Chapter 1893 Psychologist

"What's wrong?" Athena walked over gently.

Raising her eyes to look at her, Mia got up and got into her arms.

Athena hugged her and patted her back gently. "You don't want Paul to leave, right?"

"No." Mia choked.

"Mia, Paul is very nice, right?" Athena wiped Mia's tears and asked gently.

"Yes," Mia replied.

"I also think that he is very nice." Athena said softly, "So I think that he made the right decision to study at a top international university."

"I know." Mia nodded while crying. "But I can't see him often."

"How about this? When you want to see Paul, I will take you to see him during the holidays."

"Really?"

"Of course. We will arrive there in a dozen hours by plane." Athena patted Mia's back. "Don't be sad, okay?"

Mia sobbed and answered sincerely, "Maybe I won't feel sad after a few more days. Paul is my good friend..."

"I know." Athena gently touched Mia's cheek.

Mia fell on Athena's shoulder and cried for a long time.

Tired of crying, she fell asleep with tears in her eyes.

Athena kissed Mia's forehead. Turning off the lights in the room, she closed the door and went out.

Byron waited for her in the small living room on the second floor.

He asked, "Is she crying?"

As Athena looked at the wet part on the shoulder of her shirt, she nodded helplessly. "She is very sad."

"It's okay. She will forget it soon and be fine after a few days." Byron held Athena's hand. "Are you sleepy?"

Athena shook her head. "Do you want to go out for a walk?"

"Yeah."

There were always many people at home during the day.

Only now could Byron have time to stay with Athena alone. It was quiet at night.

Athena and Byron held hands, walking slowly on the path.

"When you finish the work in this period and Aiden and Mia are on vacation, shall we go to Greeli City?" Athena looked at Byron. "It's time to visit my mother and grandparents." During these years, Athena hadn't formally taken Byron to visit them.

She thought it was time to take him to visit them now.

"Okay," Byron agreed. Subconsciously, he thought this was a very important thing to him.

"I'll arrange the time." Athena took Byron's arm. "By the way, I know a new psychiatrist. He is very skilled. I will meet with him first. If he is free, I want to take you to see him." "Psychiatrist? Don't I have a regular psychiatrist?" Byron was puzzled.

"I'm still worried that the sustained trauma after falling into the sea will leave a shadow on you. I will rest assured after consulting a few more experts." As Athena looked at Byron, she reached out to touch his cheek. "If there is any problem, we can solve it early, right?"

After Byron came back, he didn't resist anything Athena arranged except this one.

"Let's discuss it later." Lowering his eyes, he didn't agree.

Athena could feel Byron's rejection, so she stopped persuading him.

She decided to meet the psychiatrist and talk to him first.

"Okay." Athena's tone was relaxed as if what she just said was casual.

However, Athena didn't notice that the fingertips of Byron's hand, which was leaning on the cane, were trembling uncontrollably.
