Chapter 362: So much love for him

When Eloise got home she was pestered by Solomon and kept asking to hear her tell the story of the cat and the mouse, Hector's mother looked on with some jealousy in her heart. "You don't want Grandma now that your mummy's back, do you?"

Hearing the sourness in Hector's mother's tone, Solomon wisely got out of Eloise's arms, hugged and kissed Hector's mother and said sweetly, "Solomon is not like that, Solomon likes Grandma too, but Daddy said that when he is not at home, he wants I'll take care of Mummy when he's away, and I always remember that."

At this, Hector's mother pinched his fleshy cheeks and scolded him, "You're a smart-ass."

Hector had just gotten home when he saw a few people laughing in the living room, in a good mood, and couldn't help but ask, "What are you talking about, so happy?"

"It's not your son who's so cheerful, why are you home so early today?" Hector's mother said with a smile as she looked at Solomon.

Hector sat down next to Eloise and took her in his arms, softly, answering Hector's mother's words, "There was nothing going on at work today, so I came back first."

He paused and then looked down at Eloise, "By the way, Eloise you can go straight to work tomorrow, I've made all the arrangements for you."

When she heard that Eloise was going to work, Hector's mother looked puzzled, "Why are you going to work when you're so well at home?"

Lest Hector's mother disapprove of her going to work, Eloise explained, "Auntie, I suggested going to work because I don't want to stay at home and do nothing.

I can also be Hector's assistant and keep an eye on him to keep him away from other women."

Hector's mother nodded, and her affection for Eloise increased.

The following morning, Eloise arrived at the office with Hector, and in front of the many employees, Hector walked in directly holding Eloise's hand. During the morning meeting, he explained who Eloise was and what her position was, which immediately drew the envy of the group below.

They thought that Mr Hector was the kind of man who doesn't eat fireworks, but they didn't expect that he already had someone he liked.

But while they were heartbroken, they set their eyes on Mr Rupert, as the Rogers family has more than just the CEO, so they could pursue him.

Some are sad, others are happy, and the rest of the gays in the company are a little more excited, as the CEO has already been matched with a man, so their chances of success are better. Once in the company, Eloise goes into workaholic mode, carefully familiarising herself with the business of her new company.

Despite the fact that her boss is her boyfriend, she still doesn't let up half the time, which is something Hector admires about her.

At the end of the day, Hector sees that Eloise is still immersed in her work and sneaks up behind her, unnoticed by Eloise.

When she didn't notice, he grabbed her in a fierce hug, causing Eloise to cry out in shock.

Turning back to replace Hector with a winning smile on his face, Eloise couldn't help but smack him lightly and scold him, "Why do you walk without a sound, you scare the hell out of me."

Hector looked aggrieved at the pain, "It's just that you were working too hard and didn't notice, it's already time to leave work."

Eloise glanced at her watch, not expecting the afternoon to pass so quickly.

Stretching and rubbing her sore shoulders, Eloise asked, "Are you going home for dinner?"

Hector squeezed her shoulders twice before taking her hand and walking out.

Once Eloise was settled in the car, Hector said in a cryptic voice, "We're not going home today, we're going straight to the resort."

"What about Solomon?" Eloise asked, turning her head.

Hector sniffed and buckled her seat belt on, taking advantage of the situation and said with a smile, "Rupert will take Solomon there tomorrow, we'll have a rare time as a couple, so we'll enjoy it, and a soak in the spa is the most comfortable after all the exertion."

Eloise couldn't help but blush at the implication of his words.

Looking at the blush on her face, the corner of Hector's mouth curled slightly, despite the many things they had been through, she was still as shy as a little girl, without even thinking about it.

He was so in love with Eloise.

The drive to the resort was very scenic and Eloise found it very relaxing to smell the flowers in the wind.

The drive was not very far and it took about an hour to get to the lodge.

It was only after getting off the bus that Eloise got to see the full view of the lodge, which was built halfway up the mountain and surrounded by a sea of flowers. Eloise loved the view of the lodge.

As soon as the duo entered the lodge, a waiter came over and showed them to the room Hector had booked earlier.

After the things were put away, Eloise couldn't resist taking Hector's hand and coming out.

Having just taken a quick glance at the lodge, she was already amazed, and Eloise was really curious to see what kind of structure the lodge had inside.

"Do you still like this lodge?" Hector asked as he saw her excitement.

Eloise turned and kissed Hector on the cheek and said with a smile, "I love it here! The scenery is great and there aren't too many people."

Hector froze for a moment at her sudden attack, but he reacted immediately and had to glance away so that Eloise wouldn't see the difference, saying faintly, "It's just opened, so there are still a lot of people who don't know it exists." It was a good thing that Eloise's eyes had been so absorbed by the scenery that she hadn't noticed Hector's strangeness.

The two of them wandered around for a long time, but at the end of the day Eloise got tired and squatted down on the floor, refusing to leave.

Hector, who had no choice, smiled and picked her up off the floor and took her back to the dining area.

Eloise was a little shy, but enjoyed being pampered by him.

Dinner was prepared by Hector's order and was laid out with all of Eloise's favourite foods.

After an afternoon of shopping, Eloise was really hungry and began to eat.

Seeing how well she ate, Hector was also piqued by her appetite and took a bite, which was surprisingly tasty.

After the meal, Hector took Eloise to the spa again and by the time he got back to his room it was late.

All the tiredness of the day had disappeared after the hot spring, and Eloise felt as if her pores were opening up, as if to say that she was relaxed.

After a quick rinse, Eloise collapsed straight into bed, too comfortable to move.

Hector came out of the bathroom and looked at his petite wife lying on the bed with her clothes half open, a scene that could not have been more seductive to him.
