Mated To The Twin Alpha Heirs
Humiliation, and Suffering.

"You're strange too." I told him.

"You know, I was not expecting a new family when I was coming home. I obviously expected a lot of things but not an additional family"

"Me too." I agreed with him. "When my mother came home to tell me she had found a mate and on the night we were instructed to leave our pack, I was surprised at the crazy turn of events. I mean, we were some hours away from going rogue and your dad comes into the picture like a messiah. Saving my mom and I from further humiliation and suffering."

"Why were you instructed to leave your pack and go rogue?"

My hand subconsciously went to fiddle with my bracelet. "Let's just say the story is quite complicated. They did not like us. I was bullied in school then banned from going to school. My mother was not allowed to buy from or sell to anyone in the pack." My eyes grew misty as memories swamped me. "We were just struggling to survive. Imagine living in a pack that spits at you, mocks you and taunts you anytime you step out of your house. It made mom and I begin to take a lonely path to avoid coming in contact with much people."

"That is such a rough way to live."

I looked at him through blurry eyes. "But it was the only way we could live. There was no other choice. We would have kept enduring the hatred and humiliation so long as we had a pack but we had no choice when we were banished." "If only they could see how big you live now. If they know your mother's mated to be the wealthiest Alpha on the planet and you are now werewolf royalty, I'm sure they'll come crawling." "I'm not even concerned about them anymore. I'm just glad my mother has finally found acceptance and love."

My mother glowed everyday and I was really happy for her. She was so at peace here, which was why I didn't need anything to spoil it for me. Thankfully, Baron had saved me from making what I now saw to be a mistake of telling her what had really happened. It might affect her relationship with the Alpha because she would side with me while he believed his boys, it was just naturally bound to happen that way. She'd feel unloved or unwanted because she felt I was. When she'd told me she would not hesitate to leave if I was ever unhappy or unloved, I believed her. I knew she'd do it. She'd taken a lot for me in our last pack.

Gone through humiliation and agony for my sake. She did not deserve to have me always ruin her chance at happiness. So I would try to handle this without her knowing.

"And what about you?" He asked. "Do you think you have found acceptance and love?"

"Maybe if you had asked me that question yesterday, I would have said yes. I thought I had but now, I don't think so."

"Because of what the boys did?"

I was struggling not to cry. "In the very least, I had thought they would believe me. Trust me. Understand that I would not do something so humiliating and heinous. I am not a thief. I don't know how it all happened or how it was staged or how it got into my bag but I did not do it. I wish they had believed me."

"The only way to make them regret not believing you is to replace out the truth."

"How do we do that? You don't attend the school, remember?"

"Does not make me less of a Salvatore. That's my family school and I have rights there."

"So you can come with me to school?"

"I don't like that place. Too many bad memories."

There was a knock on the door. "Come in."

"How are you feeling now, darling?" It was mom and she was holding a tray.

"Mom, another food?"

"Be grateful." Baron told me. Already eyeing the tray and what it's content might be. When mom dropped it before us, it was a bottle of whiskey and two cups of coffee. There was also milk and sugar and cream, in case we wanted any. Mom knows I use cream and sugar.

"Mom you need to see the amount of food Baron had."

"Well, I have him to thank for coming to comfort you. I'm surprised the other boys are not here."

Baron was focused on adding whiskey to his coffee.

"Well, I guess they are busy." I had no other excuse or explanation as to why they are not here, filling up my room. I missed them. Even Trenton with his cold demeanor and distant attitude, I missed all of them. I blinked my eyes to prevent tears.

"That explains it. Though, at dinner they were unusually quiet, except for Trenton who's always quiet. The rest were just not themselves. I wonder what's with all of you today." Her gaze went to Baron. "Except for him. He's abnormally normal." She nodded her head as though she was satisfied with her own observation of Baron.

He raised his cup of alcoholic coffee to her. "Thanks for the food. And also for this, step mother."

Mom beamed, she wanted to be accepted by all of them. She needed to make us a one big family.

"So the maids told you about the request for coffee and whiskey huh?"

"Yes. It was your maid actually that said it was requested."

It could only be Melissa. I sighed, I did not know what to do with that servant of mine yet. At the moment, she was the least of my problems. I had my name to clear, my clothes to replace and the 'Wolf It' coming up.

"I just came to check up on you." She rose, kissing my forehead. "I'll tell the maids to come for the tray later."

"Alright mom. Thank you."

She blew me a kiss, I smiled.

"Good night Baron."

"Good night step mother."

I looked at him. "You finally got your request, congratulations." Sarcasm rolled from my tongue.

"Drink up, Katherina and prepare for bed. You have school tomorrow."

At the mention of school, nerves came back.
