Debra glanced at the business card in her hand before pulling her limited–edition sports car over to the side of the street.

“I’ll just get a facial today,” she said coolly. “If it’s not up to par, I won’t be coming back.”

Her haughty tone didn’t offend anyone; on the contrary, it felt completely natural.

Debra stood up, and the staff led her to the largest private room, complete with drink and

fruit.

She glanced at the spread and said, “No need for these. I can’t eat while getting a facial.”

As she lowered her gaze, she checked the labels on the beauty equipment. The text was too -small to read clearly, but she made a mental note to investigate later.

“Miss, please lie down. We’ll start now.”
