Love Comes To Me
Chapter 302: Let her lose her reputation and get the hell out of City J

Eloise returned to her study, unable to replace peace in her mind for a long time.

The baby is really gone.

She closed her eyes and a hint of sadness passed over her features.

Counting the days, the baby would have been born in a few months, but now it's gone.

The image of what happened that day kept replaying in my mind. If she had reached out earlier, Agnes would not have fallen and the baby would not have been lost.

A wave of guilt and remorse overwhelmed her in an instant.

Solomon came back from nursery and ran upstairs in a hurry to replace Eloise.

Grandpa Butler said that Mummy was in the study.

Solomon ran to the study door and stood on tiptoe to open it.

Only to replace the door unlocked.

So, he knocked on the door, "Mummy, it's Solomon, open the door."

But after waiting for a while, there was no movement at all inside.

"Why doesn't Mummy come and open the door?"

Solomon furrowed his brow in disbelief as he knocked again, still no movement at all.

He had to go downstairs to replace the housekeeper.

"Grandpa Butler, is Mummy not in the study?"

The butler was a little surprised, "Yes, how could it not be?"

"So why doesn't Mummy open the door?" Solomon got a little sad.

"I'll go up with you and see."

The butler led him by the hand upstairs to the study and reached out to open the door. "Why is it unlocked?"

The housekeeper was puzzled; this Eloise usually didn't lock the door when she was reading a book.

He knocked on the door, "Eloise, are you in there?"

There was no response.

The butler frowned and turned to Solomon, "Solomon wait here, I'll get you the key."

"Good." Solomon nodded.

Within moments, the butler brought the keys.

When he saw the person lying in the recliner, he called out "Mummy" and ran over to her.

Eloise didn't react at all.

"Grandpa Butler, what's wrong with Mummy?"

Solomon turned back to the butler who had followed him.

When the housekeeper saw Eloise lying motionless, her face instantly changed and she hurried forward calling out, "Eloise, Eloise ..."

In the midst of the confusion, it seemed that she heard someone calling her.

"Mummy, Mummy ..."

Eloise slowly opened her heavy eyelids and curled her lips when she saw it was the butler, "Ted, did something happen?"

"Mummy!"

Solomon saw that she was awake and pounced on her.

Eloise hurriedly wrapped her arms around him, "Solomon, when did you get back?"

Solomon looked up from her arms, his big eyes dripping at her, "Mummy, I just knocked outside and you didn't open the door, so Grandpa the butler went to get the key to open it." "I'm sorry, I slept too much."

Eloise sat up with him in her arms and looked up at the housekeeper with an apologetic smile, "Ted, I'm sorry to have worried you."

The housekeeper shook his head, "It's fine, but you should go to your room if you want to sleep, you'll catch a cold if you sleep over here."

"Next time it won't be."

She was just thinking about Agnes and fell asleep thinking about it.

"Mummy, let's go down and have a snack." Solomon jumped down from her arms.

She gave a soft, "Good."

"Have a snack."

Looking at Solomon's cheerful face made Eloise feel better, otherwise it was like a huge mountain was weighing her down.

The butler looked at her thoughtfully, his eyes a little worried.

...

"Agnes, you don't even know how much that little bitch has gone overboard! She even hit me, look how my face is swollen." Ela brought her face up to Agnes' eyes.

Both cheeks had swollen up and there were very visible palm marks on them.

"Eloise!" said Agnes, her face twisting in anger at the sight, gritting her teeth as she squeezed the name out of her teeth.

Ela said viciously, "That damn girl, next time I meet her, I'll absolutely rip her apart."

I'll make sure Eloise pays you back twice as much as she owes you, so just get well."

"Thanks Mom."

Agnes turned her head to look out the window, a gloom in her eyes.

In the evening, an unexpected guest arrives at Agnes' ward.

"What brings you here?" Agnes glared at the visitor.

"I've come to see you." Reeva put the flowers she had brought into a vase, then turned and looked at her, tsking and shaking her head, "You don't look too good, do you?" Agnes raised a hand to her face.

Reeva's eyes shone brightly as he continued, "You're here grieving over the loss of your child, while someone has just returned from playing happily at the beach... How do you think it's so different when you're both equally human?" Even if she hadn't explicitly said who it was, Agnes knew who it was.

"You didn't come to see me just to see me, surely?" Agnes asked.

"I've come to you to work together."

"Cooperation?" Agnes frowned, "How do you want to collaborate?"

Reeva sat down in the chair next to the bed and looked up at her, "Do you want to see Eloise fall into disrepute?"

"Yes, of course I want to!"

Agnes gritted her teeth in hatred, "I hate to tear her up."

If Eloise didn't lose the baby directly, she did it indirectly.

Surely there was nothing wrong with coming to her.

A glint of amusement flashed under Reeva's eyes, "Then you'll have to work with me."

"What do you want me to do?" Agnes asked.

Reeva got up, came to her ear and whispered her plan.

Agnes listened with a look of excitement, "Do you think that would work?"

"Of course." Reeva curled her lips confidently, "I'll make sure she loses her name this time, gets the hell out of City J and never comes back."

Agnes smiled, "Well then, I'll work with you."

"Good cooperation."

Reeva holds out her hand.

"I'm looking forward to it." Agnes took her hand in hers and the two smiled at each other.

...

Hector arrived home from work and was immediately greeted by his housekeeper.

"Prince, I have something to say to you."

"What is it?" Hector asked as he took off his suit jacket.

The butler took the jacket from him, "It's about Eloise."

Hector frowned, "What's wrong with Eloise?"

"Eloise's father came to the house today, as well as Mrs Thompson ..."

The housekeeper told Hector exactly what had happened today.

Josh had the audacity to go after Eloise, hadn't he learnt enough?

The butler also told him about Eloise falling asleep in the study, adding at the end, "Eloise must have had something on her mind to make her sleep heavy."

"Upstairs with Solomon painting."

Hector lifted his steps towards the stairs, then suddenly stopped in his tracks and looked back at the butler, "No one from the Thompson family will be welcome here in future, and whoever comes in will be thrown out straight away." The butler nodded, "I will order it down."

Only then did Hector stride up the stairs, and when he reached the door to the children's room, he heard Eloise's gentle voice come out.

"Solomon, this is how it should be drawn here."
