Man With Super Medical Skill (Matthew)
Chapter 3143 Battle Begins

"What did you say?" Iris froze for a moment before bursting into laughter. "You mean to tell me that my Montirian army, a million strong, is afraid of a mere few thousand?"

The soldier kneeling on the ground was at a loss for words. I've made it crystal clear, and she's laughing.

"Matthew's army numbers a million, about 20 percent more than our forces," he repeated the situation with a resigned sigh.

Iris felt like lightning had struck her. She yelled in disbelief, "Impossible! Where did he replace a million soldiers?" She screamed in fear. If Matthew had an army that size and still held Gadel, the crown prince...

Just then, several ministers rushed over, anxiously speaking to her. "Your Majesty, you must make a decision quickly. Matthew has already engaged our forces!"

Behind the Montirian troops, a gruesome scene unfolded: a mountain of bodies and a sea of blood. Severed limbs littered the ground, a sickening sight that churned the stomach.

Matthew, wielding the mighty Bloodreaper, led his over 9900 Feather Army soldiers like a piercing spear into the heart of Montiria's army.

Paintaker's vast force of a million charged like relentless marauders, wielding rusty rifles as they rushed forward. Some, brandishing enormous axes, transformed into godlike warriors, their swings wide and fierce. Then, a Montirian soldier would thrust a bayonet into their hearts.

One ax-wielding man, drenched in blood, glared at the blade in his chest and summoned his last ounce of strength to swing the ax once more, severing the head of the soldier who impaled him.

Delmont, gripping an 18-barreled Gataling gun, stood in the thick of the battle, unleashing a hail of bullets that turned enemies into clouds of red mist.

Outside the fray, Paintaker watched through the scope of his sniper rifle, sighing as he observed the carnage. "Let me save these poor souls from misery."

He squeezed the trigger gently, upon which a Montirian soldier's forehead sprouted a neat hole as blood trickled down.

Matthew continued his relentless assault with Bloodreaper, his sword energy reaching out 1,000 meters. With a single swing, it spanned 100 meters, felling 1,000 foes.

Behind him, Gadel wielded the Eagle Sword, a gift from Arnold, which was said to be the finest weapon from Ebony Eagles. The hilt was shaped like a black eagle, and the blade had a slight curve, resembling an eagle's beak.

Gadel plunged the Eagle Sword into. a soldier's stomach, the blood trickling down the grooves of the blade. The warm liquid caused Gadel's hand to tremble slightly.

Arnold and Jaylen, clad in Eagle Knights armor, stood by Gadel's side. They weren't there to kill; the Eagle Knights were tasked with ensuring the king's safety.

"All Feather Army troops, form a circular formation and engage the enemy!"

Blood flowed across the ground. Even with the support of Matthew's unyielding battle formation, the Feather Army was starting to take heavy losses.

Gadel stood frozen, watching the warriors from both sides fight fiercely.

Arnold and Jaylen remained silent, recalling how King Gawain I had reacted similarly in battle.

A few Montirian soldiers charged at them. Arnold's smile had a hint of resignation. What's the point? He had no desire to fight his brethren.

A blue sword appeared in his hand,

its deep and light blue hues

interwoven with golden stripes. Holding the pale blue sword, Arnold smiled as he faced the oncoming soldiers.

The next moment, his figure blurred and vanished. When he reappeared, he had his back to the soldiers.

Producing a white cloth from nowhere, he meticulously wiped the blade, which was spotless.

Behind him, the Montirian soldiers fell to the ground, a faint mark across their chests.

"I really hate killing," Arnold whispered.
