Chapter 258 She Should Be In Trouble

Byron became sullen and chased out.

"Mr. Crawford."

"Miss Newton has gone to the garage!"

Byron responded and ran to the garage.

The three looked at each other.

They lowered their voices and sighed, "Mr. Crawford has fallen in love."

Athena got into the car.

The driver asked respectfully, "Mrs. Crawford, are you going home?"

Athena was at a loss.

"Drive along the coastline."

"OK."

The driver responded and started the car to leave.

As soon as the car left, Byron arrived.

Panting and looking at the parking lot, he kicked the innocent bucket beside him.

Then, he took out his phone and called Athena.

The phone rang for a while and was hung up.

Byron called the driver.

Trembling, the driver handed the phone to Athena.

Athena glanced at him and didn't want Byron to vent his anger on someone innocent.

She took over the phone.

"What?"

Byron breathed heavily. "Don't be angry. I can solve it."

"Byron, besides getting rid of me and the children, what else can you do?" Athena said with disappointment.

With that, she hung up the phone and returned it to the driver.

The car drove along the coastline until sunset.

The setting sun dyed the sky and the coast in magnificent colors.

Athena got out of the car and sat in the front of the car. She watched the sun sink, and its rays disappear until the sea wind made her cold.

She got back into the car.

The phone that was thrown on the seat was filled with unread messages and missed calls.

Athena ignored the concerns of her colleagues.

Few of them cared about her, and most just expected a show.

Athena called Evie.

Evie didn't cry, which was rare. "Don't let go of them. I will ask my friends to replace out the ones who have slandered you. Let's hire a lawyer to sue them tomorrow."

"OK," Athena responded, "Don't worry about me. I'm fine."

"Byron is a bastard. He has been with you for five years. However, he accepted a business marriage and abandoned the woman. Therefore, the woman would vent all her anger on you." Evie gritted her teeth. She had forgotten how much she admired Byron when Athena and Byron got along well.

"You are right," Athena agreed.

"Has he known? Did he say how to solve it?" Evie asked solemnly.

Athena looked down and forced a smile.

"If someone pissed him off, he would be merciless. Heather doesn't know him well. She would be in trouble," Athena said peacefully.

At the same time.

At Heather's manor.

"Have you sent all the information and photos to Rose?" Heather was calling an assistant.

Heather made netizens blame Athena. Besides taking revenge on Athena, who had stolen her husband, Heather had other intentions.

She knew that Rose valued others' character.

No matter whether Rose treated Athena as her heir, Heather decided to ruin Athena's image in front of Rose.

Anyhow, Heather must get a man or a career.

"You may rest assured. Everything has been sent to her mailbox," the man on the other end of the line replied, "Madam Stella won't like her."
