blood was indeed gradually diminishing.

Initially, it would take more than ten minutes for her to regain mobility.

But by the end of yesterday, this time had shortened to just five minutes.

Colt's approach was working, even if she was reluctant to admit it.

Same place, same routine.

Colt also noticed Tsunade's improvement, allowing him to increase the frequency of his self-

inflicted wounds.

Moreover, her stress response had become much less severe.

Finally, on the morning of the third day, Colt stabbed himself in the thigh with an

expressionless face.

This action, he had repeated thousands of times by now.

The difference this time was Tsunade's response.

"You little devil! I've endured you long enough. Time for some payback!" she roared.

The fully recovered Tsunade, carrying her pent-up fury, threw a punch at Colt.

This time, the blood on his thigh didn't affect her at all.

Colt was startled and instinctively dodged sideways.

Tsunade's fist slammed straight into the door, instantly breaking the seal and smashing the

entire door along with part of the wall.

Just as she was about to continue teaching Colt a lesson, she saw a smile spread across his

face.

"Congratulations, you're cured," he said simply.

Only then did Tsunade realize what she had just done.

The hemophobia that had plagued her for many years was finally gone.

The price was the countless wounds and injuries Colt had endured over the past few days.

Tsunade lowered her arms as her shoulders slumped.

With tears in her eyes, she hugged Colt tightly.

It seemed to be the only way she could express her deep gratitude.

"You troublesome brat... thank you," she whispered.

While enjoying the embrace of the legendary kunoichi, Colt's mind registered the system's

voice:

[Congratulations to the Host for healing a powerful individual suffering from mental trauma through personal efforts. Bonus points +2000.]

[Please continue your efforts to become an excellent psychiatrist.]

2000 points - a very generous reward indeed.

'But seriously, System, are you sure I should become a psychiatrist?' Colt was helpless.
