Chapter 006 A battle in the auction Annette leant against the sofa back, engaged in her game on thephone.

With her head tilted, feet up, she appeared so idle and leisurely just like a mogul.

No one would doubt she was a young delinquent who was good at nothing.

Yet who would believe this mogul was none other than the top hacker in the entire world so far — thequeen in the hacker circle! Vianne just couldn't envy her enough.

This girl of only seventeen also owned excellent medical skills.

What sort of brain she had! And this little boy, who was able to hack into the laptop of the top hackerwithout a single trace even at the age of seven! What sort of brains they had! "Now we are going toauction the last item of tonight — Jade of Nice Night!"

The whole pub resounded with the voice of the host.

Annette raised her head while finishing the game by letting her role drown itself into the river.Puttingher phone away, she locked her eyes on the jade that was being presented to the stage by the host'sfemale assistant.

Her black and cold eyes narrowed a little.

"As we all have heard of this jade from one way or another, I wouldn't waste our time in theintroduction.

So, let's start the bidding for the last piece tonight-- Jade of Nice Night—one million dollars!"

"One million and one hundred thousand!"

"One million and five hundred thousand!"

"Two million!"

How could anyone hanging around in Crystal Eyes be short of money! And since this jade was said tobe that legendary, the competition for it must be fierce.

"Four million and three hundred thousand!"

"Ten million."

A leisurely voice of a man came from the second floor.

The whole venue turned quiet all of a sudden.

All the attention was focused on the second floor, as if the time was frozen.

Just for a piece of jade? Sponsors of Crystal Eyes had estimated the dealt to be done at around fivemillion at most.

And it soared all the way to ten million! The host was just about to ask again and hammer the finalprice, when another voice came.

"Fifteen million."

Vianne raised her plate with a gorgeous grin.

Annette raised her eyebrows with an undetectable smile.

It took the host several seconds to resume his composure.

"Fifteen million.

Anyone with a higher price? Fifteen million for the first time! "Twenty million."

The voice came from the second floor once again.

Vianne raised her plate.

"Thirty million."

She maintained her tempo well.

Even the cosmopolitan host was totally speechless.

"Forty million."

The mogul on the second floor offered his latest price in a drawl.

Vianne and Annette locked eyes of each other and that resulted ina wilder smile.

"Fifty million."

Ray's spirits rose.

"Who's this daring girl? Vying with Waynett?"

His interest grew even more when he put the goblet on the table and walked to the handrail, only to replacethe "daring girl"

to be the trio of the women with a son.

Kellen joined him.

With his arms leaning against the handrail, he looked over at Annettee.

"Interesting."

He couldn't help grinning.

Waynett uttered another bidding in a calm tone, "Sixty million."

The host was totally petrified.

What kind of super mogul had tonight's auction attracted?
