Love Began with the First Meeting
Chapter 873 Mol's Sweet Marriage Life (Part Two)

A light breeze blew through him, bringing the snowflakes in from the trees around him and from the sky above. He imagined what Molly was like at that moment, and the corner of his mouth lifted up unconsciously.

"Mr. Brian Long," said a man in a winter coat as he walked up to Brian, "We have finished most of the arrangements. We will try to handle the rest of it according to your instructions."

Turning his back, Brian looked around and nodded.

The man looked around the place and asked, "Besides, do you need us to help you with those snow-"

"No," interrupted Brian, "I will make them by myself."

A sense of determination swarmed over Brian and a triumphant smile crept over his face. He stood there proud and satisfied with what he had done.

The snow grew heavier after Molly finished dinner. She stood at the window and watched the flying snowflakes in the night light. Her old memories with Brian in snow flashed through her mind, and a warm smile appeared on her face. Her eyes glittered when something suddenly crossed her mind. She rushed towards her room and got changed.

After a while, she left the house, wrapped in thick clothes. Standing at the door, she suddenly realized that it was already nine o'clock at night, and it would be inconvenient for Tony and John to send her to that place.

Pressing her lips tightly she hesitated at first. Then finally, she glanced at the gates with a reluctant look and decided to return to the house.

"Mrs. Molly Long," Tony's voice came from the side, "Where do you want to go?"

Molly turned to the direction of the voice and saw Tony walking up to her. She said hesitantly, "Tony, you..."

"I just returned from the Grand Night," replied Tony respectfully. He glanced at Molly's hesitant look and smiled secretly as he offered, "If you want to go out, I can drive you to your destination."

Upon hearing his words, Molly immediately nodded her head with eagerness.

After they got into the car, Molly said about a place, and Tony started to drive towards there.

Finally, they arrived at the park where Molly had come with Brian one snowy night. Standing at the gate, Molly felt her heart was filled with happiness. Recalling the blissful memory, she murmured, "It's here! The place where I made my confession to Bri." Tony looked inside and said with a smile, "I will be just right behind you. You can do as you wish."

Molly looked a bit puzzled but didn't refuse Tony's proposal. After all, it was dangerous for her to move around alone considering that she was pregnant.

Light creaks echoed at the silent night as Molly stepped on the snow. She moved along the way where she had walked with Brian in the past, and she thought about him, his voice, and his warm hand. Surreally, she felt as if he was holding her hand next to her, and they slowly walked towards their happy future together.

Just at that moment, a twinkle came from the darkness in front of her.

Molly stopped in vigilance. Suddenly, the trees around her became bright. She observed and found that the branches were decorated with many colored lights.

Following the array of lights, she slowly tilted her head and moved forward. Finally, the lights stopped at an arch made of white and blue cloth decorated with white lilies.

From behind the arch, Brian in his black suit slowly stepped out with a bunch of lilies in his hand. With eyes full of passion, he looked at Molly who was freezing in front of him and lifted the corner of his mouth.

Thinking that her eyes were playing jokes again with her, Molly knitted her eyebrows as she stared at Brian with a confused look. She thought that it was just her illusion again. Everything around her was like a fantastic dream. Lights coupled with flowers in deep snow showered with snowflakes, such a romantic scene.

Seeing the frozen look on her face, his eyes were filled with softness. He walked up to her with a smile.

"Bri," murmured Molly as she watched him approach, "Maybe I am just missing you so much. It's the second time that I see your illusion today. And it looks much more vivid this time..."

Confused at what she was saying, Brian flattered his eyelashes as he stopped in front of her. He stretched out his hand behind her and softly pushed her towards him while lowering his head and pressing his lips against hers.

Feeling his warm lips pressed against hers, Molly's eyes immediately stared wide open. Many complex emotions surged through her all of a sudden. Surprise, ecstasy, astonishment, sweetness, happiness, and fear of loss. She was so overwhelmed. Pulling himself away from her, Brian looked into her eyes as he said, "I told you that I will accompany you to watch the first snow in A City."

Tears of joy brimmed at Molly's eyes. She looked up at her husband's handsome silhouette. A lump came into her throat as she called out his name, "Bri..."

Smiling, Brian left a gentle kiss on her forehead and replied with a soft smile, "I come back to you now to watch the first snow here with you. I return to this place where you made your confession to me, and I want to say these words to you. Mol, thank you for your love and for everything!"

"Oh, Bri..." Filled with bliss, Molly hugged him tightly. She leaned against his chest, and her wet eyes were dried in his coat. She asked in a lightly angry tone, "When did you come back to A City?"

"An hour before you called me," answered Brian while pulling her closer to a hug. The way he hugged her was so tender while being careful not to hurt the babies. He didn't want to break his promise, so he had kept a close eye on the weather in A City. After he learned that there would be snow here from the weather forecast the day before, he had spent the whole night finishing most of his work. He handed the rest over to his men and took the earliest plane to get back this morning. When he got off the plane and saw the whole city covered in snow, he felt as if he could see the eagerness in Molly's eyes in watching the snowfall.

Annoyed a little, Molly pushed him away in her temper and asked, "Why didn't you tell me?"

Brian wiped off her tears and said, "I want to give you a special gift, a surprise. So I decided to keep it a secret for you."

Convinced by his reason, Molly looked up at the shining lights around them and stepped towards the arch. Snowflakes were flying in the dazzling light, while the fragrance of flowers filled the cold air. Molly stopped in front of the arch when she saw a heart-shaped circle of lily flowers on the ground. At the center of it were three snowmen. One was wearing a tie, while another with an obviously bulging belly was wearing a red scarf. A little snowman wearing a bow tie stood between them.

Tears welled up in Molly's eyes again. She didn't know how to speak out her feelings. She stared forward with her red eyes and curled up her lips. "How did you know that I would come here tonight? What if I didn't come?" she asked.

Brian took one step forward and hugged her from behind. He whispered into her ear, "Because nobody knows you better than me, and I know you will definitely come."

Tears trickled down Molly's cheeks. She tightened her lips to repress her sob.

"Everything here was arranged with the help of my men except the snowmen," said Brian. Staring at the cute snowmen in front of them, he added, "I made them by myself."

He loosened his arms around Molly's waist, and she turned around to face him. He focused his affectionate gaze at her. After a while, he eventually said softly, "I want you to be the happiest woman in this world. Mol, I love you."

With teary eyes, Molly smiled. With Brian at her side, she felt as if her whole world was blossoming into a blessing, and even the cold winter night became bright and warm.

Brian looked deep into her eyes as he slowly lowered his face and pressed his lips against hers. When Molly closed her eyes enjoying the warm kiss, he took out his phone and raised his hand.

With a slight motion of his finger, his phone flashed and snapped the moment in a photo.

The picture captured their happy faces with the three snowmen as their background.

The photograph would be another record of their love story. ☐☐
