Chapter 52

Brandon looked at the photo on his phone. The photo of the woman's blank eyes and desolate back were like needles stabbing his heart.

Another message from an anonymous person came. The iMessage interface popped up a photo. In the photo, Leo was hiding in a corner secretly gazing ahead, his eyes were full of infatuation and fondness. I stung Brandon.

What a pair of love-struck men and women who could not be separated.

Brandon deleted the anonymous person. Strangely, every time he deleted her, the anonymous person would appear in his iMessage friend list again.

This time, Brandon blacklisted her.

The anonymous person was gone, but the two photos she sent were deeply imprinted in Brandon's heart. Savanna.

Brandon cried out painfully in his heart.

He couldn't stand the fact that his woman was carrying his child while thinking of another man.

Brandon slammed his fist on the table and a stack of documents fell to the ground. Jim heard the

sound and quickly ran in, but he was yelled at by Brandon.

"Get out."

Jim didn't dare to say anything. He shrank his neck and quickly retreated again.

That night, Brandon didn't return to the Rose Villas. Savanna didn't give him a call. The financial affairs of the Thompson Group were already in danger. When Justin came to the Rose Villas to look for her, she didn't seem to be very interested. Savanna had once tried her best to protect her father's painstaking effort. But now, she was so dispirited that she wanted to end the Thompson Group with her own hands. Because she had already realized that she could not bring the Thompson Group back to life. To protect the Thompson Group, she had to compromise with Brandon, which meant that she would lose the child in her belly.

Such a deal was not worth it.

Savanna gave up.

She believed that her father, who was in heaven, would not blame her when he saw her difficulties.

Savanna asked Mary to help her pack her luggage and was ready to leave at any time. She could not Savanna gave up.

She believed that her father, who was in heaven, would not blame her when he saw her difficulties.

Savanna asked Mary to help her pack her luggage and was ready to leave at any time. She could not leave during the day, so she chose to leave at night. She could not confront Brandon openly, so she acted behind the scenes.

After Justin gained insight into Savanna's thoughts, he stopped bothering her.

At noon, Savanna came back from a walk and was sitting on the sofa watching TV. The breath of strangers broke into the Rose Villas. There were a few strong men in black, and they escorted the pale and fragile Winnie.

When Savanna saw Winnie again, Savanna was indifferent, as if she was used to seeing her.

Savanna turned off the TV and wanted to turn and go upstairs, but she was stopped by Winnie. "Savanna, wait a moment."

Savanna stopped and turned around.

"What's your problem?" Savanna asked with cold eyes.

Seeing Savanna's cold attitude, Winnie had a hard time. She sat in the wheelchair with her face strangely pale. She twisted her fingertips to be white. "Savanna, it was all my fault in the past. There is no way to measure right and wrong between us anymore. I must live here. Otherwise, I will die." Savanna didn't want to talk to her, but when she heard Winnie's shameless words, she couldn't hold it in anymore.

"What does your stay in the Rose Villas have to do with me?"

Winnie bit her lip and remained silent.

Savanna smiled. Her smile was dazzling but was also as cold as ice.

"Brandon and I have already divorced. You love each other. It's your business. If you don't want to see me, you can tell Brandon to let me go." Winnie bit her lips and seemed to be struggling in pain. After a while, she said faintly.

"Savanna, we grew up together. Can you bear to watch me die?"

Savanna stared at Winnie's pitiful appearance and sneered in anger.

"Winnie the friendship hetween us has long ended. Please don't bring it up anymore. I won't be happy if you die, but I won't be sad either. In other words, your matters have nothing to do with me." After that, Savanna instructed Mary, "Mary, go get the luggage Let's go."

Mary went upstairs to get the luggage she had prepared earlier.

Winnie slid the wheelchair over to block Savanna's way.

Winnie begged, "Savanna, don't leave. If you leave, Brandon will blame me. The person Brandon loves is you. He asked me to live here because we..." Winnie wanted to say something, but she hesitated.

After a moment of silence, she continued, "We have our difficulties."

Mary had already gone downstairs with the luggage. Savanna ignored Winnie. She took Mary to the door. Two strong figures blocked her way.

"Mrs. Cassel, Mr. Cassel said that you can't leave for the time being."

"Back off."

Savanna suppressed her anger and roared.

However, the two strong figures stood still, pressing down on her head like two mountains.

The anger in Savanna's heart could no longer be suppressed. She took out her phone and called

Brandon.

"Brandon, tell them to scram. I want to leave."

"Where are you going?"

The voice on the phone slowly magnified.

Savanna lifted her eyes and saw Brandon's beautiful face. He was holding his phone as he walked in from the door. He stared at her with his black and bright eyes.

Seeing Brandon return, Winnie was on the verge of tears and her voice trembled, "Brandon, I told you before. If I were to move in, Savanna would be unhappy. Hurry up and comfort her." Savanna stood in place, listening to Winnie's soft voice. She clenched her hands into fists, and her body trembled uncontrollably.

Brandon pulled his gaze away from Savanna and looked at Winnie.

"Winnie, you go upstairs first."

"I want to live in the room next to Savanna," Winnie screamed with a sharp voice.

Brandon did not speak.

Mary glanced at Savanna. Seeing that Savanna did not have any intention of refuting, Mary lowered her head and went upstairs to clean up the room.

Winnie moved her gaze back and forth between Brandon and Savanna. Then, she had the maid push her upstairs.

In the huge living room, only Brandon and Savanna were left in a flash.

Brandon said, "Savanna. Last night, something happened at Blue Bay Villa. Winnie couldn't live there anymore, so she must live in the Rose Villas." Winnie lived in the Rose Villas so that Brandon could protect her.

Otherwise, Winnie would lose her life.

Must?

Brandon's tone was exactly the same as Winnie's, causing Savanna to giggle.

"Of course! This is your villa. It's up to you to decide who can live here. You don't have to tell me!"

"Savanna."

Brandon called her.

"I hope you can understand my difficulties."

"Mr. Cassel, I hope you can also understand me. I am a person of flesh and blood, with a soul and a mind. You let Winnie live here and forbid me to leave, so you are enjoying all the benefits, right?" Savanna's eyes were bleak, and she asked with a smile.

Seeing Brandon's dark eyes and his thin and white lips, Savanna poured out the anger that had been pent up in her heart for so long.

"Is it especially good for showing off your masculinity? Brandon, don't you think it's dirty?"
