My Mate Is An Omega -
Chapter 33
Jasper
POV
"Oh yes, Jasper! Faster! f**k me harder!"
There are very few pleasures in life as fine as s*x. And as the bon vivant I am, of course I would enjoy every opportunity I had to make the most out of my meaningless existence - which is why I obviously accepted Mia's request to show her one of the finest things in life. The blonde Kappa's screams were so loud I was afraid they would shatter the windows of my newly-acquired room. I promptly covered her mouth with my hand, muffling her incoherent sounds as I continued to ram my d**k into her wet core. I had the she-wolf pinned against one of the tall walls, my mouth sucking one of her n*****s while I kneaded her other b****t with my free hand. The art of working a woman's body was one I had perfected after years of experience; each of her high-pitched moans were proof of my abilities. I'm just practicing so I will know exactly how to please my mate when I replace her, is what I told myself; Phoenix happily agreed with me.
"Does my c**k feel good shoved up your p***y, sweetheart?" I breathed out into her ear. All she could do was nod frantically in response. Never ceasing my movements, I pulled her hair back with my fist to watch her face. "Look at me." She immediately obliged, her hazy brown eyes locking on mine. "Do you want me to make you c*m now?"
"Mhmm!" she muttered in agreement.
A smirk crossed my face before I went back to work. My hand traveled down her stomach until it reached the spot between her legs. Without hesitation, I pinched her clit at the same time I bit down on her hardened n****e. It was like flipping a switch; the next second, she was shaking uncontrollably, her eyes rolling back as she was consumed by her climax. Unwilling to give her a break, I continued to f**k her through her o****m, feeling my own pleasure building. A loud grunt burst from my lips as I finally reached my release.
I had to place my hand on the wall for support as I tried to catch my breath. I pulled away from the Kappa, removing the condom while she picked up her clothes from the floor - I had no intentions of producing an heir with a woman I barely even knew. This was supposed to be a moment of relaxation and fun for the both of us, so I was careful not to turn it into a headache.
As I was tossing the condom on the trash, I felt arms snake around my waist. "Next time I'll make sure I'm on the pill so you don't have to use that." Her hot breath on my neck made me hard all over again. "I wanna feel you properly..."
"Oh, next time huh?" I teased, slightly turning my head to face her.
She giggled before pulling away and leaving the room without saying another word. As soon as she was gone, I ran my hand through my messy ginger hair, realizing it was covered in sweat. Sasha would be here any minute now, and I was sure she would give me a hard time if I didn't look "presentable". To spare me from her scolding, I decided to take a quick shower.
Once I had rubbed the she-wolf's scent off my skin, I threw on some new clothes and glanced at my reflection in the mirror. If there was one thing I was thankful to my biological parents for, it was my looks. My fiery red hair and pale blue eyes drove any female insane; I was definitely a rare specimen. Adding my new title and rank to the mix made for a dangerous combination. It was quite easy to get girls as a stray, but now they were lining up for a chance to get a taste. And like the good Gamma I already was, I would make sure to give due attention to their desires.
Once I stepped out of the luxurious bathroom, which alone was the size of my entire old house, I smiled as I admired my new room. A king-sized bed, a huge television, my own mini-bar - not bad a stray. Not bad at all. Honestly, it suited me. I always knew I was meant for greatness.
"You're definitely great at sucking," Phoenix instigated.
"If you mean p***y sucking, then you're right," I joked.
"You've always got some smart-a*s comeback, don't you?"
"I've always been smart. It's not my fault people don't bother noticing it." I shrugged, feeling him shake his head in disapproval as he retreated to the depths of my mind.
He knew it was true though. Lance and I had completely opposite views regarding our status in the society - while he thought it was a curse, I saw it as a blessing. No one cares what a stray does, as they don't expect us to be anything but burdens. As sad as it might sound, I actually liked it. Being a wolf with no name means you have the chance to write your own story, following your own rules.
I carefully chose what I wanted people to see, keeping my intelligent side hidden from the world because I didn't want to have to live up to anyone's expectations. The good thing about having people think lowly of you is, no one is shocked or disappointed when you fail. However, every small achievement you make is a huge accomplishment. All I had to do was win a chess match and fix a simple equation, and it earned me the Gamma title.
The perfect Gamma's daughter seemed to be a little late, so I decided to start off without her. I ran my hands over the solid birch desk, feeling its texture as I waited for my laptop to boot up. It was the first purchase I made after years of saving money from my butcher salary. After discovering my passion for math in school, I developed an interest for programming. It was then that I made up my mind to buy a top notch computer I could use to pursue my hobby. Part of me considered going to university, but my other grades in school weren't good enough, and honestly, I was more of a self-taught person - an autodidact, if you will.
"Sorry, I'm late!" Sasha startled me when she burst into the room. I had completely forgotten to lock the door after Mia left. "My laptop had this problem and..." she suddenly stopped, a confused expression on her face. "Why is your door open?" She sniffed the air a few times, and I instantly knew I was screwed. "Why does it smell like s*x in here?"
"I'm sure you can use your brilliant Gamma brain to figure it out." I showed her a silly smile as I spun around in my office chair to face her.
She immediately frowned. "You're so gross. Have you no shame? You're a Gamma now, it's about time you started behaving like one."
"I'm aware. I'm pretty sure Mom and Dad are very proud of me now, wherever they are," I joked, making her roll her eyes.
"I'm pretty sure that's why they dumped you in the first place."
"Ouch. Harsh words for such a pretty lady." I put my hand over my chest, pretending to be hurt by her comment. "I know Lance is your favorite, but am I really that far behind?"
