Irene looked to Sophia, "Sophia, the head of our department has apologized, what about you?"

Chris smiled, "Oops, Lorraine accidentally overtook the first place even from your class."

Chris snorted lightly and rolled his eyes, "Come on Annette, let's go to have lunch."

Walking out of the meeting room, Annette hold Irene's shoulders and whispered, "Thank you, it musthave been tough on you.

You might have been criticized a lot because of our absence."

Suddenly hearing Annette's words, her eyes turned red and said, "Then be a better student and don'tget an E in chemistry next time."

Annette raised her eyebrows and said readily, "Okay."
