Chapter 1671 Let Her Divorce

Sally quickly bought a new mobile phone and contacted Athena with a temporary mobile phone card.

She was so anxious to go back because she was worried about Gideon. If something happened to Gideon, Athena would be there. After seeing where the strange number belonged, Athena immediately picked it up.

"Athena, I am Sally!"

"I know."

"Is Gideon critically ill?" Sally asked directly.

"That's right!" Athena didn't ask her how she knew that. Athena felt that there would always be a chance to talk when she came back.

"Suicide by swallowing medicine?" Sally asked in a deep voice.

"No. Gideon fainted suddenly at home, and his organs failed after being sent to the hospital. Now he hasn't woken up for almost three days." Athena said truthfully.

"I got it. Elijah and I bought air tickets for evening departure, and we will land in Girard City tomorrow."

"Okay, you can send me the flight number."

The two didn't need to say something else.

Both understand each other's approach.

After hanging up the phone, Eleanor looked at Athena expectantly. "Is it Sally?"

"Yes, she and her husband are on their way to the airport, and they will arrive at Girard City tomorrow." Athena replied.

"Is her husband coming too?" Eleanor frowned subconsciously. "Wouldn't that irritate Gideon even more?"

Athena said nothing.

She was speechless.

"Mrs. Eleanor Hale, Sally is married. It is very generous of her husband to allow her to come back to see Gideon after her honeymoon. What else do you want?" Athena didn't bear it. Eleanor lowered her head and said nothing.

Eleanor thought it would be good if Sally came.

She would have a chat with Sally. As long as Sally divorced, Eleanor was willing to give her anything!

It was time to go in and visit.

Eleanor wanted to go in alone and tell Gideon about Sally's coming.

But Nicolas refused.

"Gideon wouldn't want to hear anything about Sally from you." Nicolas said bluntly.

Eleanor was instantly out of spirits and sat back in disappointment.

Finally, Athena entered the ward.

She sat beside Gideon. "Gideon..."

When the words came to her lips, Athena didn't say that but said softly, "Sally knows that you are seriously ill and she is on the way here. Please don't make her worry too much. Cheer up."

After Athena finished speaking, she saw tears rolling down Gideon's eyes.

After leaving the ward, Eleanor took Athena's hand and thanked her a thousand times.

"Mrs. Eleanor Hale, a lot of words have been said. Since you hit Sally twice, she can refuse to see Gideon." Athena looked at Eleanor. "She will arrive tomorrow. I hope you don't talk nonsense and don't bother her too much."

Eleanor's expression froze slightly.

But she still nodded in response. "I won't... I already know that she is a good girl!"

Athena nodded and looked at the time.

"Byron has rehabilitation training today. I should go back."

"Athena, thank you both." Nicolas said sincerely.

Athena nodded slightly.

She didn't say many polite words.

After leaving the hospital, she went straight to Lakin.

At about the same time, Sally and Elijah exited the small plane, leaving the jungle.

They came to the nearest international airport.

Another four hours passed.

Sally and Elijah got on the plane to Girard City in Mailand.

When the plane took off, it was the time when the clouds were all over the sky.

Sally looked out the window.

It felt like a dream.
