Chapter 1614 Imitating

"Imbe Group's female president wants to see me!" Adolf was very excited.

"The one whose husband died and then came back to life?" The old lady put down the sliced apple, her eyes gleaming. "What does she want with you? Has she taken a liking to you?" "How could she possibly be interested in me? She said it's about Iris, and she wants to discuss something with me," Adolf replied as he rushed into the house and took out his best suit. Although he said that she couldn't possibly be interested in him, deep down, he believed that he was quite handsome.

After all, Byron had become disabled. In case she really liked him...

"Mom, why is that tycoon concerned about Iris?" A woman sitting next to Samara asked with a suspicious tone. She looked similar to Samara, and her expression was cautious. "There must be something big happening. My little brother is naive. We should stick together so that he won't get into a trap without knowing!"

"Yes!" Samara had never seen a real tycoon before and also wanted to broaden her horizons.

So, ten minutes later, Adolf, with a gloomy face, left the house with his sister and mother.

Upon reaching the designated location, a beautiful waitress led the three of them into a private room.

The waitress made coffee for them and left.

"This woman doesn't look serious at all. She's completely coquettish!" Eliza sneered.

Samara looked around and carefully examined the coffee cup and glass plate in front of her. "This place must be expensive for a cup of coffee, right?"

"Just the money to buy this ceiling light is equal to the price of a three-bedroom apartment!" Adolf pointed to the chandelier above.

Samara's eyes immediately went bright.

She thought that maybe before they left, she should take a coffee cup away!

Eliza fixed her hair and picked up the refined demeanor she had seen on TV.

Adolf looked at Eliza and Samara, feeling somewhat disdainful. "Don't act like that later, or Athena will look down on us!"

As soon as he finished speaking, the door opened.

The three of them looked over at the same time.

They first saw a tall and imposing man with a fierce expression.

Then, a modestly dressed but very beautiful woman walked in.

"Oh, I've seen you on TV before!" Eliza exclaimed, pointing at Athena in surprise.

Athena smiled gently. She hadn't expected Adolf to bring his mother and sister along.

"Miss Newton!" Adolf stood up.

He had heard those able women didn't like being addressed by their husband's surnames, so he called her "Miss Newton".

"Please to meet you!" Adolf extended his hand, wanting to shake hands with her.

But Athena completely ignored him and walked to the host's seat before sitting down. "Who are these two?"

Samara was known for her sharp tongue back in her hometown.

When she saw Athena's demeanor, Samara thought that she couldn't appear lower than Athena.

"I'm his mother. I heard you wanted to talk about Iris?"

Athena looked at her. In her beautiful eyes, there wasn't much emotion, but her aura was intimidating and commanding.

Samara felt somewhat uneasy.

"It seems like you're the one who has the final say at home, Madam," Athena spoke up.

Hearing the term "Madam", Samara felt relieved.

"That's right," Samara said, still holding herself aloof.

Eliza sat there, attentively observing Athena's every move, and was unable to resist the urge to imitate her.

No wonder she could handle such a big tycoon. Her husband had just died, and she got involved with a jewelry magnate. Her enticing charm on her face would make any woman blush and have an accelerated heartbeat, let alone those dirty old men.
