Master of his heart (Max and Brielle) -
Chapter 1147
Sarah blinked, thinking her eyes were playing tricks on her. After a minute, she confirmed it was indeed a key lying on the ground. She picked it up and glanced out the window. Outside, the usual hustle and bustle of the organization's members filled the scene. She squinted and made her way to her room's door. Heavy chains were wrapped around it several times. She found the keyhole, inserted the key, and felt the lock drop to the floor with a satisfying thud. She let out a sigh of relief and headed down the hallway. When she reached the last room, she saw Orla. Curled up in the corner, Orla still clutched that photograph.
"Orla," Sarah called softly.
Orla looked up, her eyes lighting up with a glimmer of hope. "Sarah."
Sarah glanced at the lock on Orla's door. She didn't have a key for this one and knew she couldn't break it open alone. She needed help. "Stay put, Orla. Someone's coming for us," she reassured her.
Orla nodded, and Sarah memorized her room's location before stepping outside. She was met by two men. Though dressed like the organization's members, Sarah instantly knew they were here to rescue her their eyes held no suspicion. "Ma'am, put these on," one of them said, handing her a set of clothes.
"Can we bring the woman in the room on the right, third door down?" Sarah asked, her voice tinged with urgency.
"Ma'am, we're here to get you out. The plan's set and we can't add anyone else," one of the men replied gently but firmly.
Sarah's heart clenched. Remembering her last moment with Simone, she rasped, "Take her with you. I'll manage somehow."
The men didn't argue. They broke the lock and freed Orla. Sarah watched as they handed Orla her disguise. The men moved with.

Sarah got a dagger and a lighter from one of the men. If she couldn't escape, she wouldn't let herself become a threat to the Lynch family.
She lit the room's curtains on fire
with the lighter. On a side path, she knocked out a passing man and swapped clothes with him. As the building caught fire, the

At Kenzo's residence, he scrutinized the surveillance screens, his gaze fixing on one. He called Irene in.
"Check the control room for these two screens," he ordered, suspicion clear in his voice.
Irene, trusting Kenzo's intuition, hurried to the control room. She found the staff unconscious, and the screens Kenzo had flagged were showing old footage from the building where Sarah was hetd.

Returning to Kenzo, she reported her replaceings just as news of the fire came in. Kenzo, watching the screens, smirked coldly. "Lock everything down. No one leaves, no exceptions." The terrain was defensible but hard to breach.
"Light up the whole area. Deploy twenty helicopters for aerial patrol. Any unauthorized aircraft, shoot to kill."
If someone was rescuing Sarah, they'd either go by land, now heavily guarded, or by air, where helicopters waited to engage.
Kenzo was certain they wouldn't escape.
