Man With Super Medical Skill (Matthew)
Chapter 3268 Prince Garrett's Remnants

Rocco's words plunged the entire Gloam Division's training yard into an eerie silence.

After a brief pause, one of the Gloam soldiers stepped forward and asked, "Commander Rocco, what should we do?"

His question echoed the thoughts of every Gloam Division soldier present. They were all eager to know how they could prevent the new Prime Regent from destroying the Gloam Division as soon as he arrived.

Rocco scanned the crowd, and a slight smile tugged at the corners of his lips. "Gentlemen, there's only one way to reverse this outcome. We must prevent the king from officially recognizing Matthew Larson as the Prime Regent tomorrow at the gates of Everton. The king has been swayed by treacherous ministers, and we must remove them. And right now, there's only one way to do that-by storming the royal palace!"

A wave of agitation immediately spread through the crowd. For them, the idea of breaking into the palace and capturing Gadel seemed too far-fetched.

Rocco's eyes swept over them, and he spoke again, this time with a tempting tone. "If you can break into the palace, the treasures of the kingdom-gold, jewels, women-will be yours for the taking."

Under Rocco's allure, the Gloam Division soldiers grew increasingly restless. The promise of riches and rewards had always stirred desire, and now, spurred by Rocco's words, they could hardly contain themselves.

A few figures emerged from the crowd, bowing before Rocco and declaring, "We're ready to follow you, Commander Rocco. We'll storm the palace and cleanse the king's court!"

"Storm the palace! Cleanse the court! Storm the palace! Cleanse the court..."

The thundering chants filled the training grounds, and Rocco's eyes gleamed with satisfaction. It was done.

Due to the recent actions of the Aerial Legion, Rocco had already set up camp in a secluded area just outside Everton. He dismissed the soldiers to prepare for the night raid on the royal palace, planning to strike under the cover of darkness. Upon returning to his tent, Rocco noticed several unfamiliar, shifty-looking men inside.

"Who are they?" he asked sharply.

"Commander, they came looking for you, so I brought them here," the guard replied before leaving.

Rocco's gaze turned cold as he looked at the men. "You better have a good reason for wasting my time. I despise being played with."

His icy tone didn't faze the men. One of them, who seemed to be the leader, stepped forward, bowing respectfully. "Commander Rocco we heard about your plan to attack the palace, and we've come to offer Our assistance."

Rocco's expression darkened, and a deadly intent flickered in his eyes.

"There's no need to be alarmed," the man said quickly. "Allow me to introduce myself-I am Squeak, a loyal servant of Prince Garrett."

Rocco relaxed slightly upon hearing

the name. The remnants of Garrett's faction were in a far worse position than the Gloam Division, which was at least still tolerated, even if they were despised as 'dogs.' But if Garrett's followers were found openly operating in Montiria, the Aerial Legion would swoop in and arrest them within minutes.

"And why, Mr. Squeak, are you not hiding in Dornia with your master instead of showing up at my camp?" Rocco asked with feigned indifference, his gaze resting on the group.

Gadel's forces had nearly wiped out Garrett's faction. For all Rocco knew, this could be the last of Garrett's men.

"I knew you'd be planning to storm the palace and capture Gadel. I can open the gates for you," Squeak replied.