"Please. You're not even trying to catch up to him." She scoffed, shaking her head in disapproval as she approached me. "Anyway, as I was saying, I can't get this stupid laptop to work." She waved her hand at the portable computer she was holding with her other
arm.
"Well, it's a good thing I have my own, I suppose."
When her gaze fell on the device on my desk, her eyes widened. "How did you get one of those?"
"I broke into a Kappa's house one night and stole it." There was utter silence as her jaw dropped in disbelief, and it was my turn to roll my eyes. "I'm kidding. I bought it, of course. How else would I have gotten it?"
"Well, I was convinced by your first answer." She shrugged.
"You underestimate me too much. I might just surprise you one of these days."
"You already have." For the first time, there was sincerity in her tone. She spoke again before I could tease her about it. "Alright, let's begin. Go to the pack's bank account."
For the next few hours, we thoroughly studied Diamond Tempest's cash inflow and outflow. The first step was to organize the data in a spreadsheet, which was a very time consuming process, but I actually found it rather interesting. It made it easier for us to analyze every detail, lowering the chances of us making mistakes as we proceeded to make adjustments to the pack's spendings so we could save more money. We agreed on maintaining only the essentials to keep the pack running. The members might notice a decrease in the luxuries our pack usually offered, but it was necessary to ensure the safety of our home.
Secondly, we had to allocate our funds correctly. Considering our decrease in warriors due to the recent attack, it was obvious we needed to focus all of our efforts into fortifying our defenses; at the moment, we were not only vulnerable to bears, but also to rogues who could steal our resources, and Alphas who could take advantage of our current situation. Since we were still facing a serious financial problem, we couldn't afford the latest technologies, but there were a few other options we could resort to. "Okay, did you manage to read any of the books I dropped here yesterday regarding security and defenses?" Sasha asked.
"I read most of them, actually." It was amusing to watch her eyes widened every time I exceeded her low expectations. At this point, I suspected I was addicted to seeing her reaction. "And I already started mapping out some changes to our security system. Let me show you."
With just a few clicks, I opened up a program I had spent the entire night building. It was only possible to develop it in such a short time because I had created the base for it a year ago when I got access to a paper map of our lands and decided to design a 3D version for it. Much like my fellow stray with his cute little wooden dolls, computer programming was my hobby. I did it for fun, never imagining it would come in handy someday, but here we were.
"What is that?!" Sasha gasped, staring in awe at the digital map that popped up on the screen. "What... how? Did you do this yourself?"
"Yep."
"Jasper, this is amazing!" She pulled the laptop towards her, curiously exploring the virtual lands. "I didn't know you could program." "You don't know much about me, do you?" I smirked.
"Seems like it." She arched an eyebrow at me, probably still trying to figure out whether I was telling the truth.
I took back control over my notebook computer to carefully explain the rearrangements I had made to our security system. The spots attacked by the bears in the past had been flagged so we could strengthen our defenses on those entrances, which were mainly located on the north and east borders. There had been seven attacks over the last few months, and though the enemy only repeated the location they struck twice, they seemed to mainly come from those sides. I took the initiative to move most of the traps we currently had to those spots.
Upon further analysis, I also noticed we could take advantage of the natural terrain of our land. For example, bears would likely avoid coming in from areas where the vegetation was too dense; due to their size, they would be slowed down while they tried to navigate through the tall trees. We could also focus on building more trapping pits at the foot of the few hills that were located in our territory, which could help reduce the number of enemies in face of an attack.
Honestly, I just made some minor changes to our original organization. Sasha's father was an incredible strategist with much more experience than me. However, when the attack's started, Alpha Dario decided to spend most of the pack's funds on the newest, most expensive technology, which was quite effective against wolves, but proved to be useless against bears. They easily destroyed everything, leaving so I had to improvise with cheaper methods in hopes they would show better results.
The sun had already set once the former Gamma's daughter and I finished making the final adjustments to our new strategy. I wrote my first security report on my own, checking it twice before finally heading towards the Alpha's office. I was surprised to replace Lance still there, with Caitlyn by his side; they were truly working hard to make sure our pack wouldn't crumble to the ground. I was certainly proud of them, but I would never tell them.
"Dude, these suggestions seem pretty good," Lance stated after taking a quick look at the papers. He then turned to me with a playful smile. "Sasha is doing an amazing job, isn't she?"
"Yeah. She basically did everything." I smiled in return. Of course they wouldn't expect me to develop such an intricate strategy - at least the new Alpha wouldn't. However, I noticed his mate eyeing me with suspicion.
"It was you, wasn't it?" she asked carefully. "Sasha might be a Gamma's daughter, but she mostly helped her father with the finances. She doesn't know a lot about security."
"I guess we'll never know, will we?" I chuckled as I turned on my heel to leave without uttering another word.
After an entire day of work, I was ready to lie in bed and take a small break before dinner. However, it seemed my plans were about to change; just as I put my hand over the doorknob, I heard a shy voice behind me. Behind me stood a tall girl with voluptuous curves, light brown hair and huge blue eyes - just my type.
"Sorry to bother you, Gamma Jasper..." She lowered her gaze in a sign of respect. I could definitely get used to this. "I was wondering if you could assist me with a... personal problem?" The expression she wore on her face let me know exactly what her intentions were, and I was a hundred percent down for it.
I showed her my classic smile before pulling the door open for her. "Ladies first."
A/N: In case some people might be confused - A bon vivant is a person who enjoys living "the good life" - a connoisseur of food and drink and of the other things that go along with a life of leisure and luxury.
