Love Comes To Me -
Chapter 346: Is this place for you to come?
In a large shopping mall, a combination of three large and one small is very bright.
Solomon, in particular, was dressed up by Eloise today and was so cool and cute that he was a living sign in front of the children's clothing shop and turned heads. Eloise loved it so much that she wanted to buy Solomon everything she saw.
"It's a good outfit, it suits Solomon."
"This is a nice hat too, Solomon come and try it on."
"I heard these shoes are non-slip and great for kids, buy two pairs for Solomon to swap."
Eloise mumbled, and before long there were several bags in her hands, containing five or six outfits from Solomon.
Anyway, whenever Eloise sees something that suits her, she buys it all.
Solomon was also very excited to be pulled along by Eloise to try on clothes, being obedient and cooperative the whole time, and would look up and ask Eloise in a little baby voice, "Mommy, am I handsome?" Eloise stuck out her thumb and quipped, "Solomon is handsome."
Solomon giggled away and said in a small voice, "So which one is handsome, me or Daddy?"
"Well ...," Eloise said with feigned embarrassment, "it's not splitting hairs."
"Does Mummy like me best, or does she like Daddy best?" Solomon asked seriously.
Everyone in the shop laughed, thinking the boy was a big boy, and Rupert came over and picked Solomon up in his arms and did some difficult manoeuvres for take-off.
It caused Hector's mother to hit him several times, complaining, "You put Solomon down, don't scare him."
Rupert showed his mother the look on Solomon's face, "Look, Mum, does he look frightened, Solomon likes it, doesn't he?"
Solomon nodded vigorously, his cheeks flushed with excitement.
"My great nephew is great, I'm rare." Rupert gave Solomon a firm kiss on the cheek.
Solomon's little face turned rigid for a second, and he raised his hand to wipe the drool from his face, beaming in disgust, "Uncle has a lot of drool."
Once again, everyone burst out laughing.
After the children's shop, Eloise moved on to the men's shop.
"Rupert come over here and look at these two ties, which one does your brother like better?" Eloise held up two inexpensive ties and waved at Rupert. Rupert walked over to look at it and said with a sarcastic smile, "My brother doesn't need a tie, he has a ton of them, okay?"
Eloise justified, "That's not the same."
She bought what she bought, Hector bought what he bought, can it be the same, really single dogs just do not understand. "This one, then." Rupert pointed to Eloise's right hand.
"I think this one's good too." Satisfied, Eloise then went on to pick out cufflinks.
Rupert was red-eyed and said sourly, "What about me, sister-in-law, your lovely brother, who doesn't deserve a tie and cufflinks?"
Without waiting for Eloise to say anything, Hector's mother said disgustedly, "Go away and let your wife buy you a present if you want one."
"Mum, don't be like that, are you still a real person?" Rupert yelled.
"Aunty's right, Rupert get a girlfriend." Eloise covered her mouth and gloated in agreement.
Rupert grimaced, how could he be abused even when his brother was not there, it was unconscionable.
Before his mother could come down with a long speech, Rupert hurriedly said, "Mum, sister-in-law, I'll go outside for some air, you guys take your time." Without waiting for Hector's mother to say anything, he immediately limped off.
"Phew, good job running ..." Rupert stepped aside, pulled out his phone and played the game.
Suddenly, a shrill mocking voice rang out.
"Is this place for you to come? Can you afford it?"
Startled, Rupert's hand shook, exposing his target, and he was instantly shot and killed by the opposite side.
"Fuck!" He cursed and looked up.
Across the street is a gleaming jewellery shop, inside which a thin figure is looking down slightly at the bracelets in the display case, presumably to buy.
The woman next to her, however, was full of contempt. This woman was average looking but dressed flamboyantly, hating to wear all the designer brands on her body.
Her face is thickly powdered and her chin is raised in a superior and overbearing manner.
There is also an expressionless man standing with the woman, who Rupert recognises as what appears to be Aisly's ex-boyfriend.
It seems that Aisly was shopping in a jewellery shop, stumbled upon her ex-boyfriend and her mistress, and was taunted by her mistress again.
Rupert stood up slightly straighter.
Aisly is so upset, it's bad luck to run into two bitches on a shopping trip.
A flicker of impatience crossed her face at Darline's words, not wanting to bother with them, she simply asked the lady at the counter, "Could you please take the bracelet out and look at it?" Who expected that the lady at the counter didn't move, she just looked her up and down and said with a leathery smile, "Miss, we want 60, 000 yuan for this bracelet, do you have the money?" Seeing that Aisly was dressed plainly, and having heard the Darline's taunting of her earlier, she was sure she couldn't afford it and didn't give it a second thought, and her tone was extremely diffident. Aisly was also frozen when she heard the price, the jade bracelet was so expensive, she thought it was only a few thousand.
She really didn't have that much money for tens of thousands. Aisly had a difficult look on her face. It was her mother's birthday in a few days and she wanted to come over and buy a present for her. It was hard to pick out this bracelet, she quite liked it and her mother would have liked it too.
It's just that she didn't expect it to be so expensive, and she didn't have that much money, in hand.
The lady at the counter took in her expression and snorted with a little contempt, "If you can't afford it, you probably can't take it out."
Having said that, she ignored Aisly and instead changed her expression and went to greet Darline with a smile.
That ingratiating look was a far cry from what it was a moment ago.
Aisly bites her lip, angry in her heart, there is no such thing as not being able to look if you can't afford it, it's just that the lady at the counter tends to look down on people.
But even if she knew that was the case, there was nothing she could do about it.
She is indeed poor.
"If you can't afford it, don't come, what a disgrace." Darline's mocking voice rang out again, full of smugness.
Then, with a smile, she said to Dougal, "How did you ever see such a man before? Rustic, poor and stupid." Dougal smiled sagely, "I regret that too..."
At these words, Aisly looked at her ex-boyfriend incredulously, her face flashing with all sorts of emotions, including sadness, anger, grief and sadness, before settling on humiliation. She clenched her fists to death, her chest heaving up and down, furious and humiliated to the core.
Dougal smiled again at the sight of her, his eyes sweeping lightly over her face before finally moving away as if he were oblivious.
Just then, a clear voice rang out abruptly, "Wrap this bracelet up for me."
