"Where's Eveline? Did you get her husband Jeremy?"

Carter nodded with an indifferent expression.

"They are in the police station now. Jeremy might be fine, but Eveline..."

As she was considering whether to tell them, she heard Carter asking her, "You're the one who called the police, right?"
