Chapter 532 Does That Woman's Surname Start With L?

In addition to the hangover soup, Savanna also made some nutritious food, which was good for the stomach.

After the soup was served, the dining table was full of dishes.

Brandon happened to return, so Savanna told Lizeth to get the tableware and was going to have dinner.

Brandon sat down, looking at the food. He said teasingly, "Honey, you cooked so many dishes behind my back!"

Without waiting for Savanna to explain, Lizeth immediately rushed to answer,

"Mr. Cassel, you misunderstood Ms. Thompson. She was afraid that you would go to socialize and you would only drink wine without eating any food. She especially made these dishes, waiting for you to come back."

"So it was made for me. Honey, you love me so much." Brandon reached out and grabbed Savanna's tender fingers.

Noticing the smirk on his face, Savanna felt that he was up to something evil, so she deliberately said coldly, "Anyway, we have to eat. I made something light to change the taste."

"Liar," Brandon commented before getting himself a bowl of soup.

Savanna stopped him and said, "You didn't drink wine. Why do you want this soup? I made this with the recipe. It may not be very delicious. Don't drink it."

She wanted to collect the bowl, but Brandon got some soup with the spoon and took a sip.

"It tastes good."

Savanna couldn't argue with him. In any case, it was made from good ingredients. It wouldn't matter even if he drank some. "Drink it and eat some food. Don't hurt your stomach because of the dinner party." Brandon nodded like a gentleman.

Savanna started having dinner when he suddenly leaned over and kissed her on the cheek.

"Honey, I love you so much."

Savanna was thin-skinned, and her face immediately turned red. She finished her meal with a red face.

After dinner, the sky turned dark. Savanna took the child to the yard for a walk.

Brandon went upstairs to take a shower. He had been busy for the whole day, so it was time to take a bath to relax. After walking for a while, Roya said that she was sleepy, so Savanna had to bring her back to her room to rest.

This child was really sleepy. As soon as she was placed on the bed, she closed her eyes and fell asleep.

After she fell asleep, Savanna stayed by her side for a bit longer. After making sure that she would not wake up again, Savanna tucked her in and quietly walked out.

Just as she went out, she saw the bedroom was bright. Brandon was taking a shower in the bedroom. Savanna walked in and saw the clothes on the bed.

She picked them up as usual and put them in her arms. She was going to take them downstairs and give them to the servants.

She took two steps and heard a sound. A small red velvet box slipped out of her pocket.

"What is that?" Savanna muttered as she bent down to pick it up. When she saw what had fallen on the ground, her eyes immediately went straight. "Is this a ring box?" She picked up the ring box and opened it. Inside was a big diamond ring, which was delicately cut.

The beautiful diamond ring flashed with a bright light. It was the light that every girl liked the most, but Savanna felt her eyes hurt.

Her intuition told her that this ring was not for her. In order to verify her guess,

Savanna took out the ring and tried it on with her finger.

The diamond ring was on the ring finger. She put it on and the ring was too big for her. It wasn't her size.

The bitterness spread in her heart. She even tried her index finger. It was too big for her index finger. As long as she moved her finger, the ring would fall. Sure enough, this ring was not her size.

Under the light in the bedroom, Savanna looked at the ring in his hand and felt a chill in his heart.

Why?

Why did a ring that did not belong to her show up in her husband's pocket?

Who did this ring belong to?

Did he have someone outside?

Savanna even picked up his coat and sniffed it. Fortunately, she did not smell any perfume that belonged to another woman.

Her mind was filled with different thoughts. Savanna almost knocked on the bathroom door to question Brandon.

But she gave up, took a deep breath, and put the diamond ring into her pocket.

"Honey, I'll go wash your clothes," she deliberately shouted toward the bathroom.

In the sound of water, Brandon responded, "OK, thank you, my dear."

Savanna wanted to test him, but she didn't expect that Brandon wouldn't overreact at all. How could he be so calm?

Did he forget that there was a ring box in his suit?

Savanna took the clothes downstairs and gave them to Lizeth. She turned around and walked upstairs, but she was lost in her thoughts. "Ms. Thompson! Ms. Thompson!"

Lizeth called her from behind, but there was no response, so she had to catch up and pat her shoulder.

"Ms. Thompson, why are you so absent-minded?"

"What's wrong?" Savanna asked in a daze.

"You are going to take Roya to get a vaccine. Don't forget," Lizeth kindly reminded her.

Savanna indeed forgot about this matter because of the ring. "Then please remind me. I am afraid that I will forget tomorrow."

Lizeth nodded and asked worriedly, "Ms. Thompson, are you feeling unwell? Why do you look so worried?"

Savanna shook her head. Nothing. I am just a little tired. I will be fine after sleeping."

"Then hurry up and go to sleep. I will wake you up tomorrow morning." After Lizeth finished speaking, she quickly asked her to go to sleep. "Honey, why did you take so long to come up?"

As soon as she went upstairs, she met Brandon, who was wearing pajamas. He was drying his hair while looking for her everywhere.

"I chatted with Lizeth downstairs for a while," Savanna replied.

"What are you talking about?" Brandon asked as he walked toward the bedroom with her in his arms.

"We talked about the child. Roya is going to get vaccines tomorrow," Savanna replied, but in her heart, she minded Brandon's hand which was placed on her waist. Did he also hug the owner of the ring?

Did he hold her hand?

Did he kiss her?

What was their relationship? Did they have sex?

Too many thoughts surged into Savanna's mind. She felt so wronged that she almost cried. To hold back her tears, she bit her lips tightly.

"Honey, go take a shower and go to bed." Brandon did not notice her abnormality but pushed her into the bathroom.

After entering, Savanna did not take off her clothes. She sat quietly on the toilet and took out the ring box in her pocket.

The light in the bathroom was bright, and the reflected light of the ring was even brighter.

Savanna felt that it was dazzling, but she could not help looking at it.

She looked at it carefully over and over again.

Finally, she found a small letter L engraved on the inside of the ring.

Did that woman's surname start with L?
