Love Began with the First Meeting
Chapter 1070 Extra Story 51 Of Sweetness Between Bri And Mol Know When You Are Beaten

Soon, new cups and dices were served for each of them. The woman took the cup and dice by her hands and shook it twice. As she nodded to Shane, the game had officially started. Both Shane and the woman took one cup in their hands, and there were six dices inside

each cup. The only rule was to guess how many points the opposite side got.

It was one of the most basic gambling games in the world. It was too simple for both of them, and after five rounds, both Shane and the woman had accurately guessed what points each other had. If that was how it was going to be, they wouldn't be able to determine who the winner would be until next morning. "Alright, this is starting to get annoying," the woman scoffed.

She lifted her eyebrows drowsily and suddenly shoved the six dices before her. Without delay, she also collected the six dices in front of Shane, and then she shook the cup in her hand vigorously. In a moment, the clattering reached everyone's ears, titillating their hearts and provoking their passionate feelings.

Shane still kept his smile and stood there with hands crossed, calmly. As one of the most famous dealers around the world, he had seen and been in all the big occasions that could take place, especially after he started working for Brian. There was no doubt in his mind that he was capable of beating the woman sitting across him. He was just waiting for the perfect moment to strike.

"Crack!" She smashed her cup on the table.

And then she looked at Shane with an arrogant expression on her face.

"42 points!" Another woman's voice rang out briskly before Shane opened his mouth, "The dices are piled up in two, from 1 point to 6 and from 6 points to 1 respectively..."

The expression of the woman sitting in front of the table changed a little. With her eyes still fixating on Shane, she cautiously moved her fingers, trying to change the points inside, but her hands were pressed against the table before she could touch the cup. "Please open it!"

Shane asked indisputably with a pressing smile.

Having realized that her little trick was discomfited, the woman changed her plan immediately and asked in a conciliatory tone, "Are you sure about it?" She paused a moment to see Shane's reaction and then responded, "Let me be straightforward. If she was wrong, it wouldn't change anything and it's all yours!"

"Of course!" Shane replied without any hesitation.

The woman had no idea who the other woman was as she couldn't see her face amidst all the people that had encircled the table. The other woman could hear her shaking all the way across so many people. She was the real genius.

However, the fact that the dealer was willing to listen to the other woman arouse her curiosity and she eagerly wanted to see who it was.

On the other side, Shane had noticed the woman's hesitation and said with the same smile, "If you win, you can take three million with you and there is an extra bonus that will come with it. I'll provide you a VIP table, but..." After a deliberate pause, he continued, "If you lose, you'd better not showing up in Grand Night Casino again."

The woman was startled and she wasn't willing to take that bet. The other woman was right about her points, even though she was reluctant to admit it. She was clutching at straws, but Shane had seen through her tricks. She was at her wit's end with nowhere else to go. By then, the bystanders began kicking up a fuss, impatiently unwilling to carry on waiting. Someone shouted, "Come on! We're waiting! Open the damn cup!"

This started a wave of angry people ranting with anticipation.

The woman had no other option but to let Shane open the cup for her. When the cup was finally removed, people gasped in shock, one after another. The points were exactly as the other woman had said, no more no less. It was hard enough to guess the points of these twelve dices already, but she did it, and to add to that, she knew the exact sequence of the dices. It was an unbelievable feat, to say the least.

Shane drew his hands back and straightened his back. With a smug look on his face, he said, "Okay, we all know the result now. You've lost! You know what to do."

The women gritted her teeth in anger and the smile on Shane's face stung her eyes. All of a sudden, she felt a strong urge to slap him right across his handsome face. "This doesn't count," she snapped from her teeth.

"You must be joking. Give me one good reason why this doesn't count?" Shane sneered.

The women bit her lips tightly and then explained, "This is a game between the two of us, but somebody else played it for you. Fine, I'll only admit defeat if she's one of you!"

Without a word, Shane burst out laughing, banging the table top with his hand. He didn't know whether to laugh at her for going back on her words or to be mad at her for now knowing the house rules.

"Who told you that I'm not one of them?" The other woman declared.

Everyone turned around to look at the woman, giving her way to come closer. It was Molly. She approached the table with an amused expression on her face and said slowly, "Do you know what's considered a taboo in a casino, Miss? It's refusing to admit defeat!"
