Chapter 34 It Serves You Right

Back in the classroom, Jade ignored the eyes on her and returned to her scal. She took out her ultra–thin laptop and loceed into the campus foruin.

Looking at those nonsense posts, Jade was furious. She deleted all of them and planted a verypowerful virus. So computers and pliones that logged into the forum would be infected and have asystem crash!

Soon, many students started to tell each other that their phones seemed to be infected with a virus andthat the system crashed, the screen went black, and the phone couldn‘t be turned on again!

Jade thought to herself, it serves you right!

Jade usually spent the lunch break in the library,

Jade was reading a book on hacking, and Myla was sitting opposite lier with a book on chemistry.

Awhile later, Myla placed a small box in front of Jade and smiled. “For you!”

“For me? A gift?” Jade smiled and looked down at the thin, rectangular, transparent box that Myla gaveher. It was a box of special tools!

Jade picked up the box. What a special gift!

But she didn‘t know why Myla gave her that.

Myla knew that Jade would replace it strange and explained, “They have been soaked in neurotoxinsdeveloped by me. Once it is inserted into the skin and touches human blood, it can paralyze every

nerve in one‘s body in three seconds!! use it to protect myself, although you probably don‘t need such athing.”

“Wow! so powerful! It can paralyze all the nerves in three seconds!” Jade‘s gem–like eyes lit up. Shelooked at the tools in the box and wanted to try them out.

Myla felt a little awkward. Jade had helped her iwice. But Myla was poor and couldn‘t afford expensivegifts. Although these tools were not worth much, they were very useful!

“Thank you, Myla. I like it very much. I always know you are not an ordinary person. You are bound tobe great one day!” Jade praised Myla with a smile.

In fact, after they last met, Jade felt that there was something very special about Mylat. Il Myla camefrom a well–off family, she would probably be much more confident than now.
