“Yes! It’s because I heard the end part of Caro’s and your conversation, and I’m happy with the fact that finally… finally, my princess is returning. I’m so happy and excited.” he added. “Make all her favorite dishes once she confirms the date when she is arriving. And… and what can we do to surprise her?”

Sophia tried to be happy, but she couldn’t. How could she? Her daughter was coming with a shock!!

“Wow!! You look heavenly, Caro!” Lucy commented, looking at her and helping her in wearing a long black shrug because unnecessary attention because of her dress was the last thing that Caroline wanted. “You should wear colorful clothes more frequently, you know.” She suggested.

“Yeah! But Black is my favorite. When I was a kid, I used to go for shopping to buy something that was not black. But in the end, I used to end up buying black again.” Caroline said, giggling.

“Come on, Let’s go!” She said to take her to the first and the oldest hotel of the company, where everything had started. Since Caroline needed hours to get ready tonight. Artin was with Artemis, and they reached the venue earlier than Caroline because he had attended important investor cum a very close family relative of Caroline, Oliver Weasley, Rebecca C. Weasley, and Charlotte.

Caroline, too, wanted to attend them, but Artemis gave strict instructions to get ready for the party first. After that, she could spend as much time as she wanted with her Uncle, Aunt, and Cousin.

“Finally, we’re here!!” Lucy said, and Caroline looked out of her phone to see outside. She sent the mail of Artemis that Colton had sent to her after he had completed his research on her mate. So that her mother had a good amount of knowledge about Artemis before talking with her father, she sincerely hoped that her father wouldn’t get much mad at her decision. She also knew in most cases, marrying a stranger on such short notice could be dangerous, but luckily, she was blessed to replace Artemis, who was no less than a GEM for her.

Lucy first helped Caroline in opening her shrug and then adjusting her clothes and hair before opening the door for Caroline so that she could walk out, but she really hoped Artemis to receive her. And the next second, a small smile appeared on her lips when she saw Artemis offering his hand to her. She didn’t see him coming but nevermind; taking his hand, she hopped out of the car. He gulped, and then their gaze met.

“I was wondering if you had an extra heart. Mine was just stolen.” Artemis said in a serious tone, on which Caroline giggled before saying.

“Don’t worry; you can steal mine.”

Artemis grinned ear to ear, hearing it. “Now, will you grab my arm, so I can tell the whole world that I’ve been touched by an angel?”

Caroline giggled again and grabbed his arms, and kissed his cheeks. “Now you can say that you have been kissed by an angel.”

A moment later, Artemis and Caroline entered the party together, this time. And the moment they did, the light around the whole area was dimmed, and the spotlight focused on them. Those who were pack members and also a part of the company for meeting the expenses of their home had already met Caroline, while this was the first time Caroline had made an appearance as Artemis’s wife in front of company employees, investors, and other important clients.

Artin, who saw the spotlight on just Caroline and Artemis, started wiggling in Colton’s arm to put him down so that he could also stand in the circular light. Colton put him down, and he started running at his baby speed. From top to bottom, he looked mini version of Artemis, having the same hairstyle and to same custom shoes.

“Caro! Arti!” He called and ran toward Caroline; Caroline smiled and bent down to pick him up in her arms because he was coming toward her.

Soon, the party began with the introduction and how the company was formed. Caroline wanted to talk a lot of things with her Aunt and Cousin, but she wasn’t there to gossip but was representing herself as the CEO’s flash wife, about which no one had any idea.

‘It’s just a matter of half an hour and so; after that, my real identity will be in front of everyone.’ She thought, rubbing Artin’s back softly, who had held her tightly among so many people.

“What happened, sweetheart? Did you miss me that much?” Caroline asked. “I have told you earlier, and I will tell you again that…I will never… never ever leave your side, okay?” She whispered in his ear and kissed his cheek. “I love you.”

“I love you,” Artin answered her back.

“I’m happy to announce that the new CEO of the company will be my son, Artemis Santino Gosling. Now, instead of listening to the further future plans of the company from me, the new CEO will take it from here.” Lorenzo, Artemis’s father, said, giving the podium to Artemis.

“Before moving to my future plans. I want to thank god for this beautiful day. Also, thank you so much, everyone, for being here!! Thank you, dad and grandpa, for showing so much trust in me. Thank you, my cousin, for becoming the biggest reason for my success, and last but not least, my lucky charm, my wife, Caroline Gosling, who was there for me and supported me and is the reason behind my success. I love you, Mrs. Gosling.”

‘I love you too, hon.’ Caroline mouthed instead of shouting loud.

“Now, I would like you to show everyone a presentation with which I can explain in a better way that how I will be taking the company to the next level of success.” Saying this, the presentation began but instead of any slides related to work. It was the pictures of Caroline with her Uncle Oli in which she was hugging him happily, and in the next picture, she said kissed his cheek, and in the next picture, Oliver Weasley kissed her forehead.
