Love Began with the First Meeting
Chapter 1057 Extra Story 38 Of Sweetness Between Bri And Mol Anger

Tony had never felt so ashamed and humiliated in all his life. As the bodyguard for the leader of XK Intelligence Agency, after he regained consciousness, he found that he had been knocked out and was now tied up at an unknown location by the assailant he had kept a watch on. "Shit!" he spat and cursed in anger, looking around with his sharp eyes. Although it was very dark in the place, he was being held. He was still able to adapt to the darkness several minutes later. That was because he had been trained in XK Intelligence Agency and had

gone through Hell Forest together with Brian several times before.

However, when he adapted to the darkness, he couldn't help but curse the person who had left him in such a situation. The room was empty, and there was nothing inside that he could make any use of.

Tony's eyes turned dark, and he sighed slightly. At the same time, he had to admit that Cora had done a good job. After all, she had also been trained at XK Intelligence Agency, and this was one of the essential things taught in the XK Intelligence Agency. Not to leave anything behind that might aid a person to escape.

At the international airport of A City

With the development of its economy and tourism, A City had already become an international cosmopolis. Whenever you came to the airport, there were "people mountain people sea", as if all the world's population arrived here at the same time.

Evelyn was sitting on a suitcase that was placed on a luggage cart. While pushing the luggage cart, Brian talked to Molly now and then. Molly walked beside them, holding Charlie's hand and seemed to be quite happy, which was evident by the bright smile on her face. However, her smile froze when she saw Cora.

"It seems that..." Molly said while stopping in her tracks. "Somebody has not given up so easily!"

Brian saw Cora too, and so did Charlie and Evelyn. Immediately, the twins pouted and twisted their eyebrows into a frown, while goosebumps covered their whole bodies. It was as if they were ready to go into battle at any time.

"You deal with her yourself," Molly said. With a slight sigh, she then took over to push the luggage cart. After giving Charlie a hint to sit on another suitcase next to Evelyn, she pushed the luggage cart with the two kids and their luggage away, without paying any attention to Brian.

She wasn't angry, but she felt that Brian should deal with whatever it was head-on since he couldn't avoid it. Since Cora evidently hadn't given up, then Molly knew that Brian and Cora had to deal with the inevitable.

She wasn't the kind of loser who could give away her husband to another woman easily. Perhaps she would even agree to give anything of materialistic value away, but Brian was an exception. He could only belong to her. As a soft-hearted person, she didn't wish harm upon anyone. However, if Molly was pushed, she could be the devil in person if necessary.

When Molly walked out of the terminal with the twins, she didn't see their car waiting as she had expected. On second thought, it was apparent that if Tony were here, he wouldn't have allowed Cora to appear at the airport in the first place. However, she couldn't figure out what could have happened. Tony was capable enough to deal with a woman. Logically, he shouldn't have made such a slip-up.

With these thoughts in her mind, Molly took her cellphone out of her pocket. Since she had just disembarked the airplane, the cellphone was still off and when she realized she let out a heavy sigh. While waiting for the phone to start, both the twins turned their heads to look up at her.

"What's the matter?" Molly asked attentively, bending over slightly towards her children.

Evelyn pouted. In a grouchy tone, she said, "Mommy, how could you leave Daddy alone with another woman?"

Upon hearing that, Molly didn't know whether she should laugh or cry. In the end, she burst into a weak smile. "Evelyn, your daddy has to talk her down in person. It would be inconvenient for your mommy to be there," she explained. "Aren't you afraid that your husband would be enticed away when they were alone?" Charlie asked, curling his lips.

Molly was used to hearing Charlie say things that sounded much more sophisticated than his age. He was very young, but he seemed wise and mature. Although she wasn't surprised to hear such a question from her younger son's mouth, she felt somewhat helpless at this point. The fact is she would rather the children grow up in the normal course of nature as other ordinary children did. Sadly, none of the Long Family children had a normal childhood. They didn't have any time to play as regular children would. Mark had undertaken the task as a candidate of the power holder of Dragon Island since the age of six. When Molly thought of the pressure that Mark was under at such a tender age, she felt sorry for him. To make it worse, it turned out that Charlie was wiser beyond his years and behaved like a little adult too. Fortunately, Evelyn wasn't like her two elder brothers. Otherwise, Molly would begin to wonder if something was injected into the genes of the Long Family.

Of course, she could only think about that and dared not speak her mind to Brian or the boys. Otherwise, she would be sleep deprived by Brian the whole night and then tortured by the two little rascals the following day.

"It doesn't matter..." Molly answered while dialing Tony's number. "Your dad would fetch me back." While she said that, she frowned when she heard the mechanical tone on the phone.

As far as she knew, Tony had never turned off his cellphone, but his cellphone was off now. It seemed that Cora had gone to great lengths to intercept them at the airport. However, one thing that did bother Molly. She couldn't figure out how Cora had known when they would return.

"Mommy, why doesn't Tony pick up the phone?" Evelyn asked, blinking in curiosity. Her long curly eyelashes were just like two little fans, making her look especially sweet and lovely.

Molly didn't want Evelyn to know too much and worry her, so she smiled at her and said, "Forget him. Let's take a taxi back home."

Cora embraced Brian and held him tightly in her arms. Brian didn't fight it, but he didn't respond to her either. Instead he grimaced and narrowed his falcon eyes.

"Brian, I miss you so much," Cora mumbled in a sulky voice. It seemed that she was very excited to see him and that she truly missed him.

"Can you release me now?" Brian asked in a calm but oppressing voice. As he uttered the words, the air around him seemed to become thin, making it difficult to breathe.

Cora froze slightly, but she chose not to release him as he had requested. Playing dumb, she rubbed herself against Brian's body. "I won't release you. I have undergone so much to hold you in my arms finally. Don't you miss me? We haven't seen each other for so many years," she said. "I don't miss you, Cora," Brian said in a cold voice. He didn't push Cora away. Instead, he said coldly, "In my life, besides my family and my lover, the only ones weigh in my heart are my enemies!"

Cora's whole body froze. Slowly, she released her grip on Brian and gazed at him with her pretty eyes in a way that seemed she couldn't believe what she had just heard. The corners of her mouth twitched as if she didn't know why he had said that to her. She took a deep breath to compose herself and uttered in confusion, "Brian, you, you... what do you mean?"
