Judith stood in front of the floor-to-ceiling window for a long time until her calf was bloated. Only then didshe turn around and walk towards her suitcase. She opened the suitcase and hung the clothes in thecloset. Judith liked dresses the most! All of them were designed on her own for herself. They were in thestyle she liked. After putting all the clothes into the closet, she put her daily necessities into thebathroom. She prepared the clothes for tomorrow morning after everything was done. After taking a bath,she dried her hair. She got on the big bed which was covered with a pink bed sheet. She smiled sinceshe liked its color. She picked up her cellphone on the bedside table. Unlocking the phone, she sawAdam’s message. Adam sent a voice message. “Judy, I will stay in the Mayfield branch of my companyfor a month. Let’s have dinner together after work tomorrow.”

Judith smiled and replied to him. “Adam, okay! I don’t have any friends here. But why do you stay herefor a month? You don’t seem to have any business here recently.” Adam replied to her very soon. “Judy, Ihave my company here. I come as the president of the company. Well, you should take a rest early. I willpick you up after work tomorrow. Good night!” Smiling, Judith typed the word “Good” and sent an emojiof a good night. + Then she turned to the dialog box of the general manager. She sent a message to him.Mr. Powell, I’ve arrived in Mayfield and will go to the company on time tomorrow morning. Gary, who hadjust parked his car in the underground parking lot, heard the notification sound of his phone. He looked atit and smiled. “Frank, the design director of the branch company has arrived in Mayfield. She will attendthe meeting on time tomorrow morning.” “That’s good!” Frank pursed his lips with a stern face. He wasvery serious about work. He had been separated from his family business for a few years. In the past fewyears, he had risen to the business emperor with his tough methods. He shocked the members of theboard of directors who had sold their shares before. He felt much freer now that he had left the Taylorfamily.

There was no need to go back to the old house to face those disgusting and hypocritical faces. He couldalso look for Jodie and his mother. All the projects he had invested in Mayfield where had manyopportunities earned every day. Frank had become the head of various industries nationwide. Popularstars and young ladies of the big families all dreamed of marrying him. Standing at the door of the TykeaVilla, which was located in the best location in Mayfield, Frank glanced at Gary with his deep and coldeyes. Gary hurried to open the door. Under Frank’s cold glance, he entered the password. This was nothis home, but he was more familiar with the password than the owner of this villa. Frank thought of Jodietoday, so Gary could only let Frank drink and sulk. Frank threw himself into the sofa as he entered. Onlythen did he take out his phone and have a look. When he saw that there were four phone calls missedfrom the old house, a cold light flashed in his deep eyes. He threw his phone on the table and stood upto take a bath. Gary reminded Frank, “Frank, watch out! Don’t get your wound wet.” Frank turned a deafear and slammed the bathroom door. Gary shrunk his neck in fright. He thought that Frank had a badtemper. Gary hoped that Jodie would appear in front of Frank when Frank woke up so that he himselfwouldn’t live a bitter life anymore.
