Chapter 1763 The First Reunion

Logan was slightly taken aback.

Then he shook his head and said in a muffled voice, "Later, I heard from Evie and George that Athena almost died. I was lucky that I was not there and didn't know. Otherwise, I would have been scared to death..."

Byron's hands shook violently.

"What... What happened?" He asked.

"Hemorrhage." Logan looked at him. "You have amnesia now, and Athena has forgiven you. It doesn't matter if I scold you, but Byron, you were really bad before!"

Byron lowered his eyes. "I..."

"Forget it. It was all in the past. Just don't mess up in the future!" Logan waved his hand. "Now I hope our family, the old and the young, can take care of themselves safely and live a life like this!" "We will." Byron nodded.

Logan sobbed again and took a sip of the cool ice cream.

After that, they didn't talk much.

Logan still couldn't get out of his emotions.

On the other hand, Byron seemed to be locked by an invisible chain that wrapped him tightly.

It was difficult for Byron to breathe like a boulder on his chest.

Evie slept deeply for a long time.

It was a day in the dream for Evie.

In the dream, her father did not die.

Her family was living as before.

Evie told her father and mother that she would be a mother.

Her father was very happy.

He drove his Nissan car and took her to the mall to pick out gifts for his granddaughter. He bought all kinds of pink skirts.

He also bought some cool overalls.

"Evie, thank you for all the hard work." On the way home after shopping, her father looked at her, and the sun shined on his face, making him look more gentle than before. "Your suffering made me heartbroken."

Evie was happy at first.

Hearing what he said, Evie burst into tears.

"Aron is a good man." Dad continued, "I will feel relieved if you are with him. Don't worry about me and your mom. We are living a good life now."

Evie repeatedly nodded while crying.

And then she woke up.

Athena fell asleep on the bedside, holding Evie's hand.

Aron noticed tears seeping from Evie's eyes and wiped them away for her in distress.

Evie woke up with her eyes full of tears and looked into Aron's eyes.

Aron asked softly, "Are you awake?"

Evie nodded and said softly, "Dad has come to see me."

Aron immediately understood why she was crying in her sleep.

"Don't cry." Aron coaxed her softly. "It is a good thing."

Evie nodded and then looked at Athena.

Aron said, "Athena has always been here with you."

After Aron said that, Athena, who was sleeping lightly, woke up.

Evie immediately smiled at her.

"Are you awake?" Athena sat up and stretched. "Are you hungry? I will ask someone to bring you a nutritious meal!"

"Athena, give me a hug!" Evie opened her arms.

Athena smiled, leaned over, and hugged Evie.

Evie said aggrievedly, "Thank you for accompanying me. Otherwise, I would be scared to death!"

"You accompanied me when I gave birth." Athena said softly, "Okay, don't think too much. Now enjoy the first time your family is alone!"
