Love Began with the First Meeting -
Chapter 683 The Same Trick Again! (Part Two)
Myra looked at Molly's face and sighed. She took her cup of coffee and sipped it slowly. She looked at the young girl in front of her and wondered why Molly was the way she was. She was like a half-dead person, like a zombie. Her actions were mechanical and she was living a half-life. Back when she had joined the Troupe, she might not have been the happiest person Myra had seen, but at least she had normal emotions. She would show her joy, anger, sorrow and happiness. But now... She had lost something precious and along with it, she had lost all her human emotions. She had no interest in the world outside. She had completely shut down her feelings.
The sound of high heels tapping on the floor was approaching them from the entrance, yet those who were immersed in their happy talks did not notice it. As the sound got closer, Myra looked sideways and saw a beautiful woman with a white lace blouse and a pair of black high waisted pencil pants walking towards them. Her straight hair fluttered gently as she walked with royalty-like gracefulness.
This heavenly beauty was well-known in the music world.
"Hey look, Wing is here for Molly again," a girl who was among the noisy crowd spotted Wing and said in a hasty voice.
"Hmph!" Fly scoffed, with a disdainful look, but her eyes were filled with obvious jealousy, "She only entered the upper class because of her good looks and her body. She's no big deal."
Little Cutie was passing by her and said to her, "You have a pretty desirable body. Why are you not among the upper class?" she smirked at her, " People who don't have talent will always look up at the ones that do, and tell them how sour their grapes are." "You...!" Fly was pissed off. But she was held back by the others when she was about to say something ugly.
Molly had not noticed the tension between Little Cutie and Fly. She was lost in thought as she stared outside the window blankly. Wing reached her and tapped lightly on her shoulder. Molly finally turned around to look at her and exclaimed, "Wing! What are you doing here?" Wing seldom came to the Troupe anymore.
She was now fully devoted to a piece of classical music, a rather difficult one to play. It was said to be one of the most complicated pieces to play even for top performers.
Wing smiled and nodded to Myra. Then, she said to Molly, "Spark says you're a good listener. We have a rudiment for that music now. Would you like to listen to it?"
Molly checked the time and nodded. She informed Myra that she will be back for the karaoke night and left with Wing.

At the practice room, Spark leaned against the window, his left hand in his pant pocket, his right hand holding the violin and the bow, his amber eyes looking blankly outside. He was lost in his own world when he heard a familiar voice from behind him, "Spark," Harrow said, "I heard from Manny that you can play the violin again."
"Gosh, he has such a big mouth," Spark murmured and then continued indifferently, "As you can see, you don't need to worry about me anymore."
"Spark..." Harrow sighed gently. As he was close to Mr. Brian Long, he was always aware of everything that was happening in Spark's life. But it also trapped him in a dilemma-his half younger brother and his good friend Brian, who was like a brother to him, were in love with the same girl... He finally said what he had always wanted to tell his brother, "If you think that you're doing the right thing, then just do it. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise."
Spark slowly turned to look at Harrow, puzzled by his words, "What do you mean?"
"You are a smart man. I'm sure that you'll figure it out," Harrow said gently, "I've got other business to attend to, so I need to go now. I won't be stopping by again any time soon."
"Good to know," Spark mocked him and returned his gaze to the blue sky outside.
Harrow looked away with a smile and left without saying anything else.

Brian's deep eyes looked lost in the darkness as he stood in front of the window at the top floor of the Dragon Empire.
A notification sound rang from his phone, indicating that he had received a text message. Brian took out his mobile phone and checked the message. He looked at the short words on the screen, and laughed at himself with a bitter touch of self-mockery. He pressed the home key of his mobile phone and put it back in his pocket.
The sun was gradually disappearing behind a series of tall buildings, and the afterglow seemed like it was telling Brian that if he could not grasp the gorgeous sunlight at the right moment, then he would be doomed to live in eternal darkness.
*After listening to Spark and Wing's practice concert, Molly couldn't take her eyes off Spark, who was standing gracefully next to the piano. Fully obsessed, he seemed to have been integrated with his violin once again, just like Wing and her piano. Although the piece was not perfect, it couldn't be called a failure. Their souls were put into the music and even with its imperfection, it sounded marvelous.
As Spark slowly opened his eyes and lowered his bow hand, he gazed deeply at Molly, before turning to his partner, "Wing, I need to talk to Mol in private."
Wing glanced at Molly, then nodded and left the practice room.
The door closed and finally it was just the two of them. Spark put the violin aside lightly and asked, "Mol, I was wondering if you have made up your mind?" "What?" Molly looked at Spark, puzzled.
Spark paused and sighed gently, "Why do you have to pretend in front of me?" he put down the bow slowly, turned around, and looked at Molly with his amber eyes, "Mol, you cannot do things that you'll regret later in life." Molly was about to say something, yet she said nothing.
"You love him," Spark said, and he felt his heart squeeze inside his chest, "Don't try to escape from the one that you love. Not unless you really want to give up on him and your love. Otherwise, you'll regret it for the rest of your life." "Spark..." said Molly, with a thin mist forming in her eyes. She did not know what to say, because the man who loved her so much had just spoken out everything that was weighing her down.
Spark stepped forward and wiped the tears falling from Molly's eyes, "I will always be behind you, Mol, to catch you if you ever fall... Be a little stronger, okay?"
Molly bit her lips and wiped away her tears with the back of her hand. She tried to swallow her agony and said, "Spark, there are certain things which can no longer be changed..." she turned around and looked at him, "I love him, but there is this huge distance between us. He and I are from two different worlds. I can't integrate into his world, just as he can't walk into mine. Sometimes, I can really feel his love for me, but at other times, I feel that everything is a game. I don't know if he really loves me, or if he ever did..."
