Man With Super Medical Skill (Matthew)
Chapter 3210 Mortimer Arrives

Compared to the chaos in Montiria and the schemes brewing in Dornia, Matthew and Stellan in Hulwin were working harder than ever-almost around the clock, spending every day buried under endless piles of documents and material requests from various places. On That day, however, something unusual happened. A notification popped up on Matthew's phone. 'A coalition of Dornia's financial titans is forming, planning a large-scale investment in Montiria...'

top of all this, Matthew had to keep an eye on the situation in Montiria and Garrett's movements.

Matthew narrowed his eyes slightly, the tension on his brow easing for the first time in days. A venomous snake was most frightening when it lurked silently in the dark. But when its intentions and targets were laid bare, things became much simpler. He unlocked his phone and dialed a number saved under "Old Mr. Zedler." The call was answered quickly.

"Matthew, what's the matter?" Mortimer's strong, energetic voice came through the phone, prompting Matthew to instinctively pull the phone away from his ear.

"Old Mr. Zedler, I need your help."

"Do you?" Mortimer's voice was filled with curiosity. In his mind, there were very few things Matthew couldn't handle on his own. For him to call now meant this was no ordinary situation.

"Old Mr. Zedler, it's too complicated to explain over the phone. Could you come to Hulwin? We need to discuss this in person."

"Alright, I'll head over right now," Mortimer agreed without hesitation.

After ending the call, Matthew looked back at the news about the Dornian financial alliance, a smile playing on his lips.

He realized now why Gadel hadn't yet eliminated the Gloam Wing and took full control of Montiria. Gadel was waiting-waiting for Garrett and those so-called financial titans to make their move. Then, with Matthew's help, he would crush them. When that happened, the furious, financially ruined magnates would direct all their anger at Garrett. Maybe even...

Matthew suspected that Gadel had already amassed an immense amount of Dornian Emeralds in secret-at least ten billion, if not more. With such a fortune at his disposal, Gadel could resolve everything with an earth-shattering force without needing Matthew to intervene.

Gadel wasn't the type to sit idly by, nor was he the kind of king to be easily deceived by the illusions created by the Gloam Wing. He had matured, evolving from the reckless prince he once was into the man he was now-ruthless in his pursuit of his goals, allowing the Gloam Wing to wreak havoc in Montiria, slaughtering innocents as he waited.

Now, Gadel was both brutal and merciful, cunning and wise. He had single-handedly silenced every voice in Montiria except for the Gloam

Wing. And when this was all overet

the time would come to settle

accounts with them. When that time arrived, the Gloam Wing-hated by everyone in Montiria-would be wiped out by Gadel himself. At that moment, his reputation and authority would soar.

Gadel would no longer be seen as a powerless king manipulated by the Gloam Wing But as a ruler who had bided his time, amassing power to destroy them. Even King Gawain who had ruled Montiria for decades, wouldn't compare to Gadel. After the Gloam Wing's purge, there would be no force left in Montiria capable of opposing Gadel. He would establish true central control over the nation, becoming the undisputed master of every inch of Montiria.

Gadel's previous inability to fully control Montiria stemmed from the presence of dissenting voices. So he had decided to take a gamble-destroy everything to rebuild anew.

Matthew's gaze shifted toward Montiria, a land where a king of immense power was either orchestrating everything in the shadows or weaving a trap so inescapable that the Gloam Wing wouldn't be able to escape, no matter where they tried to hide.
