My Father's Friend -
My Father’s Friend – Chapter 6
Why on earth did his question make her tremble, both from fear and from… no, that was unthinkable. Quickly, she glanced over to where her father was. Maybe he could save her from the hands of her partner. But when she realized that her father was more concerned with talking to the guests, she knew that the reality was that she had to get rid of Cauther alone, the problem was, how?
-Did the mouse get your tongue? -He asked at the same time that he began to dance with her in his arms, without giving her a chance to escape.
-If my father realizes what you are doing, he will surely be very angry with you” -She saw how Cauther looked sideways at Rafael, she was aware that her father was not aware of her. But at least something had to be done.
-I don’t think he’s paying much attention, why should I care?
Cauther was leading her as he pleased in that slow and somewhat tight dance, she was cornered, she couldn’t make a scene in the middle of everyone. I needed to keep up bloody appearances, I didn’t want to give Cauther the pleasure of making a fool of himself in front of everyone either. However, he seemed to be enjoying pissing her off, first kissing her for no reason and then taking her at his whim forcing her to dance.
-Are you enjoying this? -she asks angrily.
-No, the truth is overrated,” she answers, yes, he outraged her. He was a f*****g son of a bitch.
-How is it possible that my father esteems him so much, being so presumptuous and arrogant?
At that moment, the red-haired girl feels Cauther’s arm tighten more against her body, what was he proposing? To k**s her in the middle of everyone? To be the talk of all those people? Her father was not going to tolerate such inappropriate behavior. The young woman observes Cauther’s eyes and in them she saw not a hint of anger, or mockery or any other feeling. That man was colder than an ice tempane.
Suddenly the music playing in the background ended, and many were beginning to clear the room to cool off before returning to dance another piece. Casey knew this was her chance, she was one hundred percent sure that Cauther did not want his partner to catch him dancing so intimately with his only daughter.
-The dance is over, Mr. Acrom,” she said, stopping his steps. But he refused to let go.
-I suppose so.
-Then let me go, or else my father will realize what a stupid thing he is doing.
But that warning he gave Cauther had been the worst answer that night, aside from attending that damn party, of course! Casey caught a glimpse of Cauther’s face contorting in a way that even she didn’t expect, well, who could, if that man didn’t even gesticulate a different expression than usual.
-Stupidity? -She replied with a somewhat proud tone.
At that she felt how her body was almost dragged, she walked through the crowd with difficulty and that was pushing the guests. She didn’t understand what the hell was going on, but that a*****e Cauther was pulling her as if she was a miserable rag.
-What the f**k is wrong with you? -She spoke quietly to avoid drawing attention to herself.
Suddenly she and Cauther were alone at the side of the stairs, it was a short, but quite discreet corridor that led to a door that led to who knows where. Casey found herself cornered against the wall with an almost Cauther on top of her.
-Do you think I care what Raphael thinks?
-Then why did you run away when the room is about to stay clear?
-I really don’t care about being the center of attention of all these insignificant people.
-Then, if you care what my father thinks,” she challenges him, not knowing why the f**k she was doing it.
-You think so? -He answers in a hoarse voice.
Cauther closes the little space that existed between the two of them, leaving one hand on the wall while the other goes into his pants pocket.
Slowly, Casey senses that Cauther was approaching her again and that meant he wanted to… f**k, he wanted to k**s her again? What the f**k! Not knowing what the f**k she was doing, she roughly pushed Cauther away, preventing him from kissing her again or doing whatever he wanted to do. Since she couldn’t run, she opted to walk in a hurry to get away from her father’s partner, but suddenly her steps were abruptly halted, it seemed that the tail of her dress had gotten caught on something.
She looked over her h
She looked over her shoulder and noticed that a shiny shoe was stepping on the train of her dress, and it was at that moment that she knew that it had not been a good idea to wear that outfit for that night. As soon as the red-haired girl looked up, she realized that Cauther was the one holding her, but that was not all, in seconds she was wrapped in his arms, then Cauther’s tongue was f*****g her mouth in such a bestial way that her f*****g legs began to tremble.
Quickly, the man’s hand slipped through the slit in her dress and as easily as he kissed her, he pulled off the light she was wearing that night. Unfortunately for her, he had to pull it off with force, as it was connected to her panties. The surprise was in the neighborhood of Casey’s senses the moment she felt the lace fabric slide down her thigh, while she, without understanding how, raised her leg a little to allow Cauther to slide the garment down her leg, at that the red-haired woman wondered, And after that what?
To Casey’s astonishment, the k**s didn’t last long, because a few seconds later Cauther pulled away from her abruptly… she looked at his eyes, and in them she noticed a hint of mockery. It was only for an instant, but she was absolutely sure she saw that mocking gleam in his eyes. He was playing with her, that was the reason he had kissed her that night, but why did he take her garter? He was a son of a bitch.
-I brought you here because I didn’t want others to see when I took off this fabulous garment,” he waved the garter like a flag between his fingers.
-You a*****e, hand that over, how dare you touch me like that? -Casey shoves Cauther and slaps him in the face. You’ve only been playing with me, I forbid you to lay a hand on me again,” she threatens him with her finger.
Without waiting for Cauther to say a word, not that she wanted to since she was scared to death, Casey gives him a look of contempt showing her displeasure. She grabbed the train of her dress and shot out of that corridor. Arriving in the huge room a little clear, the first thing she notices is her father. With her heart racing and her nerves on edge she approaches her father looking for a little support. She felt suffocated and quite confused.
-Father! -She greets him politely, but somewhat agitated, they were surrounded by many important and wealthy businessmen.
-Oh, Casey! I thought you hadn’t arrived yet, daughter.
-I arrived a long time ago, father,” she answers, feeling her legs trembling, she hated feeling that way and all because of that damned Cauther.
-The man responds and then turns his attention to the businessmen, ignoring her once again.
-Father,” I call him in a very low voice, the man looks at her. I’d like to leave now.
-We can’t do that to Genaro, daughter.
-But…
And without expecting it, Cauther appears out of nowhere behind her, sending shivers all over her body. His scent and his masculine presence made her feel uncomfortable, and even though she thought he was crazy, she found him “intriguing”, but she should not forget what that wretch had put her through.
-Rafael, you’ve come at last! -Cauther exclaimed as if nothing had happened.
-Thank you for coming early, Cauther.” They both shook hands, while Casey felt like the most ignored woman in the world.
She didn’t even look at the man next to her, and they were almost bumping shoulders. The truth is, she was kind of shivering-should she blame it on the coldness of the room? No, she couldn’t be so naive. The culprit of her disturbed state was Cauther Lance Acrom, her father’s partner who had his lightly stored in who knows where.
-Cauther, while I’m talking to our colleagues, why don’t you take my daughter out dancing. It seems that she wants to leave, and I don’t think it is convenient to make such a big disgrace to Genaro.
The red-haired girl looks at her father with astonishment, hadn’t he heard her request? She wanted to go home, not go dancing with the man she wanted to leave the party for. Casey looked angrily at her father, and he seemed to notice them.
-Casey…
She didn’t care how she felt, she didn’t want to be there, and yet her father didn’t give a f**k about her feelings. She glanced sideways at Cauther, who curiously kept a goddamn smile hidden behind those lips she herself had tasted minutes before. He was a son of a bitch, getting a kick out of her misfortunes.
