My Mommy Became A Billionaire After the Breakup -
Chapter 1841
Chapter 1841 So Sweet
Logan was being rowdy.
He provided commentary for the people on the other end of the phone.
Brandon threw a slipper at Logan angrily.
"These are for Aiden!" Mia ate happily, but she was worried about Aiden and afraid that Richie would eat all the rest.
She quickly found a lid to cover them.
Richie muttered, "I'm older than Aiden. Of course I'll leave some for him. I won't snatch them. Mia, you don't have to be so nervous!"
"Hehe." Mia grinned at Richie and suggested, "Tomorrow is your birthday. Let's go catching fish without your mom knowing about it!"
"Can we?"
Richie had been unlucky.
He almost drowned twice.
So, Emily didn't let him play near the water.
Catching little crabs on the riverbank was already the limit.
"It's your birthday. You're the boss!" Mia answered.
"Great!" Richie nodded vigorously. "Mia, you're so nice!"
"It's nothing. We're buddies!"
Paul was speechless.
Buddies?!
Where did she learn it from?
Byron and Elijah came out and watched the children chat through the French windows.
"Mia is so adorable." Elijah looked at Mia, who had some cream on her lips, and praised her sincerely.
Byron's eyes were gentle and full of love. "Yes, adorable and sensible."
At that moment.
Mia turned her head and looked at them.
Byron immediately waved at her with a smile.
Mia raised her hands and made a hand heart.
She even winked at him.
Byron's smile widened.
"She's so sweet!" Elijah smiled too. "If Sally and I could have such a cute daughter, I would say life is quite complete."
Soon, they naturally came to the point.
"You haven't been sleeping well these days?" Elijah asked.
Byron pondered for a moment and replied, "I think it's okay. Why?"
"Give me your hand." Elijah reached out his hand.
Byron glanced at Mia.
Mia was still looking at him.
Seeing him looking at her, she winked at him again.
Now Mia knew what alternative medicine was and what pulse diagnosis was.
He didn't want Mia to worry.
He gestured to her, indicating that he would walk away with Elijah.
Mia nodded vigorously.
When Mia turned around, Byron handed his hand to Elijah.
Elijah felt his pulse for a while.
His pulse clearly indicated sleep deprivation, but why did he say it was okay?
Byron shouldn't have hidden it if he wanted to be treated by Elijah.
"Do you have many dreams?" Elijah asked.
Byron pondered for a moment and said, "I don't remember much. Recently, I wake up exhausted, but I can't recall what I dreamed about."
"I see." Elijah nodded. "I'll send you some calming pills. Make sure to sleep enough before acupuncture."
"Okay, thank you."
"You're welcome." Elijah smiled faintly. "When Sally was in her most difficult times, Mrs. Crawford stood by her side, and I'll be grateful forever." Byron responded, "Hmm, if you ever need my help with anything, feel free to ask."
"I will." Elijah nodded.
After agreeing to meet back in Girard City, they decided on the time and location for the first acupuncture session and then went back together.
