Love Comes To Me
Chapter 328: Solomon, who taught you that?

In front of the villa, a black Bentley pulled up steadily and a tiny figure jumped out of the back seat, running towards the villa without even closing the door. Solomon's little face flushed as he asked the butler, "Grandpa Butler, where's my mummy?"

"She's upstairs."

At the word, he bumbled his way upstairs again.

"Solomon, slow down, don't fall."

The butler looked at the small figure running up the stairs and, startled, hurried after it.

He can't afford to be responsible for this if he falls.

"Mummy!"

Solomon pushed open the door to Eloise's room, but there was no one there.

"Where's Mummy?" He turned back to the butler who had followed him up.

"In the study."

No sooner had the butler's words left his lips than Solomon was seen running towards the study.

"Mummy!"

The sound comes before the person arrives.

Startled, Eloise hurriedly got off Hector's lap.

Solomon ran into the study and caught a glimpse of Eloise, her little face lit up and she immediately pounced on her legs.

The little one has put on weight again recently and Eloise takes a step back before she can hold him steady.

"Mummy, you're home at last." Solomon lifted his little face from her arms, his big eyes shining with joy.

"Does Solomon miss Mummy?" Eloise asked with a smile as she reached out and pinched his cheek. "Think!"

A very loud sound.

Eloise's heart burst with joy and the smile on her face deepened a few notches.

"I miss Solomon, too," she said gently.

I don't know if it was the miscarriage that made her love Solomon more and more, the kind of love that goes to the marrow of her bones.

It was as if he was his own born child.

A little sadness rises to the bottom of his eyes at the thought.

The boy must have been as tall as Solomon.

Solomon was still a child and didn't notice that something was wrong with her. He took the school bag off his back and put it on the ground, then knelt down and looked in it for something. "Found it!"

He took a piece of paper about the size of an A4 sheet out of his school bag and held it up like an offering.

"Look, Mummy, it's an award." There was a hint of anticipation hidden in his voice.

Eloise hurriedly collected her thoughts and took the award in his hand, glancing at it, her eyes widened in surprise, "First prize?" "Mmmmmm, it was Mummy who won the prize for the painting she taught me to draw." Solomon was beaming with pride.

"Yeah?" Eloise kissed him happily on the cheek and then stroked his head, "Our Solomon is awesome."

She turned sideways and gave the award to Hector, who had been silent, "Look, Solomon won the award."

At this point, Solomon suddenly said, "So Daddy's here too."

Eloise: ...

Dare I say he didn't even notice his dad.

She looked sympathetically at Hector, whose face was calm and unruffled, unable to tell what mood he was in.

He raised an eyebrow gently, "The reward isn't wanted?"

As soon as he heard the reward, Solomon immediately rushed up to him and in a skilled move climbed up his leg and sat down facing him. "Daddy, I like you best."

A slobber-filled kiss was planted on Hector's cheek.

The sword frowned slightly.

It's because it's his own son that he doesn't mind, if it were anyone else he would have been thrown away.

"You like me best?" Hector looked at him suspiciously.

"Uh-huh." Solomon nodded heavily.

"What about your mommy?"

"Mummy..." Solomon cocked his little head, thought hard and then said crisply, "I love Mummy the most." "Pfft!"

Eloise couldn't hold back her laughter, "Do you know the difference between like and love too, little one?" "Got it! Love is lots and lots of like."

At that, Eloise looked over at Hector, and both men looked a little helpless.

I can't believe how much this little guy knows.

"Then it's Mummy you like best, not me." Hector spoke up in feigned annoyance.

"No no."

Solomon shook his head hastily, "My favourite is Daddy and my favourite is Mummy."

"Didn't you say love is lots and lots of likes? Doesn't that mean you like your mummy best?"

This winding of Hector's head has knocked Solomon off his feet.

"I ... I ..." Solomon said, unable to make sense of it for a moment and on the verge of tears in his anxiety.

Seeing this, Eloise glared at Hector in disgust before gently coaxing, "Solomon, don't worry, your daddy is just teasing you. There's nothing wrong with you liking daddy the most." "Really?" Solomon's childish little face regained its glow from earlier.

Eloise laughs, "Really."

At the warning look in Eloise's eyes, Hector withdrew his teasing of Solomon and asked, "What do you want as a reward?"

"Sister."

Solomon answered quickly, as if he had prepared the answer long ago.

Hector and Eloise both froze, but quickly responded.

"Solomon, who taught you that?" Hector asked with a sullen look.

"Uncle. He said that if I had a sister I could play with me and I could go to kindergarten with me."

Eloise was filled with black lines, "Your brother really does teach everything."

Hector looked at her with some hidden concern in his eyes; she had only just lost a child and was afraid she would be upset if she brought up the matter of having a child now. Seeing his concern, Eloise took his hand in hers and whispered, "Don't worry, I'm not that fragile."

She has been through all that alone, and with all that she has been through, she has long since developed an iron wall.

The more she said this, the more his heart ached.

"Eloise..." he looked at her heartily.

Eloise laughed, "Don't give me that look, I'm really fine. It's enough to have you around."

Hector took her hand in his and the two looked at each other for a long time, as if they were the only two people left in the world.

A disgruntled Solomon squirmed in discontent, "Daddy, Mummy!"

Solomon's voice managed to pull them back to their senses.

Eloise smiled, stroked his head and said, "Solomon, let's change the reward, shall we?"

"I want my sister, can't I?"

"Solomon be good, your sister will get it later, you change the reward you want most for yourself right now, okay?"

Solomon pouted, "But I only want my sister."

He is so stubborn at such a young age.

Eloise looked helplessly at Hector.

"Solomon, let's go on holiday and have some fun, shall we?" Hector asked out loud.

As soon as he heard he was going to play, Solomon immediately cheered, "Yes, yes. So where are we going to play?"

"Where do you want to go?" Eloise asked.

"Disney."

Children love nothing more than an amusement park full of children.

"Good." Hector agreed.

Eloise raised her eyebrows in surprise, wasn't he going to the island? How did it become Disney?

"We're stopping by Disney on our way back home." Hector said.

"Would it be too much of a toss?" Eloise was afraid it would be exhausting for everyone.

"No."

Hector hugged Solomon down and got up, a small smile seemingly tugging at the corners of his lips, "I think we need to go out and buy something for the holiday we're going on." Solomon jumped up and down with joy at the prospect of going out, "I'm going to the mall."

"Good." Hector took his hand.

"Can I go?" Eloise gestured to herself.

Hector's mother had specifically told her to keep her out of the house as much as possible while she was still in her first month of life.

"Can. Just go to the mall."

Eloise's eyes curved into crescent moons, "Great, I can go out too."
